Chenin is back. Unexpectedly, they're accepting us. Besides, he said he would accept all the large groups that go up to 140 as well, not a few.

"That's a lot of acceptances."

That leaves me wondering. If you look at Celsil as usual, it's all the more so. But if you look at this Windy Fairy Clan (Sylph) named Chenin, it doesn't look like he's lying.

"My brother says Schule is also familiar with Eastern circumstances. We also know what the kingdom of man intends to do to advance to the woods, so we don't have to contend in vain."

If that's true, it's a lot easier to put your hands together. But is it true that there can also be sweet words to put us in a trap?

At least as far as Celsil's words are concerned, it seems like a thoroughbred, fairy clan is looking down on us.

"Just... do you say that the other members of the Wise Men's Conference are not as flexible as their brother..."

I see, it is one chief named Schule who is expressing acceptance, and the others are turning against it? Well, it has to be good just to have a clan to accept.

If it's one chief named Schule who's flexible enough to handle it, you can draw support from it. Do you mind if I use it as a tool to support technology, weapons, or human resources?

The difficult question of how to run a territory after a goblin defeats a human.

How do we rule and govern humans?

Governance is security, justice and administration, if you ask me what exactly it refers to.

One answer is indirect governance. We do not govern directly, but the people on the ground - that is to say, establish a provisional lord to govern through it.

The usefulness of this is that the ruled do not see in a visible way that we govern directly. This means that the spearhead of condemnation goes to the lord who governs directly, not the goblins. There is also an aspect of relieving the fear of domination by goblins.

Goblins have never stood above humans before. If you stand up all of a sudden, rebellion is imperative, so you can gradually penetrate that fact. From maintaining law and order as a force of war at first, to administration and justice, gradually get the hands of goblins right. But to do so, we need to learn administrative, judicial know-how. With it are those who make up societies like humans, subhumans and fairy tribes.

It is probably humans who have the highest degree of sociality. It has a high social system, through transactions and the distribution of the monetary economy. It will definitely be the most prosperous species in the world.

The answer to why we were able to thrive is of course because we won the war.

Of course there must have been the protection of God and the activity of the human heroes. But that's secondary. The most prosperous reason for man is the high social system. It would be a penetration of trading and the accompanying monetary economy. People get together, transactions happen, more people get together, big cities form. Once a large city is formed, the road leading to it becomes a running street, and settlements to feed the big city begin to form around it.

If wealth is born, there is something to flock to there. Force is created to eliminate it, and a country is born. Eliminated external enemies, expanded the country, and in an instant man would have expanded his national territory.

It is the result of a high degree of sociality that cannot be imitated by either the subhuman or the fairy tribe, namely the trading and monetary economy.

But the question remains whether we can administer justice and administration accordingly. The distribution of people and gold through exchanges makes them think that the difference between the rich and the poor is widening and that it leads directly to war. Or if you're going to live a life that's too short to the fullest, then maybe that's the only kind of harsh prosperity you have, living a life that burns out like a flame.

So what about the sub-people?

Of course I didn't know back in the day. We can only guess from their present ecology, but they constituted a loose community through trade, while retaining their uniqueness in small settlements. From the point of view of security, administration and justice, it is by no means inferior to human beings. There is security, administration, and justice for every small settlement. So how about in terms of monetary economy and trading? All in all, we won't be outnumbered by humans. Barter exchanges dominate, and the breadth of transactions only to the extent that they connect each settlement. You can say that currency does not exist. It is good to assume that there is not much difference in identity, either from where taxes do not exist.

Can you take charge of security, administration, and justice when subpeople rule over humans? I don't think so. They are too simple.

So, how's the fairy clan?

Would they understand the concept of a ruler? Will they be aware of the principles for dominating large numbers in small numbers? If you look at Celsil or something, you just look like you're sitting on top of the grace, but I just hope that's not a lot.

"Then let me move it right away. You can ask for guidance, right?

"Absolutely."

When he tells Shunan to leave the next day, he gathers the Goblin leaders and gives them instructions. At the same time, tell the subpeople to thank them for their cooperation and ask them to interact with the goblins in the east.

"Gi Zar, stay here for a while and ask me to relay."

"Hmm, I don't mind... are you okay without me?

I tell you, grinning bitterly at Gi Zar, who is genuinely worried.

"There won't be anything weird about looking at this huge crowd"

"Well... is that right"

Gi Za quickly affirms when I think about it just a little bit. Gi Zar's role is to secure the way to the fairy tribe's place of residence while interacting with the subhumans. If we go back and this is gone, or if we have to go back, we don't have a place to go.

But, my king, you are forbidden to be cautious.

"I know."

That's worrying. But the advice has never gone beyond my ears.

The next day we set out for the fairy tribe's residence. It was a huge move with 130 goblins, leaving about 10 under Gi Zar.

The Eagle-Eyed Fick, Fick Barbard, had been sipping liquor with the Old Known for the first time in a long time at a liquor store in the Kingdom of Germion. To the witchcraft killer meal, the golden rigid wierd, and Yugil, Vitz...... such a rash on the face of a member who once made his way into the woods at the request of Garland.

In return, we have already set up a platform for exchanging information by moving the venues to the east and south each month, but also by members who can gather on a regular basis.

When it comes to the atmosphere of an adventurer's gathering liquor store, going to any country is very much the same. The market is set to be dirty, full of enthusiasm, and good food and booze.

On the table are many dishes arranged full of eyes, and ales poured side-by-side on the jock moisten the throats of the adventurers on their way home from work.

"Thank you for getting us together today. Well, let's not get too hard."

Everyone jocks together in the words of a rigid wire.

"First to those who have lost their lives, then to those who live."

The jock is beaten and each begins to eat the dish. Drinking up the ale in a luxurious way and attracting attention is the magic killer meal.

"... warm"

"That's the line you drink and say."

Yugil and Vitz laugh at the words of Fick the Eagle Eye. Apparently, by the looks of it, she was a sizable alcoholic.

"Since Garland is in the north, even if I had no choice, could the White Healer not come?"

To Wyard's words, Vitz frowns.

"Stop talking about him. It's gonna suck."

"Oh, my God, I thought you were so intentional because we're together."

"I feel like a child goat being given to a slaughterhouse, and I'm chilling that one day I'll be wanted as an evil man."

Wierd laughs bitterly at Vitz shrugging his shoulders.

He said he was still going around the church for preaching, and that he was coming as soon as it was over.

The polite tone belongs to Yugil, who is silent in battle. When I saw Yugil open his mouth, which I hardly remember talking about, Meal jumped up his eyebrows.

"You, you talked."

"I have ascension."

The joke is accompanied by laughter.

"Ho, it's true"

The words of Yugil like a wolf call for even more laughter.

"Speaking of which, have you heard? Lord Gowen of the West will build a colonial city."

Fick asks about the topic as he muddles the tears of his eyes.

"Hmm, so much recognition with powerful enemies. But will you wait till I finish making it?

Think as the rigid wire strokes his jaw.

"... what is a colonial city?

Meal emptying his fourth jock much more lavishly asks Wierd.

"Strategical base… is it hard to understand?"

"Yeah."

"A colonial city is a fort and a settlement."

Put the black bread on the empty plate and point it at it with a fork so that the wierd can also tell the meal.

"Generally speaking, this is used as a base to stretch the stone walls to the left and right. Stand guard towers at regular intervals"

Lined up are pig bowel stuffs.

"To completely block the outside and the inside. This stone wall is assumed to be at least 3 m high. To spear anyone who tries to climb. Plus, there are moats... well, how far do we go?"

On the outside of the intestine, there is a line of pasta.

"Inside the stone walls, fields are set up to feed themselves only to cover their self-sufficiency. Well, it depends on the mayor of the colonial city, but it's normal to keep the tax rate low. It's the peasants who make the fields, or the soldiers who do it together."

Salad that is raised inside the intestine. On a bright green vegetable called Cabacho, a red, sour vegetable called Truma is sliced into rings. For flavoring, the silp is covered on top, adding colour to the look.

"It is a defensive facility in controlling enemy strongholds, as well as an offensive facility for invariably attacking enemies. It's mostly used to attack barbarians. In famous places, the same goes for Yurad in the South, Sonoia in the North, etc."

Meal emptying the sixth cup, looking sideways at the black bread that can be piled up on a plate of wierd.

"... Yurad had no stone walls"

The city of Yurad, close to Wang capital, is now one of the largest producers of food to feed Wang capital.

"Well, if the role changes, the stone walls will be destroyed."

To Vitz's words, really? and meal looking up at the wierd.

"Oh, even if it's true. Yurad was a colonial city over a hundred years ago. It is a famous story that it was built as a strategic hub in the south and west. Now all the way down south. The front line is in Yotunhel. You asked me to transport supplies a couple of times, and I got a request, right? They're fighting along the Kubere River."

A wierd that cuts into black bread and pinches the bowels of cavacho, tourma and pigs to luxuriously cling.

"Uhm, good"

Meal reaches out to the dish with no hesitation either, to the gravy fat flooding out of his bowels and the sound of fresh vegetable bites being chopped off.

"Fick's in the south now, isn't he? What about the economy?"

Vitz asks as he hits the feet of a fragrant burnt bird.

"If you're from a group of free cities, when it comes to smelling bad, yes, but well, it's like you're always in business and war over there."

Wrap more served pasta around elegantly with a fork and swallow with pepper.

"The number of requests is high, but that is also the degree of danger. Well, we have to think about standing around."

Hard voids are hard, and even though I'm eating, if I fly with a joke, I keep blowing things out.

"Something like this crusade is rare."

Except for the bones of the open baked fish, then Yugil, whose whitening was on his cheeks, empties his mouth before asking. The smell of freshly baked fish spreads all over your mouth, pushing in a grin that is about to leak unexpectedly, and watching the fic.

"Well, hardly ever in the south,"

"So what about the eastern Shreddinist country?

A wierd, who quickly ate up the stuff on the plate, laughs with the bread in his hand again.

"I don't really recommend it. I'm out for the Allies, too, but if you want a crusade, it's still west."

To Yugil, who thinks, Vits slaps him on the shoulder.

"You want to fight that monster again? You like things."

"No, I regretted it wasn't. We need to be more powerful."

"If that's the case, why don't you come to my blood alliance for a little while? I'm not proud of you, but all over the world..."

"Oh, is the world's famous Flying Swallow blood alliance short of talent enough to pull it out?

It was Vitz who turned a little to the voice.

The white healer, smiling softly at him, who still looked up to heaven and seemed to curse, glanced at his mouth from his usual white robe, sat down next to Vitz.

"You're eating something delicious."

Drink up the delivered ale gently and shake your neck.

"Hi, you're so warm."

To the snort meal, the snort fic.

"I don't care, do you even wear that food during meals?

With a sinister face reminiscent of a strict father, the white healer laughs and takes the hood when Wired asks the question. It was the beautiful woman's face that showed up from below. Silver hair, green water (emerald) colored eyed nose muscles and grinning mouth.

"It's a hassle when my face sells, so I usually stay like this. I'm sorry."

"You're gonna be famous, are you annoying? I'd rather be famous."

The white healer sends a smile on Fick's red face twisting his neck.

"As long as you're a woman, it's a lot of trouble in a man's society. Hey, Vits."

To a meaningful word, Vitz turns that way.

"Ah, hey."

It's abandoning itself somewhere, Vitz. The white healer then turns to Yugil.

"Does Yugil want a crusade request?

"No, well, the..."

He also smiles at Yugil, who gets all twisted up.

"It's too dangerous to go west right now. If we're headed south, maybe."

"The Free Cities are a state of contention between humans, right?

Nodding at Fick's words, she includes cheese in a slice.

"It's better around Galahad, more south, facing the sea. There will be a lot of crusading requests because it will be a periphery there."

I see. That way.

To the nodding wierd, Meal turns his eyes to explain.

"Well, it's suicide heading west now anyway. That goblin will be raging, and Western lords are forbidden to enter the woods. I don't think there's a request to be turned to the guild, or to go anywhere near the woods, to go into the woods."

Yugil nods at her shrugging shoulders.

"You don't want to die yet, do you?

The two adventurers traveling with her shook up when they saw the snake-like cunning look on the face of a beautiful woman. Just being neat inspires me to feel even worse.

"... no intention"

The white healer laughed greatly at the words of Meal, who was blushed and whined.

"Well, for now, you're celebrating a reunion!

Each time Fick lifts the jock high, he holds the jock in one hand.

"To our reunion, cheers!"

The noise of being pounded was all over the noise, and the adventurers' nights were always busy.
