"Whoever dislikes to use a weapon will surely be conquered by those who do not dislike it"

is who said the word. Georg thought of that once again. Until now, those who were called subhumans have been averse to using weapons. No, or the way he took the weapon, or the thought, was taken away by a race that didn't hate to take the weapon of man.

How can a species that once held a weapon in its hand and had fought against humans now be spoiled for treating livestock as if it were a livestock, which Georg now has no reason to know. From what I've learned, it doesn't change what needs to be done.

Thus, Georg lays down his life.

To the soldiers who believed in themselves and chose to take weapons in their hands.

He wants us to go to the battlefield where we're going to die.

Is that the right thing to do? How will it be spelled out in future generations? Although I am somewhat concerned, there was no such thing as blunting my mind about it.

"Gentlemen, the night will soon dawn"

A little early to call it still morning, the day after the Royal Dinant Army arrived. Georg scouted the Dinants' movements ahead of time, confirming that they were already moving their positions into a siege system, and forced all of them to take a fighting stance.

"We must now give death to the enemy army of Dinants. Some of them are in action for the first time. When you guys first slaughtered and abandoned your enemies, I don't know if it's a long peace or a lifetime of regret to be made with a sword you've wielded. But that's all I can say. This is an outpost to correct the culture of the distorted history of this continent that has long been tainted by mud, dust, and blood."

Georg's, quiet, but intimidating voice echoes Gardina's generals aligned in formation.

"Someone once said. War is for war, and it must never be fought for peace. But that's not true. War, and victory, is one of the means to an end, and when it is only an act of eliminating that obstacle and there is no other way to resolve it than by war, disgust it means renouncing the achievement of the purpose. I do not hesitate to do so, even if it was unjust from outside of us, than war is essential to achieve its purpose. I don't hate sending you guys to the battlefield. And if, on top of the sacrifice, the purpose is to build peace and prosperity in Gardina, I will make a sacrifice to you all. And neither do you, believing it to be ready."

Various things exist in the context of war. Politics, religion, thought, diplomacy, rights, economy, retaliation. Any reason for using diplomacy's last resort, such as war, can be given. War is even called a diplomacy butt wipe, so let's just say.

It is no exaggeration to say that this battle broke out because Georg abandoned the political solution through diplomacy with the Church and with the Dinants from the outset. The very reason for this is that the doctrine of a religious force called the Church, and the consequent oppression of non-human species, could not be tolerated. And I did not even think that a state, influenced by such doctrines and already persecuting at a cultural level, would follow Georg's words only with promises.

It doesn't make sense to follow on the surface, even though it seems to go on under the water. Therefore, the goal was complete elimination. And it is war as a means of doing so.

Georg knows more or less how troublesome what he calls religion is. War became more pregnant than it was before, with the potential to wield civil unrest, terrorism, discrimination and all sorts of disasters. That is exactly what stands before Georg's ideals, his goals now.

One day there may come a day when people will speak ill of choosing to settle by force and not hate to shed blood.

But the blood of the compatriots of those who dwell in Gardina decided that it should be redeemed with blood, and it was based on it that they had already moved into action. No more confusion or hesitation makes sense. It only confuses the force Gardina with mischief.

A leader is a commander who must always continue to prove his righteousness to his subjects, to his men. We have to make them believe that we are on the right track. Justice and evil, the easiest to understand, but the fruit, the hardest to define, in this world.

< Am I, too, like the patriarch of something called my repugnant religion... >

Not once or twice did I think so. But even if it were, we are not going to allow the people of Gardina, like humans, to discriminate against and oppress others, other races. Building a new order, history and culture, coexistence with human beings, co-prosperity are what a nation called Gardina should strive for. It is the Church that is an obstacle to it.

Georg is convinced that eliminating that church will probably be the supreme proposition for himself. Regardless, if the present doctrine eventually changes, it is not going to destroy the Church itself, and its followers. In fact, it is impossible, for example, to find only one person dotted everywhere, regardless of an unspecified number of borders.

The first would be the gradual decline in its power, and the destruction of the main mountain, from which it would launch an offensive against churches everywhere, diminishing its influence on the state by cutting down its authority and combat capacity, from which a decent diplomacy would finally begin.

< It'll be a long time... >

I said it would take about a hundred years to superimpose, but there is no reason not to do it. This war and, from the Empire, the schematic "Empire vs. Kingdom", but for Georg it is "Gardina vs. Church".

It turned out to be an engagement with the Dinants, but as long as the Church can be excluded, it is possible to put a ceasefire and reconciliation into perspective as well. Only if Dinanto can tolerate it. If that is not possible, this struggle will continue until it is time for either Gardina or Dinanto to perish.

"To redeem the blood of our compatriots that has been shed so far. Because of Gardina's and unnamed compatriots' freedom and right to life. And my loyal soldiers who have chosen to take the sword in their hands in order to protect the future of the foundations of our country that have been built up!! Now is the time for that loyalty!! Power!! And it is time to show pride in both humans!!

Speak up loud. The appearance doesn't even make you feel fine dust such as daily serenity.

"No!! Give us our presence, our strength and our temperament!! Let's wave that sword because it will blow the world away and show the humans!!

At that moment, the anger, cheer, roar that fills the position.

It is now at this moment that a new force, the Gardina, which is too fragile to call a nation, but which has suddenly begun to gain national strength through its mighty rear shield, the Empire, gave a voice to the continent.
