The Gold-Type Evolver looked at the small pile of Cherry Tomatoes in front of her and couldn’t help but ask, "Are these all for us?"

Ren Yuanyang nodded slightly. "Yes, but you’ll have to wait a moment to eat. Since you’re joining our base, you need to tell us about yourselves."

The Evolver nodded. "My name is Jin Ziyu. I awakened a Gold-Type Superpower. I stole this yacht from Dawn Base, and I rescued these sisters from there too..."

From Jin Ziyu’s account, Ren Yuanyang and his group finally understood. The women had been kept captive on this very yacht for the entertainment of the higher-ups.

Jin Ziyu hadn’t revealed she was an Evolver when she was captured. Once she was on the yacht, she waited until the guards weren’t paying attention, then used her Superpower to eliminate all of them before escaping from Dawn Base with the other women.

Her earlier cooperation with Qin Haonan, leading all the women out, had been a ploy to catch Ren Yuanyang’s group off guard. But she hadn’t expected Ren Yuanyang to be even more cautious than she was and resort to poison.

No wonder she’d kept accusing Ren Yuanyang of being after their bodies!

During their escape, they had run out of diesel, gotten swept into the Seventh-level Wind Sea Region, and drifted here.

After hearing the women’s harrowing story, Lu Jiamei and Xin Wan once again felt fortunate to be with Ren Yuanyang, while also sympathizing with these women.

"To think Dawn Base would do something so despicable. They’re monsters!" Xin Wan cursed with a frown.

Lu Jiamei sighed. "Dawn Base probably isn’t the only one..."

"We have to look forward. Life goes on," Ren Yuanyang said. "Go ahead and untie them."

Lu Jiamei and Xin Wan immediately went forward to untie the women.

Just then, Qin Haonan finished his patrol and returned.

Seeing Lu Jiamei and Xin Wan untying the women, he frowned slightly and lowered his voice. "Boss, is this really okay?"

"Just keep an eye on Jin Ziyu for me," Ren Yuanyang replied in a low voice.

Qin Haonan nodded slightly and looked over at the newly freed Jin Ziyu. He saw her grabbing handfuls of Cherry Tomatoes and stuffing them into her mouth, her cheeks puffed out like a little hamster’s.

The corner of Qin Haonan’s mouth twitched. "Boss, are you sure you didn’t get it wrong? Is she really the Evolver?"

"That’s her," Ren Yuanyang said, shrugging helplessly.

As the other women ate the Cherry Tomatoes, tears streamed down their faces again—but this time, they were tears of joy.

"When you were brought onto this yacht, were the amenities still working?" Ren Yuanyang asked, approaching Jin Ziyu.

"The lights were on, but I don’t know about anything else. We never got to use them," Jin Ziyu mumbled, her cheeks still bulging.

A woman nearby immediately chimed in. "They were working at first, but then I think they started running low on diesel, so they restricted their use. In the end, they forbade it completely."

Ren Yuanyang looked at her. "They didn’t dismantle any of the amenities, did they?"

The woman shook her head. "No. It seemed the Dawn Cruise had plenty of its own amenities, so they didn’t need the ones on this yacht."

Ren Yuanyang nodded slightly.

Jin Ziyu finally swallowed the last of the Cherry Tomatoes in her mouth and asked curiously, "Boss, why are you asking? We’re out of diesel. Even if we had any, we couldn’t waste it on amenities!"

Ren Yuanyang was a little speechless to hear Jin Ziyu already calling him "Boss," but he replied anyway. "Because I plan to get these amenities running again, of course."

"But we don’t have—" Before Jin Ziyu could finish, the cabin lights suddenly flickered on.

Everyone stared in astonishment at the lights.

"Thank you for the diesel, Boss!" Jin Ziyu was the first to react, her voice filled with gratitude.

The other women immediately followed suit. "Thank you for the diesel, Boss!"

Ren Yuanyang shook his head. "This yacht belongs to Peach Blossom Base now. I’m not restarting the amenities just for you; I’ll be using them too. Leave the largest room for me. You can sort out the rest among yourselves."

"Yes, Boss!" Jin Ziyu and the other women replied in unison.

Ren Yuanyang waved a hand. "Your first task is to clean this entire yacht. I want it done before four this afternoon."

"No problem!" Jin Ziyu immediately led the women to start cleaning.

Meanwhile, Ren Yuanyang followed Lu Jiamei down to the lowest cabin. Just as expected, there were many cardboard boxes filled with all kinds of clothes, most of which were formal gowns. They were clearly intended for the elites who had frequented the yacht.

Ren Yuanyang had no interest in the gowns. He found a couple of casual outfits and changed in a nearby dressing room.

When he walked out of the dressing room, Lu Jiamei and Xin Wan were left staring, completely stunned.

"Boss, you look incredible in that outfit!" Qin Haonan couldn’t help but exclaim.

Ren Yuanyang shot him a glance. "It’s a fact we’re all aware of. No need to point it out."

Everyone was rendered speechless.

"Alright, everyone pick out a few outfits and get changed," Ren Yuanyang said, putting on a raincoat and heading out.

The yacht’s amenities were indeed plentiful and luxurious, but in the Level 7 gales, it was still rocking considerably—far less stable than the Banyan Forest.

Lu Jiamei and the others also picked out a few casual outfits and hurried to catch up with Ren Yuanyang on their way out.

After Ren Yuanyang’s group left, Jin Ziyu and the other women immediately began to talk amongst themselves.

"This feels like a dream. Did we really just join Peach Blossom Base?"

"It must be real. My worthless life isn’t worth tricking with a handful of Cherry Tomatoes."

Thinking of their harrowing experiences at Dawn Base, all the women fell silent.

Seeing them sinking into despair, Jin Ziyu used Ren Yuanyang’s earlier words to encourage them.

"The Boss just said it himself—we have to look forward. Life goes on!"

"That’s right. The Boss saved us and gave us food and shelter. From now on, my life is his. I’ll do whatever he asks without a second thought!"

"Exactly! We have to give it our all to complete any task the Boss gives us!"

With that, they threw themselves into their cleaning with even more vigor.

On the way back, Xin Wan spoke up. "Chief, we’ll have to cook a lot for dinner tonight. We’ll need to use the kitchen on the yacht."

Ren Yuanyang nodded. "Then use it. Have them help with the cooking."

"Should we prepare some more tableware?" Hua Lingfang asked after a moment’s thought.

"I saw there’s still plenty of tableware in the kitchen. We shouldn’t need any for now," Xin Wan replied.

"Then hold off on making more tableware for now," Ren Yuanyang instructed. "Go pick out a rooster and slaughter it."

Chickens were the first animal species to be enhanced, so they received a hundredfold bonus to their evolution. After breeding for the past few days, Peach Blossom Base now had three roosters, two hens, and four eggs waiting to hatch.

Killing one rooster wouldn’t affect the flock’s growth at all.

Ren Yuanyang and his group had been eyeing those chickens hungrily for a long time. The arrival of new members was the perfect excuse to finally slaughter one.

Hearing Ren Yuanyang’s words, Qin Haonan immediately grew excited. "Are we finally having chicken?"

"We’re having a proper meat dish today," Ren Yuanyang confirmed with a nod.

Just as Ren Yuanyang and his group were planning their dinner, the captain of the Dawn Cruise was flying into a rage.
