Goblin Kingdom

Confrontation

In a colonial city facing the mountains of the Snow God (Yugrasil), Garland was left to his wrath to bark.

"Damn! You barbarians!

That's because the snow ghosts (Yugshiva), who were supposed to have driven deep into the snow mountains after Gowen had requested reinforcements to protect the west of the kingdom, had just relaunched their activities.

Moreover, this time, it is not challenging the showdown as before, but what an unpleasant way of fighting to say that we will split into a few groups and attack patrol soldiers on the side of the Kingdom of Germion and attack the caravan.

Colonial cities, the key to northern defense, are, in terms of their robustness, hard out of groups. Perhaps even if the northern barbarians attack us with a thousand or two thousand armies, if Garland is alive, we can prevent it.

But Garland's body is one.

No matter how powerful it may be, if two places are instantly attacked at the same time, one must be abandoned. The barbarians pull over and pull away, as if to mock Garland, who takes a handful of his men and sets out to drive the barbarians away.

In a reality where all the damage was increasing, Garland shook his furious hair.

Even if not, Garland owes Gowen.

"If you've changed the way you fight before, you're saying they've learned."

Even the lieutenants, frightened by fear of touching the wrath of Garland, calmly analyzed the war situation in what should be termed the Associate Saint Knight, Lily.

"... they're hard to do. They switched heads?

In the executive room where the heads of the army gather, Garland inquires with no one. To sum up the thought, no one dared try to answer because everyone in it knew it was a word out of their mouth.

Meditating and summing up his thoughts, Garland stood up slamming his desk when he opened his eyes cuttingly.

"Send reinforcements west. Five hundred. The guard here, Lily... is yours."

Listen to Garland and everyone on the spot will keep an eye on the size of the reinforcements.

"... I'm afraid, General. So, this is our defense."

A fearful deputy opens his mouth, but Garland never bends his thoughts with one tongue.

"That's it for the decision. Lily, I got this."

Garland leaves the room with his heel back. And there is a heavy silence in the room.

"... Lord Lily, what can I do for you?

Lily nodded at the words of the deputy who opened her mouth out of a sense of duty.

"But it will take patience and guts to implement my measures. Is there anyone in this northbound fort who can do that?

Looking over at the silent officers, Lily sighed. They all know. The soldiers of my men are as crude as the desolates.

And of those, Garland leads a good number of them to the west.

"... I see, that's what you mean"

Lillie convinced one person and thought of Garland's sincerity. The vast majority of the desolates go west with Garland.

If so, what will remain are the most temperamental ones? Garland-favored, crude, rough, "rough guy" who doesn't even care about his own life, not the lives of others.

If Garland leads them, there will be more power for Lily to move freely herself. They're going to let me handle a relatively submissive soldier.

"Are you not being honest? Or is it a coincidence"

Lily laughed with a tickle and raised her voice.

"We have to do it! Everybody listen up!

To Rin's appearance, the officers heard the words with the thought of reviewing her.

The main unit, led by the king of Goblin, was thorough for the night's journey. In the villages occupied along the way, a small number of goblins are placed and asked to be bridged by the Shmere and fairy tribes to leave the villages behind. Taking the resting point, in the small woods and so forth, was entering dispersed and resting his body during the day.

The meal either caught the warcraft I went to and met on the plains, or I mouthed a preserved meal, but it is not a very satisfactory amount. No one complained, in pain of how blessed the dark woods were.

For the king of Goblin himself had taken the initiative to endure the coarse meal, and had it been time for a break, he would have gone around speaking to the commanders of all ranks.

That's how on the third day, we finally get reports of enemies and encounters from the advance troops of Gi Goo Berbena moving forward.

"Big brother, enemy contact. Damage Normal Class 1. The enemy has been captured."

The king of goblins frowned at the goblins boiling down to the report of the rare goblins.

"How many enemies?

"Ten good guys, but they're all tied up"

"Hmm."

He was the king of goblins who thought to look up to heaven when he put his arms together, but only for a few troubled hours.

"See you."

To the pronounced king's words, Rare Goblins bow their heads before turning back their heels. The purpose of the decree is to return to Gi Gu of the “Wolves” once again if he conveys a message to the King.

What troubled the king of Goblin was that it was the regular soldiers who captured him? Or were they adventurers? A regular soldier raises the alarm on the human side over a situation where they say they won't come back.

Another soldier will be sent to investigate the worst. It makes it difficult to name the effect of this operation as a premise, an ambush.

If you were the adventurers, you wouldn't need to be so vigilant. It can't be so strictly time controlled. If you're just anxious, that's as high as ten. With that many people, you'd have your acquaintance somewhere.

The adventurer's acquaintance, or may worry.

However, the King of Goblin was not going to deny this decision of Gi Gu. On the contrary, he even thinks it's more of a commendable job.

He leads a large group approaching 500. Normally, if you saw such a large group, you wouldn't want to fight for about ten people. Then naturally, a few sides should try to escape.

You say you captured it, so you controlled and hid a large crowd brilliantly? Or did you capture it without breathing? Either way, the king of Goblin had decided that they were putting together a large group well.

"O king. If you've seen a human for a while, you won't have to hang up."

On the king's side, it was the spell-man (sherman) Goblin, Gi the Zarquand, who summed up the sacrifice (Druid), who vomited his uncontested opinions.

"Your opinion is good, too. But if we misjudge the information we get, we're doomed. This is enemy territory. You should be careful."

"Then we should run the decree so as to slow down the march to Lord Gi Goo Berbena"

The spellman Gi Zar was concerned about the speed of this massive march. The most fearful thing is that this location will be exposed to the enemy and will remain detached from the advance troops led by Gi Gu to fight the enemy.

I mouthed my opinion under the idea that I should not pack the distance between the two at all. Naturally, the king of Goblin preached the importance of information, knowing it.

The distance between the main unit, currently led by the king of Goblin, and the advance unit, led by the group wolf Gi Goo, is about one day and one night away. It was something that the Goblins, who still had no experience of the war, could not tell if they felt this distance was far or near.

"If you're Gi Goo, you should do well in contact with your enemies. Give me this instruction and he'll do it hard."

"If the king is like that, I can't help it..."

Feeling Goblin's king's trust in Gi Gu, Gi Za lowered his opinion.

"Then, my king. Let's give you a little march speed."

To that opinion, the king of goblins gave his permission with a bitter smile.

"Sure, then you'll be able to meet the prisoners as soon as possible, packing a distance from Gi Gu's advance troops"

"Uhm."

"Be good! Tell each unit to run at the speed of the wind."

The King of Goblins had made various proposals on the way to marching in the Great Army.

One of them is the criterion of marching speed. The speed of the disease is the speed at which the Goblin 4 clans march to match one Paradour veteran. Lead the cavalry and seek speed of movement. In normal goblins, it is the speed at which it is finally said to follow.

Of course, the level of vigilance around you drops, but the King of Goblins thinks it's okay not to be so vigilant now, because we originally had the advance troops.

"Gi Gur"

"In front of you"

In serving the king of Goblin, we call the name of the oldest and greatest loyalist. It is Gi Gar Larks, a night-class goblin who rides the horseback given to him by Palladua Goblin.

"Kingsguard, chase after Palladua. Collaborate with the Centaur, the Fang Clan (Ware Wolf) to pick up the shepherds."

"Yes!"

"After the Kingsguard, let Gi Zi Yub chase you. Behind it, the Guidoga family."

Under the direction of the king, each commander scatters.

"Kick the earth, rip the wind! March!"

Under the decree of the king of Goblin, they ran on the earth at night at a rate of disease.

Western lord Gowen Raneed left the West Capital, led by the majority of his forces under his command. That total number, which welcomed reinforcements from the Wang capital, went up to 1700. The larger number than Gowen had estimated is the result of soldiers who once fought under Gowen's command rushing as a proselytizing army.

A thousand infantry soldiers under Gowen's command, a hundred archers, 200 horseman riders, a hundred tank soldiers... and a hundred wizard troops and 200 lightly equipped swordmen from Wang Du.

Reinforcements have yet to arrive from the Galand in the north and Gize in the south, but Gowen consolidated his determination to stop the war with this force.

One is a food problem. We don't have enough food stockpiles in the West Capital to sustain this large army. There are colonial cities. As for Gowen, he thought it was the colonial city built for Cage Castle that should have plenty of food.

Sometimes there is only a large amount of food to support the hearts of those who endure the cage castle.

In his long history of war, Gowen knew with his own hands how hard and painful Cage Castle was.

Another reason is the structural problems in the western capital.

Originally created for the purpose of operating the western realm, the city was not equipped with enough features to be called a military capital. In addition to the constant guards, he couldn't afford to accept as many as 1,700 personnel.

If you don't have a bunk, the soldiers have to put up a tent and sleep outside.

At night, looking out over the West Metropolitan lights. Natural discontent builds up.

Determining it was like digging his own grave to sift such things in before the war, Gowen decides to leave from the West Capital without waiting for reinforcements from the North and the South.

"Take the lead, scout and expose the horseman. As a Chinese army, infantry. Behind it, tanker soldiers. At the end of the day, it's a rescue force from Wang Du."

At a meeting that brings together the captains of each unit, Gowen points to the map and talks about strategy.

"Do we all know what's going on?

Confirm the nodding platoon leaders and proceed further.

"Our aim is to rescue colonial cities. and the annihilation of Goblins and others. If you enter a colonial city, you will attempt to attack the forest again using it as a base"

"Into the woods again...?

"That's right. There are no hands without such great force."

One of the platoon leaders expresses his opinion to Gowen, who does not feel any emotional swings.

But some of the soldiers still have no fear of the woods.

"Whatever it takes to destroy the Goblins, it's not a big premise."

To sum up the squad captains' anxiety, Gowen showed a rational course of action, a plan for replenishment. The wizards who came to the rescue from the king's capital also have to be impressed by his array.

A battle is a bump in quantity.

Though there are certainly magic and skills, plus a thousand of them who have bestowed the grace of the gods, that alone does not determine the battle. Before the beginning of the war, we took control of the area, set up supply lines and prepare to include the creation of traps, if necessary. Since the beginning of the war, there has been a multitude of things to do other than eliminate non-main forces, defeat enemies, pursue and… heroes.

Rather, they are the protagonists of the battlefield, more than the presence of heroes and brave men is a rarity. To this point, Gowen Laneed will be the only one in the Kingdom of Germion who can plan for the war.

No matter how good just one hero is, it is the power of numbers that determines the final victory.

What is there is the principle of simple power.

The cold-blooded Iron Arm Knight had thoroughly incorporated it into the operation.

"But the forest is their territory. Isn't that dangerous?

"Sure, I know what you're trying to say. But if you're saying the woods are dangerous, you can scrape them off."

Gowen, who turned his gaze to the wizard, asks with his gaze.

"It would be possible. More people use the attributes of earth and fire."

Gowen adds words when he snorts.

"Above all, this time, there is a colonial city. I don't have a hand in not using this."

Gowen's illustrated blue depiction was an attempt to harvest forest trees and use it to strengthen the defenses of colonial cities. If we take away the power of the forest, it will therefore take away the power of Goblins and others.

The defence of colonial cities, by contrast, will consolidate and the forces on the human side will gradually increase.

It was as if solving the puzzle that the one hand to strike out would lead to the next. The squad captains who hear the plan will look confident.

Gowen looks at them with satisfaction.

"No need for heroes or anything else for this fight. It is our power that determines the battle. Everybody, get excited."

Gowen exhaled in a deep sigh as he dropped them off in a gracious manner.

"... no need for a hero, etc. The simple principle of power by quantity… but overturning it would be a hero"

No matter how closely assembled the operation, there will always be.

That he was a hero and a brave man.

"But as long as I'm around, I won't be late for goblins, etc."

With strong determination in his eyes, Gowen himself leaves the room.

The rescue troops led by Gowen, aiming for a colonial city, bumped into each other two days later with the Goblins.
