Going Into the World!

As the world's largest super ultra dinosaur media group, Time Warner has no idea how many subsidiaries and businesses there are.
Recently, Levin, the CEO, has probably worked for Time Warner for more than 30 years, and he started working in the Home Box Office (HBO) and was told that the other side was always confused.
One time I turned on the TV, and there was a game on the NBA TV channel. Who told Mr. Levin that the Time Warner doesn't have a basketball channel? 'I asked, and Mr Levin scratched his head because he didn't remember exactly, and Mr Case said in ridicule.
When Turner operated TBS, he also operated exclusively on NBA TV in partnership with the NBA and still shares broadcasting rights with NBC in TBS Sports. But this is only one of the dozens of broadcast channels in TBS.
It's been seven years since Time Warner merged Turner's TBS, but even the officers of Time Warner don't know what exactly belongs to TBS. There's over 50 lines down there. Who remembers all that?
This is the same in other fields. If you go to a bookstore and you pick up a magazine and say, "Is this made by your company? If you ask me, the top ten Time Warner executives will bow down because they don't know. Most people only know about 'Time' and 'Fortune', and don't care about the rest.
Aside from the Warner music and Warner cables I acquired, I can think of places of interest among the remaining companies that are divided into four categories.
Home Box Office (HBO), a premium movie channel,
Time divisions with publishing businesses such as fortune, time zones,
Turner Broadcasting (TBS) with CNN Newsgroups and Cartoonist Channels;
Warner Brothers Movies, TV and Video businesses.
Changing the Warner Cable to the Johnstone Cable Network and starting over, we need to understand more about Time Warner's businesses. It is because of my wider competitive field and resumes on my desk.
We had to set up a new channel to broadcast "American Idol" or other programming, but as soon as the announcement came out that we were recruiting, a large group of people from each of the Time Warner Group's businesses gathered. The President and Vice President of the Interview is no exception, so in order to properly review the candidates' resumes, I need to know exactly where they were doing it.
However, it is natural for candidates in the Johnstone cable network to get noticed as they make new beginnings, as opposed to the time-warners who have been chewed up on top of the media daily and have had ongoing restructuring.
< Warner Music, from Deadbeat to Cinderella! >
< Warner Music staff, are you happy after all the hard work? Bonus Party Expected >
[Workers' position has shifted to the spectacular resurrection of Warner music and the difference between heaven and earth after a billion dollars' deficit. Just a year ago, Warner Music, which had been in the cool of the restructuring winds, was experiencing various promotions and bonuses that were being compared to other businesses in the Time Warner Group.]
In newspapers and media, one of the biggest events of 2002 covered "Music Shield" and "Rejuvenation of Warner Music Based Recording Industry."
Many of these articles have become a big topic. Of course, they were in the same group, so it was more interesting and heartfelt than anyone else.
Moreover, because the Time Warner Group is going through tough times with less than $100 billion, the forced eviction of the CEO, and scandals, others' cake will look bigger.
According to Director Crimson and Intelligence, the interior of the Time Warner Group is in a great fluctuation, reaching 2,000 CVs from there. In particular, the HBO, Warner Brothers, and TBS were swarming with volunteers.
"Hello, I'm Alan Harper."
Sitting in front of me, Harper is a veteran who has rolled on this floor for 20 years and is vice president of distribution in HBO's entertainment division.
"Why did you apply for the Johnstone Cable Network?"
For some reason, I just asked once. I don't want any particular answer.
"I heard that the Johnstone cable network will open new channels and expand its business aggressively. I was involved in the entire process, from the planning of the HBO premium channel to the production and distribution. I think my career is consistent with what you are trying to do."
"Hmmm. The competition rate will be 30 to 1 now. Tell me why I should hire Mr. Harper."
Harper is fine in terms of history, but since there are so many volunteers, he is one of five or six people.
"Well, I'm passionate, and I'm willing to work hard if you just take it out."
"Really? What's your personality? Are you patient?"
"Yes?! I don't know what you mean."
Whether my question is surprising or not, you don't understand.
"Is your personality patient? If you have to work with a slightly more nerdy supervisor, can you do it well?"
"Yes?! Yes, I can do it. I've been told a lot that I'm okay with my personality. There's never been a problem with elevation."
I liked Harper and he seemed to be gentle. As I continue to ask similar questions, I feel awkward saying, 'I fit in nicely ~'. He asked me to ask him a few more questions and go out. When I show my appreciation, I tell them everything I didn't ask if I felt like I was going to be him. Thanks to this, I have a clear understanding of HBO's situation.
"John, I made some money for you. Well, it's hard to keep up. Shit, I can't even think about it anymore."
Turner, who came to see me in LA, brought up the big money. However, while saying thank you to me, he makes an impression on whether he suddenly remembers the money he lost.
"You can make it again. I'll let you know as soon as I get a chance. Invest some Johnstone energy this time. It's gonna be some money."
"Did he say that? Maybe he's preparing something else? Hey, hey, hey, hey. It's just you. Haha!"
I smile loudly if I feel better again soon. Turner's personality is so simple that people would never wake up from depression if they lost that much wealth.
Turner, the major shareholder of Time Warner, recently lost about $7 billion in stock prices. $7 billion in horses, if I were Turner... I'd lose my mind.
I was able to acquire the cable business this time because the market and shareholders had extensive support. Otherwise, it would have been impossible to acquire it smoothly in such a relatively short period of time.
As you look around the cable industry, competition has intensified since last year's acquisition of AT&T by a large cable operator that dominated the market by 30%. Overwhelmed, other competitors, satellite broadcasters, are slowly eroding the market and pushing a few weary companies into corners.
Because it was not easy to sell Warner cables at a fair price in this difficult situation, I tried to raise funds through a series separation.
Disconnect Warner Cable Family >
Apply for $50-10 Billion in Warner Cable Bank Loans, Guaranteed Time Warner Payments >
The Time Warner seizes funds in exchange for separation (independence) (?), distribution to shareholders
I wanted to appease angry shareholders by raising money like this, but when I stepped up as a buyer, shareholders and investors clapped their hands. It is because you can earn two to three times more money than the separation of families.
Turner is holding out for seven billion dollars, but a lot of people have their eyes turned upside down because they lost money and are angry. Institutional investors are more attractive with $20 billion in cash than with guaranteed payments and loans.
For Turner, who owns 5% of the shares of the Time Warner Group, he also received $800 million from the remaining $16 billion, minus acquisitions and other costs of the $20 billion I paid.
So did I, but Turner's been working hard for the last year, and I'm glad he made some money.
"Please help Turner with the cable business. Isn't this your area of expertise?"
"Really? You need my help?"
My face shows how much I like it, whether it's very tempting to say it. Turner is an outstanding person who started with regional cables and even ran CNN, Cable and Film companies, and was once selected as Times character of the year.
In '95, I would still be living in a tizzy place if I hadn't sold my TBS to Time Warner, but I met the wrong person, so far I have struggled and lost money. Levin flirted with me, ate TBS, and took away his privileges from Turner.
"Of course. Who knows cable stations as well as you do?"
"Haha. John knows something!"
Turner burst into an elongated smile to see if he was happy with my floating skills.
The main product of the Time Warner cable is two broadcasts: the ‘High Speed Internet Telephone’ sector and the ‘Cable Service’ where TV channels are broadcast, with several local news and sports channels in the cable sector.
I was going to add American Idol and other programming channels first, including the acquisition of Kirch Media and a channel to showcase the film's footage and polygram's films. However, when I think about it, I have an expert among my closest friends. Turner has already made a name for himself in this field.
If there was only one problem, it was his outstanding personality, so he was okay, patient, and needed someone to soften Turner's sentence. That's why I like Mr. Harper. Harper was a little overweight to take over the company he bought for $20 billion, but as vice president, he could be combined with Turner.
'Fast Internet Telephone' offered to help with the operation at Johnstone consulting and asked Turner to run the cable business with Mr. Harper, who said he would resign to Times Warner immediately and like a child to think about taking over in seven years.
I could put Turner in charge, but when I told him he had to work 365 days, he said he did good. Even in the old CNN days, I liked him because he was a strange brother who went on a trip for a month and didn't come back.
I think he's convinced that Harper won't dare to talk to him about his work.
Johnstone Group establishes cable channel
[Johnstone Group, who acquired the cable business from the Time Warner Group, changed its mission to "Johnstone Cable Network," and established "JNet," an entertainment channel. Shortening Johnstone Entertainment Network, the channel is known for its entertainment and show programs, the first of which is called American Idol.]
The market reacted hotly as we started playing the media. Entertainment channels are for young people, and all young Americans are at my disposal.
"Sir, the reaction on the Internet is really explosive."
Mr. Harper came to report to my room, and his face is very bright. I made enough money in HBO to sit on the president of the Johnstone cable network, and every time I walked into my office, my head hit the floor.
Come on, I know Harper's annual salary was $400,000 in bonuses, but his company's been a mess for the last two years and he's made less money. The executive bonuses work well even if the company fails, but last year it couldn't have been easy with the media so focused.
Now, even if he is a junior president and vice president, he has a 'president' title, so he decided to put up to 200 percent of his annual salary on the salary of $2 million. However, as soon as you start the channel, you are experiencing an explosive reaction, which tears your mouth to think about getting a bonus.
"Is that it? Hehe."
I sat relaxed in the chair and blew away the rotten cow.
Naturally, in one corner of the data center, programs with continuing 'talk' capabilities continue to run. It's easy for young people to wind up like this in a company that has a Myway and Google that they visit once a day. So I struggled to open up the cable business and channels.
"Charters, Cox, Adelphia cables and many other regional cable operators have already asked about channel supply. Only the number one comcast is silent as a major business."
"Maybe when the first room is out and the results come back, I'll bow my head. How's the program coming along?"
"Of course, sir. The format has already been recognized in the U.K. With our ability to promote, success is a win. For those places where we don't have cables, we've got them ready to go back online after the program is over. Maybe it's a little bit poorer, but it's okay to taste it."
90% of American young children are affected by one word I say without even knowing it. Guys, I love American Idols! Heheheh.
Artwork Reviews
Our turner type, CNN, baseball, basketball, Naska, professional wrestling -- every successful business, every winning streak, every time he appeared as a cover model in Time magazine. He's a bit of a nuisance, that's why. Business is good.
A once-in-a-lifetime mistake, selling his TBS to Time Warner for 75 billion dollars in '95, and then going into business as Levin Turner, Vice President. 75 billion dollars in' 95 -- that's a lot of money, right?
At this point, the majority of the sale was received as shares, and since 2000, AOL Time Warner has lost $7 billion in shares due to a decline in the aftermath of the merger.
I understand what Turner did to Levin on the board. It's odd that he didn't punch his Turner personality.
In the past few days, I've been researching the business structure of the cable industry in the United States, and the writers have been a little confused, and the writing has slowed down. Now let's organize it and put it up.
And many of you were wondering about Time Warner cables. Now, can you explain that? I am a little worried that it was too difficult to explain.
