God-Tier Villain

Chapter 100

Soren snorted softly, he was convinced.

A flick of his wrist, and a current of demonic energy picked Celeste up and set her down on the soft bed behind her.

She was pleased with herself.

Something hot and expectant flickered deep in her eyes. "Since I’ve decided..."

"...I promise I’ll never regret it as long as I live."

"In front of other people, treat me however you want, hit me, curse at me, I won’t push back or sulk about it."

"But in here... you listen to me" She patted the wide bed under her, and her expression turned faintly sinister.

Genuinely sinister, Soren, a Lower-Tier Demon Ancestor, actually stalled for a split second looking at it.

"To tell you the truth..."

"Heh heh..." Celeste dropped her head and let out a sly, satisfied giggle, shoulders shaking.

"Because of my body..."

"...I could never do normal things."

"Bored out of my mind, all I could do was read, books, ancient texts, anything."

"Don’t let the isolated little mountain village fool you, my grandfather sits on a treasure trove of old texts, every kind of book you can imagine."

"On the subject of Yin-Yang harmonization and dual cultivation alone, I got through no fewer than a thousand volumes on the sly."

"Hehe, and now all that theory finally gets applied."

Soren had no words, the disability and the innocent face had fooled him completely.

She was a closet pervert who’d spent her whole life reading dirty books.

"What are you waiting for?"

"Come on over."

"Don’t tell me you’re scared?"

"A dignified Lower-Tier Ancestor Realm powerhouse, invincible in the demon race, scared of a frail little girl like me?"

Soren frowned slightly and walked over, he saw through the clumsy taunt, but somebody had to teach Celeste that on certain subjects, being an armchair general isn’t enough.

In a brand-new dress, Celeste groaned her way into a chair, propping herself on the arm, and drained a big cup of water.

This damn demon lord was freakishly strong, she’d deployed every technique she owned and he’d taken them apart one after another, her body, freshly restored to perfect condition, felt like every bone had been shaken loose and put back wrong.

She sat reviewing where the strategy had failed.

All that reading definitely hadn’t been wasted, her progress was frankly terrifying.

The reason she couldn’t pin him down probably had nothing to do with technique, her cultivation was too low and her body too weak, that was all.

Wait until I break through to the Emperor Realm, or the Ancestor Realm, let’s see how tough you are then.

Plotting out the future campaign, Celeste laughed aloud, wearing an expression that could only be described as sleazy.

Two and a half days had established one undeniable fact.

He was invincible, whatever the woman, whatever the method, whatever the technique, it all shattered on first contact with absolute power.

They’d also established a second fact, Celeste was not right in the head.

Victoria was an Upper-Tier Demon Emperor and Lysara carried the Extreme Yin Holy Body, and neither had Celeste’s persistence or raw willpower.

She seemed to be running on one idea only, conquer him back, whatever it took.

She didn’t have the experience for it yet, Soren had no doubt she’d keep trying.

On the Strategy Encyclopedia, Celeste’s tier had gone from Absolute Loyalty to Following to the Death.

The top title lighting up confirmed the strategy logs were dead accurate, and it genuinely startled him.

Under three days, total stranger to following him to the death, rven Ethel hadn’t moved that fast, dhe’d smashed every record on the board.

Part of it was that her cultivation realm wasn’t high.

The other part was that personality of hers.

Celeste was clearly the type who locks onto a goal, or a person, and never changes her mind as long as she lives.

Obsessive, in plain terms, terrifyingly obsessive.

The kind that stops at death and not before.

"What are you thinking about?" While he was reading the titles, Celeste smoothed her black hair back and dropped her chin onto his shoulder, her eyes were fixed on him like he was a banquet spread on a table, color, aroma and flavor all top grade.

"Nothing."

She swallowed, her hands didn’t stand on ceremony at all, roaming over that hard, sharply cut frame like an out-and-out female hooligan.

"Hehe, from today you’re officially this lady’s man."

"Hey, tell me"

"Next year, think I’ll give birth to a little Soren for you?"

Soren stared at her.

"The odds of a human and a demon producing a half-demon child are extremely low."

He’d refined the former coward’s blood essence and devoured his soul on top of it, so calling himself a demon wasn’t a stretch, add the Spirit Ancestor blood essence he’d refined, and all three great races ran together in one body.

"Also, I’m at the Ancestor Realm."

"The higher the realm, the lower the odds of conception."

"That’s a law of nature and it doesn’t bend."

"Descendants of an Ancestor Realm expert inherit formidable bone and blood foundations, which is why every one of them is a heaven-defying prodigy."

"If luck’s on our side..."

"...they’d be at the Emperor Realm the moment they’re born."

"Worst case, Venerable Realm."

Celeste lit up at that and stroked her flat, taut stomach.

"Hehe, then I’ll be sure to give birth to an Emperor-realm little demon lord for you~"

All that explaining, and she’d absorbed none of it.

Without special pills or esoteric methods to help it along, conceiving naturally wasn’t going to be anywhere near that simple.

Hold on, something felt off, and Soren couldn’t name it, he frowned and studied Celeste’s face, hunting for whatever was underneath.

There it was, a glimmer of secret delight, barely visible.

"You’re not scheming something, are you?"

"Congratulations, you guessed right" Her dark eyes were ink, bottomless, she’d been planning this the whole time.

"I already told you."

"This lady has read no fewer than a thousand ancient texts and scrolls on the subject!"

"And my body’s recovered, my cultivation’s back."

"So I can finally use a few of my special methods."

Seeing his expression shift, Celeste hurried in and pecked him on the cheek.

"You know, I’ve only known you a few days, and my heart feels so strange."
