Vampire Ancestor Cain’s body exploded, transforming into a dense mist of blood that filled the sky. Then, as if triggering a chain reaction, the Vampire Counts who had been promoted in the Blood Pool after the Ancestor’s revival began to explode, one after another. Their remains merged into Cain’s blood mist.

Instantly, countless savage souls and indignant roars erupted from within the blood mist. The cloud began to frantically devour the bloody aura permeating the battlefield, along with the corpses of the fallen Clans from both sides.

The surviving Vampire Counts, Elvin and Modofi, stared with eyes full of horror. They could never have imagined the Vampire Ancestor would self-destruct without hesitation, nor that the newly promoted Vampire Counts would all follow suit, exploding one after another.

Coming to their senses, Vampire Counts Elvin and Modofi frantically checked their own bodies, terrified that the Vampire Ancestor had planted some hidden trap within them as well.

The blood mist lingered, refusing to disperse. Although they did not know what the Vampire Ancestor had done, the Sun Holy Tree and the Fire Attribute Elf Mages, led by Mage Captain Joy Pala, immediately unleashed a barrage of attacks, hoping to vaporize the cloud.

The blood mist shrank rapidly under the barrage of Fire Attribute attacks. However, after it was reduced to about half its size, the remainder quickly solidified. It finally coalesced into the form of the Vampire Ancestor, now with three heads, six arms, and tattered bat wings composed of dark red crystal and blood. He radiated an aura far more powerful than before.

"This was the form of the Dark Demon I had planned to manifest after my ascension to True God!"

"But today, you have shattered my future! I no longer have any hope of ascending to True God!"

"If I want to ascend to True God, there is only one path left: to devour all of you and replenish my foundation!"

"You all must die!"

Having manifested his three-headed, six-armed form, Vampire Ancestor Cain had only three minutes of life remaining. After a roar that lasted a full ten seconds, he launched a frenzied assault.

Meanwhile, the Blood Moon in the sky grew larger and larger, drawing ever closer to the land.

Facing Vampire Ancestor Cain’s final, desperate counterattack, the magnificent voice of the Sun Holy Tree rang out once more.

"A nice idea!

"But as it is, this Dark Demon is merely an empty shell.

"Even by burning your entire foundation, you’ve only bought yourself three minutes.

"Once those three minutes are up, what will you do then?

"High Priest Shamiel, please prepare the final blow!" the Sun Holy Tree transmitted to Elf High Priest Shamiel.

"Understood!"

Although she was under the effect of Saint’s Descent, Shamiel was still in control of her own body. Taking a deep breath, the Elf High Priest poured all her remaining Power of Faith and Magic Power into the Spear of Judgment and began to gather her strength.

In the ensuing battle, the Sun Holy Tree, which now possessed the power of a Legendary Clan, did not take the offensive. Even after ascending to the Legendary Level, its true form was still a tree, making it inherently slow. Therefore, it made no attempt to compete with the Vampire Ancestor in speed.

Instead, the Sun Holy Tree gathered its Solar Power to create two shields, one large and one small. They protected both the Blood-colored Teleportation Gate and the temporary War Fortress, where all the Clans had retreated after abandoning their two camps.

Exactly three minutes later, Vampire Ancestor Cain died in his pseudo-Dark Demon state.
