LA is packed with Koreans. So it's good to be able to eat the same as in Korea. I have a professional chef at home, a 1.5-year-old Korean who is good at both food and Korean cuisine, so it's fun to choose.

"Oh, that's cool. I feel better."

When I ate hot sugar, I felt like I was washing away the stress that was accumulated in me. Usually older people say they eat hot things and are cool, but I like to think of them as old people. When I go to Korea, I wonder what I will learn since the people around me go up to the 40s and 50s.

"Things still aren't going well?"

Jennifer looks at me and asks me questions. I was having trouble with Rockefeller and Parson before, and I asked him if he had any concerns, and he briefed me on that.

"Progress is going well, but there's still a long way to an end. It's just a little stretchy, isn't it? It's nothing."

I pretended to be strong because I didn't want to worry you. If you think about it with your head, you'll only get wrinkles. Jennifer wants to raise him firmly and gently, without worrying.

"John will be bigger. I've only just started a business, but that's a little more than 100 years old. Right?"

"Phew, when did you become so enthusiastic? I can't get used to you being serious."

"Hehe, am I such a light girl?"

Jennifer makes a gesture, and she smiles at me with her affections to like me. Yeah, you need to be strong if I'm gonna feed you. Heheheh.

After I finished eating, I drank coffee and talked about the expansion of Rocksville School and the establishment or support of a private school in the LA suburbs.

After going through this, the deep-rooted ones realized that talents were vast and deep beneath them. Famous beginnings, second-hand and universities, as well as various scholarship businesses, are capturing children who are loyal or connected to Rockefeller. These people are spreading their support to society, so their roots are getting stiffer.

"We're going to make Rocksville the most prestigious private school in San Francisco. I'll ask the principal to make a progress plan for you, and if there's anything you can do, I'll be sure to support you. Especially when you have a great talent."

Rocksville is a place to go when you fall in San Francisco, but the outskirts are still wide, so there's no problem expanding the school. I plan to make it a smart and top-notch school to attract the city's talent.

When I was in my life, it was very rare to get accepted to a prestigious school, but the situation has completely changed since I started sponsoring. I wanted to go one step further because of Roxville's educational environment.

Rocksville is both Jennifer's hometown and my second hometown, and most of Jennifer's family still live there today. It's not that big, but I've been actively supporting it for a long time, and I've been to high school graduation twice.

Since I spent my childhood here, and also mentioned quite a lot in broadcasts and newspapers, some people also call it the "hometown of Johnston." Especially after Rocksville School.) I came out of a very sane state thanks to my education.

If these loyal children wish their heads well, it is a gold medal. That's why I don't hesitate to invest. It will be the dominant force of the future "Johnston Gimganee."

Support and intervention for various universities are the same. The Rockefeller Foundation supports 75 universities, all of which are well known. The Johnstone Group is focused on supporting my home base, Stanford, fortunately a major fishery for talent because it is close and connected to me.

I wake up in the morning and feel safe because someone is next to me. Today, I also knocked Jennifer's butt and came to work with pride. Lunch is almost here, so I was contacted by a guest who came to see me from the secretarial office.

"General Schwartz, it's been a long time. It's nice to meet you, but I can't get used to it."

General Schwartz entering the office is now wearing a light blue top for the summer in comfortable suit pants. When I met outside, I never appeared in a comfortable outfit, not in a military uniform. I was proud of 4 stars that much.

"Is that so? Now you have to adapt. I'm supposed to wear it at the ceremony, but that's normal, right? Haha."

The smile on General Schwartz's mouth was a little lonely, but I felt I had to take off the uniform I had worn for more than 35 years.

"Thank you so much for coming. Now help me. I need someone like General Schwartz."

I said it with all my heart this time. It's true that I used to think it was just a good idea to hire a friendly general. I felt strongly about giving from the position of the A, but I changed my mind. Looking at Mr. Parsons, I realized that being above my abilities was a relationship. Sincerity brings sincerity.

"Thank you for welcoming me here. If I can be of any help to you..."

General Schwartz is greatly impressed with my hospitality. When I was in Korea, there was a place called the United States Commander, so I would have been greatly impressed, but now I would have felt more serious about my speech.

"Of course it helps. I'm going to keep you very busy. You're not complaining about being overworked, are you?"

"What? That can never happen. Where have you been for decades? Haha."

He smiles faintly at my jokes, but his voice is big and he still looks right. Come on, I'm only 60 next year.

I discussed my future activities, especially with an open mind about what to do in the Wall Street Journal and how else I could help.

The Wall Street Journal handed over to Murdock is not involved in management, although I am the largest shareholder. I only gained indirect influence as Marcus and the chief editor and a few key figures entered from my side. Chief Crimson is taking care of you now.

First, I asked General Schwartz to consult with my people in the newspaper, such as President Marcus, to make sure that nothing contrary to my interests and the interests of the Johnstone Group could happen. To the extent that it does not affect newspaper fairness or operations, of course. In addition to the consultation, I also asked for surveillance. He also added that there was only the general below, but he also showed his enthusiasm to hear it well. General Schwartz also worked for the United States military, a supermassive organization, so I quickly realized what I wanted.

In Korea, the word 'ah different, uh different' means‘ nuance ‘. Many newspapers, to some extent, represent the interests of the majority shareholder. Though, of course, the lower level newspapers, like Murdock's New York Post, are very explicit.

However, if you change the contents of the same article slightly, you will often act as a spokesperson or spokesperson for the majority. It's tricky, of course, but people don't know.

"I've instructed the general to create a business card for you separately. You can use it if you think it's necessary for me and the Johnstone Group to decide. In addition to the Wall Street Journal, the military and the Pentagon would appreciate a lot more nice things to say about me. Play golf more often."

"Oops, this will help me have some fun!"

I feel better when I pay extra attention to you financially. General Schwartz has shown so far that he is neither wasteful nor absent, so he has paid for a special kind of activity. A person must have a strong bag before they can go anywhere.

General Schwartz has returned with considerable encouragement. I liked being able to actively utilize these talents as well, but I felt relieved not knowing where to find someone close and heavy to me sitting in New York.

Until now, Case and Turner have been there, but Turner is close to me but weightless, and Case is essentially a person who seeks his own interests and cannot be seen as working for me like the other two.

In the stock market, more people make a loss than people who make a profit. Especially ants, there are so many people who lose money that they have to fill their organs or their big hands. These ants have lost money, so they won't listen to you if you go and complain.

But what if the missing people are institutions or big hands, and the reason is because of the responsibility of the company? Of course, they're not going to give up, saying, "I can't."

That's why AOL Time Warner's lawsuit is so loud. Seeing that the loss is the largest in U.S. history, more than 100 large investors in a lawsuit caused problems. The amount became no joke.

Any irregularities can be overstated, but the lawyers are not very good, and the stock price of the AOL Times Warner has fallen due to the fact that they are in a state of social interest and concern.

Case denied the facts and quickly resigned and all liability was handled by the company. It's usually like this. Executives are finished if they run away, and there is only one in every ten if they are chased and paid back.

< Time Warner, Absence of Leadership >

[The pressure of shareholders is mounting on the time-warner group, which has caused huge losses to investors due to scandals and stock price drops. A market assessment suggests there is a lack of vision and leadership for executives devoted solely to investigating and stabilizing incidents without specific measures.]

< Time Warner is a media company >

[Growing in media and entertainment, including broadcasting, newspapers, movies, time-warners have now been spurred on the growth and innovation of the group as they have grown arrogant. Moreover, since the sequelae of the merger and acquisition in the past two years has been a major challenge, we need to get back to our original position.]

Despite tremendous deficits and scandals, complaints from markets and shareholders continued to erupt through newspapers and broadcasts.

Since people are constantly interested, the media must continue to publish articles.

< Time Warner, must respond to shareholders' demands >

[Visible action is required for shareholders, such as group weight loss through buying or restructuring, and experts point out that the sale of time-warner cables is off the charts as the area expands from cable to the internet network business. As a Time Warner, there are advantages to investing in core capability businesses with the funds raised here, as well as taking action for shareholders.]

Over time, more and more specific demands have begun to emerge, which have shifted towards following traditional management guidelines, such as the organization of arrogant business and rapid decision-making.

Especially in the prestigious economic newspaper, the Wall Street Journal, which is a monologue of upstream and institutional and large hands, mentions time-warner cables, as well as explanations of profit and future directions.

Other newspapers began to have similar discussions, and judgments in the marketplace gradually began to rise in the opinion that the sale of time-warner cables was a trend.

Ta-da!

"That's exactly why we need the press!!"

I sat in my office, searching the Internet and reading articles, and I hit my desk without even knowing it. Director Crimson instructed the Wall Street Journal to issue an article advising that "The Times Warner should sell the cable business." Since the knights are leaving here, other places follow them similarly.

Of course, there has already been such a discussion in the marketplace that the cable-selling articles were never absurd. It's just a more concrete and logical publication in the authoritative Wall Street Journal. But it's different to just talk about it and come out as an authoritative article.

Director Crimson said that after General Schwartz went to torture, the newspapers gave him an inside scoop that made him smile. Even if I were the majority shareholder, I might not have existed until now because I'm in the west. Some media outlets come to the office in the morning to talk about things and express their concerns. Then I heard the editors put in articles of such controversy on their own.

Even if I hear it a few times that I don't think it is, it is more influential if I had originally thought about it. Specifically speaking in the press, as in the case of the Times Warner cable, shareholders and markets have such high expectations, and management is under tremendous pressure. It is the repulsion of the shareholders who follow you when you disappoint the market. This is because if there is a storm, a bomb called a management replacement could explode.

‘Hehe. I turned around a little, but... I don't think I can make it this time.‘ ’

I'd like to urge you to clear out and get a new start. I'm sick of Time Warners, too.

Artwork Reviews

It was only in 2009 that the Time Warner group endured the ongoing market demand for weight loss that separated the Time Warner cables and received a lot of excitement in the marketplace that resulted in Time Warner's $9.25 billion in funding.

But here's an article that says that we've made a little bit more money and distributed a $109 billion dividend to shareholders in one lump sum. I don't think shareholders dislike it.
