Lesson 19: Publishing Information

The 26th time I logged in.

Once I logged out and cleaned up my chores and meals, I logged in again.

I could have stayed logged in, but I had to do something real, and most importantly, it was more efficient.

GAO has various statuses, but there were also problems with one of them, somnolence. Humans, I get sleepy when I stay awake and active. It's also reproduced in GAO.

So, its somnolence, but when continuous activity exceeds a certain amount of time, it causes loss of concentration, errors in activation of arts and magic, decreased status, etc., nothing good, etc. Beyond the limit, you fall asleep, and in that case, whatever you do, you don't wake up for a certain amount of time. If you fall asleep on the field, you'll be miserable unless you're lucky.

By the way, this drowsiness cannot be checked on the status screen. That's the specification. If a player feels drowsy, that becomes a sign that it's time to suck. They can extend the time to fall asleep if they work out a lot, but it seems even abandoned players are a minority who force them to that point.

There are two ways to relieve drowsiness. Sleep in GAO for a certain amount of time, or log out and pass a certain amount of time. So it's better to log out so you can effectively use your time. Looks like some players are wondering what it means to be able to sleep in the game.

So, I have nothing to do, so I'm taking a walk in Zvand. There's nothing more useful than having me there after the measurements. She asked me to try it on a lot, but I declined.

But measuring is a hassle. I didn't think you could make me do what I did on that occasion. Apparently it was to check the range of motion of the hands and feet and play when fitted. Well, let's leave the sizzlers to it. Now, where do you think...

"Mm, isn't it Fist"

"Swain?"

If I turned to the voice calling my name, it was Swain there. That, you were still in this city. By the way, I just thought I'd gone to the city of Dorad up ahead.

"What's the matter, have you eaten up Einfast ingredients already?

He told me he was working at Einfast for the time being. It would be surprising if I were here.

"Hey, the wetlands are still untouched, and the rocky ones are only hunting rock lizards. Besides, he was a substandard guy, so it was hard."

"That's an interesting story. Well, if you have time, why don't you come to the inn where we're staying? I want to hear a lot of things."

Mm, then just fine.

"There was something I wanted to talk to you about, too. Will you show me around?"

Next time you take a stroll in the city. Exchange of information, this matters.

So, why am I renting the inn kitchen to cook rock lizards...?

"Fist, I'm hungry."

"Yeah, you just walked into the kitchen and you can't finish cooking, be patient for a little while, eating hungry kids. Then who's your mother?"

In reply to a mixed voice with Wena's laughter heard from the table, I start cooking.

After reuniting with [Silverblade], we first talked about Rock Lizard. They didn't believe me at first to make another joke, but they convinced me to show the SS I had taken. We talked about going wild and eating meat afterwards, but that was bad.

Everyone said they wanted to eat. No, I did flush it out at the launch, but I didn't think we'd be doing it so soon. Even though [cooking] has only been a little up since then.

But what to do. Even for skewering... there are no skewers.

"... would you like that one?"

Remove the material from the storage backpack. Flour on eggs, then cheese and bread.

First, just whisk back the contents of the bread to make instant bread flour. Then melt the eggs.

Cover the affordably chopped Rock Lizard meat with flour and whisk it into melted eggs, then cover the bread flour from top.

Mm, the general of this inn is watching with interest. Nice width, but someone who feels like a liver balls mother. That's some pressure.

Pinch the cheese in half of the treated meat. Because the texture resembles sashimi, I quoted the recipe for fried sashimi. All you have to do is fry it - and, shit, I don't have any sauce...

Um, is there anything to replace... it's impossible to make the sauce on this occasion. When it comes to flavoring fries, what is it? Soy sauce... No. Ponzu...... no. Ketchup...... no. Tartar sauce...... no mayonnaise. No, wait, I don't know the recipe that you should be able to make mayonnaise! I usually buy them at the store, so you have no choice. Ugh!? Generally single men don't make homemade mayonnaise!

"What's wrong with you?

The general called out when she was lost.

"No, actually, I lost sight of the fact that I didn't have the seasoning to use for the dishes I was going to make..."

"You're gonna fry this guy in oil, aren't you? I don't know what to flavor."

Put your arms together and think together.

"It seems like a little sour sauce, but it won't take long."

Look at Luke and the others. The general laughs bitterly. That's right... I think I can make tomato sauce if I boil the tomatoes... but I don't have time for that... damn thing. They say they make their eyes shine on expectations. You're a chick waiting to be fed!

Search in Trouble! Thank you so much for connecting to Real Net even during login. Mayonnaise recipe. Please come out...... I'm out! All right, I can handle this! onions onions... then boil the eggs...

"Ah, madam. Can you separate the pickles from the oil a little bit?

"Yes. Sounds like some fun."

"No, I'm desperate. I'd like you to tell me it's delicious."

I don't care if I'm the only one who eats it, but I'm just curious about other people's ratings. I'm only anxious... no, I have a little expectation, and I'm excited about myself... no, no, now focus on cooking.

Just to say the result, Rock Lizard's fry was well received.

The general who ordered the tasting told me it was delicious, and Luke and the others responded well. Even my own tongue was satisfactory. Wonderful, Rock Lizard meat. This evaluation will surely be thanks to meat. My arm? It's less than ten levels [cooking], and I can't tell you if you're lost in blood that it's my arm.

However, I was personally dissatisfied with the tartar sauce, so I think I'll make it again. Mayonnaise before that, though.

I said the replacement, etc., so I only agreed once. And then the other guests showed interest, so I made your share.

That's gone pretty fast, too, and Luke and the others have asked for a replacement, which is exactly what I said no to. I haven't tasted all the rock Lizard myself yet. Yeah, yeah, I can't release meat. If you knew this was going to happen, you'd have some more meat on hand to sell to the guild. I'll make it when I've sourced the ingredients, I told you, so if you're willing to do that, you'll go hunting.

Since it was well received by other guests, I taught the general a recipe for fries and tartar sauce. They also make it a hidden menu with the premise of bringing ingredients in. Regardless of whether Rock Lizard meat is Einfast, it seems difficult to get around here and I can't help it.

"So, why are you guys still smoking around here?

After a breath, I decide to ask Luke what's going on with [Silverblade].

"For once, I was checking the situation around Zvand. But it's time to move on to Dorad."

"How's that compared to when you were a beta?

"There is no particular change. The distribution of beasts and demons doesn't seem to change."

i hear the beta testers could have come this far, and the real unknown realm lies ahead. Well, I'm new around here, and I'm gonna take a slow stroll.

"But Fist wants to go to Dorad early, doesn't he?

"Why?

'Cause over there, it's a port town.

Luke, who says it without hesitation. But that meant a lot to me.

I knew the name of the city. But I didn't know where. Harbor...... that is, the sea. The sea means... seafood!

Sea delights like fish, shellfish, salt and seaweed. Is that what's ahead... I want to go, I want to go! But there's something around Tsvand that I haven't eaten yet, and I haven't been able to get to Einfast's wetlands yet... Nooooooooo...

"We'll be around Dorad for a while. But by the time Fist dominates the ingredients around Einfast and Zvand, he'll be way ahead of us."

"I guess. The offensive team is in trouble... oh, yeah, Swain. I wanted to talk to you about something. It's about demolition skills."

"I got the synopsis in the email during this time. Anything wrong since then?

"Yeah. But before we do that, report it. Dismantling by players fulfilled other player qualifications."

"Hmm..."

Swain narrows his eyes.

"On top of that, yes. What do you think about releasing information on demolition skills?

My only concern is to annoy the residents. I have no objection to publishing it without it. I personally was oblivious to this game, so I didn't know how aggressive I should be to release that kind of information.

"Fist previously feared, the push on skilled residents would ease. Besides, I've been thinking about it since then... is there going to be so many people who want to acquire demolition skills?"

What's this all about? If you're a player, you're welcome to get more fruitful.

"If this is the skill that can be executed with a knife stab for demolition, everyone will want it. but actually, it's all manual. It takes longer to dismantle, which also means less time spent fighting to improve your skills."

Well, I guess so. In fact, I've slowly improved my combat skills since I started [disassembling], too. I'm guessing there's also a correction in there due to increased levels.

"And the problem is its manual. How many players in the world prioritize getting fruit all over blood, fat and organs? Besides, if we get the demolition, they say the automatic drop will be disabled. It's huge in terms of entry, but other parts show considerable disadvantages."

You said that about Siser, too. Uh... naturally if you think about it. I didn't even care because I didn't have an aversion to the demolition work myself, but normally I do. What, you didn't even have to think deeply...

"Perhaps that's why the other learners didn't publish it."

From the start, he may be deciding that no one will want to convince him.

"Other acquirers? Is there anyone else in the player who's mastering demolition besides Fist?

"No, I have information that I can deduce."

Tell Swain what you heard from Siser and make him listen. Based on the circumstances, I think it was the players who did it first.

"Are you making a scene over here?

"I had confirmed that there was talk of blood and guts on the bulletin board, but I see, if it's a by-product of the results of the demolition, I'm convinced. So ethical codes don't work on traces of demolition?"

"Witnesses are sad. But right. Then let's release the information about the demolition. So, I'll do the dishes then."

Start by publishing details of your skills on the bulletin board. I'll show the hopefuls how to react.

"Are you sure? There's a chance they'll push you all at once, right?

Syria asks in case. Well, we'll figure it out when we do.

"When you release the information, you realize it's something you can tell me besides me."

You know as well as I do that there's someone who taught me that. With that much thought, you should be able to predict who you can tell me. There are not so many options.

But if Swain's predictions are correct, there should be fewer hopefuls themselves. Besides, because I met the qualifications, I had to continue to acquire them.

"In the meantime, on which thread should I write?

"Hmm, I guess a comprehensive skill slate would be fine. And since the trace relationship was a chatter thread earlier, I think we should report it in detail to Skills General and link it to that side of the chatter."

"Well, then Wena's right, shall we try?"

Launch an official bulletin board to write. Uhm, don't be nervous.

"By the way, is this hand information basically a trend that needs to be released?

Ask while you work. Monopoly of information, I mean, wouldn't they hate it?

"The exchange of information on boards of strategy and information-sharing is frequent. Where and what animals come out, and what special abilities in which demons. You could be aggressive with that kind of unobtrusive information. Nobody loses anything."

"But there's not that much information on skills, arts and magic. Existing skills verification systems also bring information, but it's not uncommon for hidden skills to remain secret. 'Cause that's the only thing that works in your favor. That's what dismantling is all about."

"It's easy to hide information such as where special materials are obtained. It would be people's saga that I want to monopolize. In fact, even for us, there's information that we don't publish."

Hmmm...... I don't think too hard and should I shut up about the information I want to keep quiet? Though, I don't really seem to get that kind of information. I'm not running the offensive front. No, I guess this [demolition] is information on that hand, but it won't be that frequent.

"Should I go ad hoc?"

All right, end of writing. Later, as waiting for a reaction,

"Well, then... can you tell me all about the prey around Zvand? Especially with the edible ones first."

The most important information for me is nothing else.
