Gate of Amitilicia Online

Episode 30: Einfast Defense Battle

Would it have been about twenty minutes since the end of the war was opened?

The front line is still stomping. The struggle of Einfast's defensemen is also considerable. If you lose, there will be no aftermath.

From the front line to the walls, the troops in the horizontal row are multiplied. It is only a priority to deal with the demon tribe in front of us, and the demon tribe that has broken through is the formation that the next unit intercepts. Fortunately, no demons seem to reach the walls at the moment.

But surely the damage is on the rise. The Demon Clan eventually became a slightly larger force than this one. The Demons seem to have more fighting power than these soldiers, and the defensemen seem to be dealing with a few of them. Undeniably disadvantaged in terms of quality and quantity. Still carrying on is a lot of player activity, one on one seems to be crossing more than one another. That's right. I just volunteer on the front line. The strength is matched. As much as I envy you.

Well, you can't just be paying attention to the front battlefield. At first, we're laying a formation around the West Gate, but if we try them, there's a gate or not, but there's no problem. The demonic clan, which had refrained from rearward, was showing a movement that spread from left to right. Some of these guys headed for the interception, but we can't afford to build multiple layers of formation. The breakthrough Demon Clan will reach the Wall in no time. As you can see from the demonic behavior patterns we're hearing in the first place, they're probably the weak priority type.

"The waiting interceptor is on the move! Prepare after the demon clan that deployed left and right broke through the defensive line!

The conductor told me. It's a change based on the premise that it's going to be pulled out... but I don't have a choice.

Hold the intercepting stone to the left and right, and I'll head to where I was instructed, but while I was doing so, the demons began to break through the left and right formations. Unlike the center, nothing blocks the aftermath. Fortunately, there's no way to get to a place where the soldiers aren't stationed, so if we can intercept the walls, we'll figure it out.

The attack from above the walls starts with a stone thrower and a barista. He's already in range, so he's been shot out one after the other. He doesn't have a good hitting accuracy, but he seems to be hitting more or less so far because of the high number. The shooting goes with it, but the bow and crossbow don't look very effective. Even if it hits, half of it is bounced. Pretty stiff skin, I guess.

It's time. The leader of the Demon Clan reaches the Wall. I put a stone with a man's head over his head. Soldiers and players around them also move on to their respective actions. Some initiate magical chants, while others prepare to hang boiled oil. Hot water is easier, but past examples say he didn't even frighten in hot water. The oil seemed to work in unison.

The Demons are rushing this way. Magic flew through the walls because we were in a magical range. Some guys fall out of balance under magic, but some of them come on their way despite a direct hit. Even for a fallen guy, he didn't die, he seems to have left him injured. How sturdy they are.

The lead came close to the wall.

"Let go!

Commander's instructions fly. I threw a stone at my head. [Throw] Does it also have the effect of skill, the stone I threw was a brilliant direct hit to the head of the Demon Clan? I see a cracked head and something black erupts, but is that the blood of the demons? With a short scream, the guy fell and was slapped to the ground, but he doesn't look like he's dead while he's cramped.

It was time to lift the next stone to see if we should pursue it. A succeeding demon clan jumped. Mounting it at a height of every third from the ground, it climbs straight up the wall. The walls here are pretty high about fifteen meters, but what a leap. Claws that were also said to tear iron were easily standing against the walls, climbing at a rate of progression no different from that of the ground.

I can't afford to go after him. I threw stones at an imminent demon clan just below me. Hit again, the demon clan falls. He fell over the demon clan that had fallen earlier, and the stone he threw further hit him with a good chase. That makes both of them immobile. Um, results aurai.

But the Demon Clan's march will not stop. He climbs the walls one after the other without feeling frightened. I decided I couldn't catch up with the stone-throwing, and I used [Magic Strike]. And I kick it up as much as I want the moment the demon clan that climbed up showed its head. The demon clan danced through the universe after a blow thrust up his jaw. It falls as-is and involves some demons. Does this even stop you a little?

Give the same response to the demon clan that climbs. For now, this seemed like something I could manage to outdo. I feel like a mole slap.

"Wow!?

but it doesn't necessarily mean anything else because I'm doing well. The player who was next to me on the right screamed. The weapon was a one-handed sword, but the blade he tried to stick out grabbed his leg in a misaligned gap. And he was thrown outside the walls. I'll kick the Demons off to stop the intrusion. The player falls as-is, makes an unpleasant noise and grounds out of his head. A few seconds later, it crushed and disappeared. If you fell 15 meters like that, you wouldn't be immune to instant death.

But it's not a good idea, it's in the form of more people for me. I'd like someone to fill the hole if possible...

"Bye!

The next scream came from the left. A prostitute who was sprinkling oil. The claws of the Demon Clan were profoundly pierced in its belly. I was wearing leather armor, but it's not helping.

"Son of a bitch!

A defensive soldier who was beyond the prostitute stuck out a spear. A sharp tip is sucked into the eyes of the demon clan. Was it shallow? The Demons are alive and well. He made sure to stare at the guard with the eyes of those who were safe and shook up one arm.

"Fall!

"Run!

It was at the same time that the guards tried to push the spear further in and another demon tribe appeared from the place assigned to him.

Did you hear the warning or not? The defensemen did not see how they reacted, and the flank was torn from armor to armor by a blow of a crosshairs. Continuing, the defensive soldier's neck flew physically with a demonic blow he was dealing with. A body that collapses while spraying blood falls into a pan of oil. An unpleasant noise arose, and the zero oil burned the fallen defensemen and the prostitutes.

And the Demons, ignoring me, jumped under the walls and into the city. The demon clan, pierced by one eye, also pulls out a spear and jumps to the city.

"Shit, wait!?

The next demon clan will come up, too, trying to chase him. I can't afford to chase him. All you have to do is stop pushing your share.

Return to the demonic tribe that intrudes on your consciousness.

One scream after another from within the city, but all I could do was deal with the demons in front of me.

Kick off the last demon clan. The fallen demon clan stopped moving as it was. That's the most powerful weapon, Mr. Ground. Fifteen meters of drop damage is quite something. Unfortunately, my [magic blow] only worked to the extent that I was aiming for a crash death. Zero Demon clan could be held to account by their own power alone. I guess not if I could sit back and punch in a bunch of shots, but that's why I couldn't afford it.

I did my part for now, but it sucks if I let you tell me your personal feelings. The demons came over the walls as they aimed at empty holes. He didn't even hang me or the others on his teeth, and he went down to the city, except for the guy he was dealing with directly.

There is already no demonic figure outside the walls. We and the guys who died in the attack by the Interceptors we were chasing just rolled over, and then they all went inside the city. The battle at the front of the West Gate is ongoing. There seems to be no more demon tribes expanding to the left and right.

Above the walls you can see surviving defensemen and players. Unfortunately, no one stands like a prostitute. Will the dead NPCs never disappear, exposing them to tragic corpses there?

The smell of blood, organs and burnt meat snorts. [Dismantling] The fact that the code of ethics has been lifted by the acquisition of skills makes me feel 'mortal death' more than any other player.

Eat and endure teeth. Exactly like specifications that don't make me nauseous, but I could desperately get rid of everything and make me want to scream. If I just scream here, something breaks. I felt that way.

That's why I turned my consciousness inside the walls. There are no demons coming this way anymore. There is no way that the demon clan approaching the West Gate is flowing this way. Then this place, that would be enough. In the city, you can hear screams and fury from afar. Nothing's over.

"Can we go after the people who went inside?

Defender who was beside me, speaking to the man who was the commander on this scene. A full-bodied creator who supported his body with a spear, he responded by just nodding silently.

Turn your awareness to the other players. The complexion is bad. Is there anything I think about the corpses of the residents even if there is no depiction of bloodshed, etc.? I don't think I can afford to move on to the chase.

I jumped off the walls so I could distract myself from them. Spirit magic is used to create wind scaffolding along the way, killing momentum several times to land safely. The impact was smaller than I thought, thanks to [enhanced leg strength].

Death was also scattered beneath the walls. A young man falling down with a sneaky loss of his left shoulder to the side of his chest. Someone who was scraped off half his face, presumably a woman because of her shape. An old man desperate while squatting with his contents sticking out. Various other bodies are rolling. There are many bodies with scratches on their backs, probably because they were attacked from behind where they fled. There are also demonic bodies, but a tiny number compared to those of men.

Run into the city taking care not to step on the body. The smell of blood is thicker than above the walls... is there a difference in the number of bodies?

People who would still have been alive if this hadn't happened. Look at their remains, which should only be chunks of data, and there's something springing up.

It's anger at the demons who caused such a tragedy. If this is the beast of the field and the existence of eating people to live, then the story is different, but these guys don't eat people just to kill them. You think you rarely even swallow a thousand-cut area as a result of a fang bite? I mean, I'm killing to kill.

Though in the virtual reality world, even though it's data, there are people who live laughing and crying in this world. There are beings who trample on such people. I don't know what's behind it, maybe there's something going on in this world. There may also be a reason for the antagonism between humans and demons. Still, I couldn't recognize the existence of the Demon Clan at the moment.

I think it's a funny story. If it's a normal game, a monster will strike a player, and an NPC at an event, etc., and there's no reason to get angry close to hatred about it. Apparently, I've become quite familiar with this world, or dyed it. I can't tell if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

I saw something black. Demons. I see you engaged with soldiers placed inside the city. Finally caught up.

Apart from that, there are several screams coming out of nearby buildings. The door to the entrance is broken, which means the Demons must have broken into it.

And now the Demon Clan, who is trying to destroy exactly the door, has also caught my eye.

Priority was set. Expanding [Magic Strike] on my fists and legs, I was attacked by a demon clan trying to break through the door.

"Critical hit!

Fist out screaming with temper and anticipation. When the Demon Clan, whose consciousness was pointed at the door, pointed this way, his fist captured its face. Hands are good.

but that blow doesn't decide. Dice's God didn't smile at me.

The Demons turn their consciousness to me, roaring to intimidate me. I observed the Demons, thinking this is the first time I've seen them seriously.

As I was being explained, the shape of the head is that of Wolf. The eyes are red. Your fangs are doubly grown. Until just now, I didn't realize that something black like a pigeon seeped out of my body slightly. Is this the one who's upset? Hmm, there's also a leak like black smoke from where I hit him. The demon clan that knocked him off with a stone throw was like this, but this isn't blood. Somehow it's like a poisonous gas - and this is annoying, too? It seems homogeneous to be seeping from the body. If so, are these guys a little bit like chunks of rage? What's going on with these guys' contents? Is there an organ such as a gut, like any other organism?

Thoughts were interrupted by demonic attacks. A massive blow looms from the upper left.

Flush it with your right arm. The right flank of the Demon clan was empty, as it swung into a distracted arm. When I aim there and release my knee kick, it conveys a hard feeling. You're harder than your face. This. Will the strength vary depending on the site?

There was no way the current blow was damaged. Then he continued with his left fist and tapped in, further rolling his toenail kick to the same spot. Bitter, and something cracks from it. I jumped back and dodged the Demon claws and saw where they hung the intensive attack. Similar to my face earlier, smoke is starting to leak out of it. Looks like the damage went in.

"That's too hard!

The damage from the series of attacks seemed lower than the facial punch of the first shot. The amount of smoke leaking is clearly different. It leaks more from your face. If that's like bleeding for the Demons, should I aim at their faces? I mean, there was talk that if you shot through your eyes, you could end up with a blow, and the weakness was up from your neck? No, to be exact, that's where the most effective part of my aim is.

"Then let's not aim him thoroughly!

[Magic Strike] right fist to the face, continue, left fist to the face too. Back off a little and kick it to the jaw. Avoid, reciprocate, and just focus the blow on your face and head. The demon body finally collapsed after about ten shots were fed. I stopped moving, but just in case, I put a [magic shot] in my leg and shook it down to its head. The head of the demon clan was visibly cracked, along with the sound of the bacilli and hard stones cracking. Increase momentum and black gas overflows. Immediately distanced not to take a direct bath.

"Now, finally..."

Looking down at the demon clan that he had stopped as he breathed. This is even a concentrated attack on the face. Besides, the irrationality is that if you eat even a single blow in the meantime, it can be stuffed. Multiple opponents are tough, though good because they could do it one-on-one.

But you can't stop. Even now, the demonic threat is imminent on the inhabitants. While we were fighting, the screams that were coming up from nearby buildings also stopped. Some of them must come out looking for their next prey.

That's what I thought, and a demon tribe showed up from behind the broken door. Its mouth and arms are painted on blood, and there is quite a bit of blood attached to its body, telling the story of what it was doing inside.

I saw this one, but it didn't strike me right away, and it seems to be unconscious to others. And walk towards a door that hasn't been destroyed yet. This guy is only going to attack with resident priority unless he gets attacked!?

"Let it be!

I ran toward him with my back turned.
