In many cases, the overall style of an adventurer team is closely linked to its leader.

Just like how "Flying Fish Oil Barrel," which was wiped out by Xia Nan with their bones buried at sea, had Oil Hand Bern as its captain, notorious in the nearby waters for pirate-like activities despite being an adventurer.

The other members of the Flying Fish Oil Barrel team also behaved like a pirate crew, keen on plundering and slaughter.

"Sword of Vengeance" is an adventurer fleet formed by Lorin many years ago. Despite her explosive and fiery temperament like her flaming red curly hair, her conduct as an adventurer is considered fair and aboveboard and is quite reputable in the Southern Islands.

Therefore, most of her team members are also upright, seldom indulging in contemptible, evil deeds.

The same goes for "Furious Tide Battle Gang."

Just like the mixed heritage of its creator, Iron Grid, the conduct of this team combines the straightforwardness of a Dwarf and the fury of a barbarian.

Their interactions with others are direct, without hidden malice, yet overly honest and straightforward, preferring to resolve all conflicts with bloodshed and battle.

Such a personality is certainly commendable as a teammate.

But as an enemy or even a passerby, encountering such impulsive and hot-headed individuals is not a good experience.

"Clang!"

A sound made by a cup being forcefully smashed onto the ground.

A sturdy Dwarf stood on the table, clutching his Good Edged Hammer tightly, his eyes round and burning with anger almost tangible.

In the center of his right arm was tattooed a shield split apart—the left half with a Dwarf’s Iron Hammer and the right half a barbarian’s giant axe, signifying his identity as a member of the "Furious Tide Battle Gang."

Beside the table, several teammates with similar tattoos also glared furiously in the same direction.

Opposite them was an adventurer team with an entirely different style and demeanor, seated at the neighboring table.

Unlike the distinctive attire of the adventurers in the "Furious Tide Battle Gang," this group had consistent styling and color schemes, differing only in their light or Heavy Armor and weaponry.

Though not to the extent of a military unit, such uniform scale and style are rare among adventurers.

On the fabric of their clothing was embroidered a crest—a Double bladed Stabbing Sword intertwined with Lightning and gusts of wind.

——"Wind Forger"!

A senior adventurer team on the same level as "Sword of Vengeance" and "Furious Tide Battle Gang."

In numerous past missions, they have had conflicts with the latter, their numerous grudges well known among adventurers in the Southern Islands.

For years, many believed it inevitable these two adventurer teams would one day have a decisive battle, until one was relegated to history.

Yet, due to various factors, as of now, "Furious Tide Battle Gang" and "Wind Forger" are both still thriving.

With the Moon Tide Banquet approaching, these two senior teams unexpectedly and understandably found themselves at the same venue, having completed the fishing competition, meeting near the square at the "Glass Oar" tavern.

There’s no need to intentionally create a conflict; past accumulated grievances instantly erupted the moment they confirmed each other’s presence, escalating to a tense standoff.

A fight was imminent.

Violent incidents are common in taverns, but a case involving two senior adventurer teams is a first for the Glass Oar.

No side wants to offend them, so the tavern owner is left in distressful hiding behind the bar counter, praying that after the fight, both sides leave a few intact chairs and tables for him.

Having just contacted Xia Nan and seeing his teammates at odds with Wind Forger, Iron Grid rushed forward.

He reached out and patted the Dwarf standing on the table on the thigh, signaling for calm.

In a few steps, he reached the front of his entire team.

At 165 cm, he wasn’t tall or short, but paired with his naturally solid presence, he gave off an impression of extraordinary reliability as a leader.

Ignoring the hostile gazes from the members of the Wind Forger team, Iron Grid’s gaze traversed the crowd, directly aimed at the deepest part of the opposing group.

There was a figure there, dressed in a dark blue long coat and high-neck silk shirt, styled like nobility.

He wore silky long hair, rarely seen among male adventurers, unbraided, allowing his silver-white strands to cascade over his shoulders;

His features were exquisite and well-defined, skin white and flawless, without sunspots or any hint of yellowness or darkness, as if the scorching sunlight of the Southern Islands had no impact on him.

The reason was evident—the pointed ears peeking through his hair marked him as a Pure blood Elf.

At this moment, he casually crossed his legs, holding a half-filled goblet of wine in his hand, gently swirling it while casting a taunting and disdainful gaze at Iron Grid from afar.

Even without uttering a word, the meaning hidden in his expression and eyes would be evident to anyone with even a touch of perceptiveness, sensing the mocking hostility therein.

Had it been any other time, Iron Grid might have roared and charged up, aiming to smash the opponent’s skull with his Iron Hammer.
