Gate of Amitilicia Online

Episode 68: The Necromancer

Every time I roll out my fists and kicks, my white bones are scattered.

Skeleton alone is not highly combative. Whatever it is, it's bone. It's not as powerful or as powerful as it was when I was alive. Still, there's a lot of them, and it's not like they can eat an attack and stay intact. Sometimes, I can't get a mix of skeletons of warcraft, not animals. These guys have more power and durability than animals. Rock Lizard leather armor will also get about scratches if you get nails and fangs, and it's inevitable that you will get scratches if you get targeted for gaps in armor. Those with armor now suffer fewer scratches, although there is still room for them in terms of durability.

If they hit us all in unison, they'll swallow us and we're done. So the way I fight, hit-and-away is fundamental. It constantly moves around and destroys one skeleton after another, not to be surrounded, not to be mounted. Even with the weakening of spiritual magic, we were fortunate to be able to handle it to the extent of wind scaffolding. Even if we're surrounded, we can still get out of here.

Quinn is dealing with both Skeletons in Quinn. Otoja bastard, he seems serious about making Quinn a zombie, and there's a verse that focuses on Quinn more than I do. That Quinn is raging about slashing and tearing all the swarmed skeletons with his fingernails, chewing them up with his fangs, blowing them up with [stormy roar], and crushing them with something like a windswept thrust. You're just a source of anxiety about what time that pace lasts.

The hand of the attack on the elves is in a stopped form. Even so, the elves don't seem to be able to afford to help intercept either. In the present situation, where the number of arrows remains low and spiritual magic is weakened, the elves are not made a force for war. I just forced myself out front, and the skeletons are done tearing me apart. If only we could do something about the Spirit Magic Weakening scheme, the story would change.

Has it been 20 minutes since the battle started? The foot is covered with the wreckage of a knocked down skeleton, even where the ground is invisible. I don't know how many skeletons I've destroyed. Even so, I don't feel the number of skeletons has decreased. No, actually, you're not down. I'm guessing you're calling Skeleton, who was outside the village, for backup.

Thanks to you, my situation is tougher than it was in the Einfast defense. Unlike that time when we were alternating between combat and mobility, both magic and stamina are severely depleted because we keep fighting. Besides, there's no later this time. There were other players even when I died then. But if I die here, the Elf village will be ravaged and over. That was a lot of pressure for me.

"Oh, my God, are you breathing? Hmm? Hmm?

How many times will you loosen Skeleton's offense against me and tell him like Otoja made a fool of himself? Come on, you bastard!

"... there's nothing like this. They're making it easier for the miscellaneous fish opponents."

Skeleton opponents can still figure it out. If the outside forces come into the village and the outside becomes thin, it may also be possible to evacuate the elves. That said, even I can't keep fighting forever. Both stamina and MP can only continue to be consumed, and the potion for recovery is finite.

When this happens, should we evacuate the elves while we have the leeway? I don't know when Luke and the others are coming. I can't even confirm it because I can't afford to connect chats from this side. But the fact that I haven't heard from you either, I guess it hasn't cleared up yet.

"More than that, isn't it time for you to run out of pawns?

Throw a question to get some rest, even for a minute or a second. We need to buy some time.

"An important soldier, isn't it? I think we should go home before it's all gone."

Please go home. The desire to upset and smash is not a lie, but the safety of the elves should still be a priority.

But Otoja will.

"Ha, unfortunately, our troops are inexhaustible. How much did you take down? It's easy to replenish."

Think about what Otoja said that you are good at. Is it just a haunt, or a fact?

They're attacking Tsvand. The herd of undead is more than thousands, even if it's quoted less. He's attacking here. That's a good number for an undead. It's going to be hard to get all those numbers together, but how can that be inexhaustible?

It is possible that Infinite Spring Enemy for Events. A normal game would be more natural to think so. However, this game is GAO. What would a GAO operation that pursues reality, for better or worse? Can't you think that I'm bound to that part? Even more so if Swain's theory is true.

There are demons and stuff that create the undead indefinitely, and if you say that's ant in this world, you'll do it relentlessly, but I want to believe you just won't do it that far. I mean, please be a jerk. Please. With infinite gushing, my winning shot is zero...

"But it's true that it takes a lot of work, no matter how inexhaustible. Miscellaneous fish have a way of using them. There's nothing to waste here."

Skeleton and his movements changed. Most of them head towards Quinn, who is still fighting.

"We're not gonna get your body anyway. Then you don't have to kill her pretty."

Instead, the adventurers' zombies came forward. I mean, he came to crush me with everything he could. I guess that's how Quinn and the Elves think about exhausting them with both skeletons and killing them as unharmed as possible, or keeping them alive until they're zombies.

The skeletons around Otoja are a little less toward Quinn, too. Can we get this out of here? Clean up the adventurer zombies and pack them up in time at once to give the guidance to Otoja himself. I don't know how the Skeletons who lost the Lord move, but now that the rescue is uncertain, is this the surest way to protect the elves? While I'm stopping the elves, I'm worried that they might be able to break through the undead outside.

"Die!

Otoja gave the directive with a voice that felt spare and ridiculous. Swordsmen, heavy warriors and bandit zombies rush over here. At a speed that can be imagined from appearance and equipment, the motion is not inferior to that of a living person.

Bandit zombies were the first to attack us. What you're holding is a small sword wave. A sharp poke is approaching my neck.

But well...... slower than Wena!

He flushed his little sword with his left fist and poked the counter's fist in his face. [Magic Strike] Only, but still powerful enough to smash your face. This is a blow that a human opponent would be rendered incapable of fighting. But the target is a zombie. Without being frightened by the pain, he wields his next blow.

A swordsman zombie that came around from the sidelines at the same time unleashed a lateral blow. Move to hide behind bandit zombies to evade swordsmanship. The pursuit of the bandit zombie stopped by grabbing his wrist. Activate [Enhanced Magic Strike] into the hand of the empty person.

"Pierce!

Fist into the middle of a bandit's chest. Go for every leather armor your chest was equipped with. But it's different from here. With the simultaneous use of [magic control], the ensuing magic explosion opened a wind hole in the same place as it was.

We manipulated the Magic Explosion of [Enhanced Magic Strike] to prevent it from spreading with [Magic Control]. As a result, the power of the explosion became focused on one point. Although the control is still sweeter than usual, in some cases it is more user-friendly than normal. This was also registered as Arts, but I haven't decided on a name yet.

If you're a bandit zombie, that's what came with the cat. But it's really troublesome that you don't know how to be sure you're going to get laid.

He kicks his hand away from the bandit zombie who tried to collapse and hits the swordsman zombie that was located behind him to seal his movements, as well as move to deal with the giant body he sees at the edge of his sight. A typical tank-shaped heavy warrior zombie named Mace and Large Shield on full plate mails. Now, should I give this guy an earlier penetrating [enhanced magic shot]? Or you should use normal [enhanced magic strikes] to distort the armor into a form that seals the movement -

"Guh!?

He was forced to interrupt his thoughts after an intense blow to his belly. Before I figure out what happened, I cut the wind and the mace comes down.

"Nah!

A kick rolled out reflexively struck a mace pattern. He fell in recoil for letting go in an impossible position, but still succeeds in diverting the murder weapon. Mace fell to my left side and finished crushing the scattered white bones even finer.

Roll quickly to get up and check your surroundings. Then I saw something hard to believe. The only magician zombie who didn't come this way. He put up his cane and cast a spell. It's ants that zombies use magic!?

But this is my mistake. Zombies with intelligence were also in a certain TRPG, and those were settings where magic could not be used. So I mistakenly saw the mage's zombie as out of battle. He had knowledge of a serious fantasy system, but it was a late failure. I was going to understand that assumptions are dangerous in GAO!

Pull out the sword and throw [Enhanced Magic Strike] at the Mage Zombie. The swordfish pierced the face of the zombie and went on to explode. The magician zombie, who lost his head, falls and the sword falls to the ground.

But the spell was complete, and the spear of magic was flying this way. Energy Javelin, the top magic of energy bolts. This is definitely the type to hit, too. I guess this is what I just got in my stomach. Maybe.

Impossible to avoid. Where I scratched my feet, this definitely hits somewhere in my body. All you have to do is defend yourself when you say you can. Fortunately, thanks to the ability to use [Magic Control], anti-magic defense is possible. The point is the shape of the body wrapped in a membrane of magic. I'm glad you got it. Damn it!

The second round of energy javelin damage was less than the first shot. Just this defensive method, MP consumption doesn't make me stupid. I'd be a little more user-friendly if I could figure out where to hit it and expand it faster. No, can't you beat down the magic that's flying away or something? Maybe next time you could ask Swain to shoot an energy bolt. Aim, Mr. Lao.

The sound of the bow strings echoed in unison shortly after the defensive membrane was released. A swordsman zombie filled with countless holes enters sight as he moves something and his gaze behind his back. My arm with the sword is also a thousand slices flying. It would be the shooting of the elves. Most of the arrows are pierced, and both the skeletons behind the Swordsman Zombie are hit. You must have used [Magic Strike] or [Enhanced Magic Strike]. He said he rarely uses it when hunting, but I guess he can afford MP in the current situation where he can't use spiritual magic. It's reckless and extreme for that number of skeleton opponents, but do you mean a saturated attack on a zombie alone would still be better? That's an obvious overkill when you're a biological opponent. But the current backup was helpful. Now it's just the Heavy Warrior Zombies.

Heavy warrior zombies shake up their mace as they roar somehow. Exactly. It seems tough to leave this to the elves. But if we stop moving, maybe we can scrape it off with a bow later.

Evade a massive blow by shifting your half. Again Mace slaps the ground. Step on that mace's head to secure it, grab her shoulder with her left hand, and start [Enhanced Magic Strike] with her right hand accompanied by an elbow stretched out. The magic played and the elbow of the Heavy Warrior Zombie bent in the opposite direction.

Continue to activate [Enhanced Magic Strike] on your leg and step your right knee through the side. Heavy warrior zombies fall with warped armor, broken bones, and unable to support their own weight.

"Zachris! Can I leave this guy to you!?

"Leave it to me!"

I run with my voice on my back. The aim is Otoja's neck. Now skeletons with thinner layers should be able to break through!

Otoja seems surprised that I disabled the zombies. He seemed confident. A little drinks down.

The skeletons that were just sitting still are moving toward me. But it's late!

Kick the ground, jump. And kick in the sky and jump even more. Jump over both skeletons. Some of Skeleton's archers pointed a bow at me, but an arrow flew out of my back to interrupt it. I freaked out for a moment, but the archer is an elf. Believing there can be no accidental firing, we set our sights on Otoja and tried to kick the sky again.

"Become!?

The thought was never fulfilled. One of the armored knights standing in front of Otoja jumped to intercept me.

I had a bad feeling, I kicked in the sky to escape behind, not to move on. Armored knight's sword flashes, slashing and tearing up the space I was in.

I landed in front of both skeletons and immediately retreated back. There is no movement with both skeletons.

"Hehe, I'm sorry to hear that, Gentile"

Where did you get the upset earlier? Otoja wins proudly. Both skeletons cracked left and right, and armored knights entered through them.

If you look nearby, it's a pretty fancy armor. The colors are black, but there are decorations everywhere, and even if they say it's a luxury piece of art, it's believable.

The sword in my hand is a one-handed sword. This is pretty good, too. The sword body also has decorations, so much so that it seems a shame to use them in action.

However, it is assumed that if they are not distracted. Because it looks like a piece of art, or because of the wrapped temper, it looks more disastrous. There are only brilliant burning red eyes in the back of the helmet, the cloak worn is black, the lining is dull red like dry blood, the ends are worn out like slits... this is the undead night, I feel.

"This guy's not like the zombie we were talking about, is he? I've carefully selected and assembled some of the materials I can source now, because you're a Necromancer, not an exaggeration to say my greatest masterpiece! It's different. It's different!

You're a nasty bastard, Otoja... but I'm not lying about what that bastard is saying. What the heck... I can't stop chilling just now...

"Right. So if you crush this guy, your other pawns are like mutton fish."

You can't even show weakness, keep it that strong. What do you do when you're swallowed before you fight? We have to take this guy down. Because then we have to take him down.

Quickly take out the potion and drink it up. I'm not the one you can spare to win. We should do everything we can.

"Well, if you want to scratch your feet, scratch them. I'll wait till you're ready. It's more desperate when you lose."

You don't seem to want to interrupt my preparations. He's licking me...... no, is that all you have absolute confidence in the work?

Drink extra potion. Now the HP, MP and stamina are all fast. Both hands and feet [magic fire] are fine, too. The armor is pretty damaged because of the energy javelin earlier, but I can't fix it on this spot, so I can't help it.

"This one's good."

Finish prepping, stiffen your fists and stand. The Necromancer does not stand, but keeps his sword up.

Concentrate on the enemy in front of you. The sound of Quinn kicking both Skeletons and the sound of [Lost Forest] burning drove them out of consciousness. All I care about is the Necromancer knight to be defeated and Otoja's words to give his life to it.

"Shut up."

I heard Otoja. So for the first time, the Necromancer lifts his sword.

Check that and I popped out. I can't afford to see how things go. Fist a critical [Enhanced Magic Strike] that will not interfere with your body and step forward. but

"Become...!?

The Necromancer appeared most recently when he took the position of waving his fist up and protruding. I've packed the distance from there. It's not my time. It's already his time.

A black light shaking like a flame is coming straight down to me! Evasive!? Impossible!

"Fuck you. Huh!

There are no options left. I had to turn the [Enhanced Magic Strike] of the attack to intercept.

He punches his fist through the belly of the Necromancer's sword while wearing it. Heavy hits derailed the sword's orbit and plundered his chest.

Fallen into a magic explosion and leave backwards at all costs. [Signal perception] was used to alert the pursuit. The Necromancer has no movement.

Beyond the disappearance of the remnants of the magic, the Necromancer knight was stopped in a sword-wielding position. Did you not come in pursuit to comply with Otoja's orders? Even so, the root of the heart is rotten.

Hold on to your painful chest and figure out what to do next - painful chest?

Notice the discomfort and turn your gaze towards you.

The sword of the guy you just plundered. That trace remains on the left chest of my armor. Wounds by the sword. Black temper wrapped around there. And it's flowing from there, blood.

As soon as I recognized it, the pain pushed at once.
