After Yahoo's acquisition three years ago, Google's search technology was further assimilated and indigenous marketing was added. With the addition of technology and manpower to the fund, we have steadily gained a share and are now ranked # 1 for 50% of the daily number of visitors.

It's not that hard to increase your share if you just want to, but I don't have to fight small and medium enterprises to make money on the Korean Internet portal market.

The business was asked to focus on improving quality rather than the number of visitors. It doesn't matter if the user grows on his own, but he doesn't want to build an artificial body.

Until now, I have not been able to confirm the internet business in Korea properly, but I had fun watching the portal site for a few days because I had time to gather like this. Today I stumbled on a celebrity rampage, and the article written by Mo Journalist in the xx Sports newspaper came to the top of the line and caught my eye.

< The status of Korea is different, even in Hollywood! >

[I can feel that Hollywood's interest and treatment of Korea has changed dramatically in the last 1,2 years. This phenomenon also reveals South Korea's first visit to the 'Spider-Man 2' promotion tour, Bullock Buster this summer.

Perhaps the most appreciative change is the people who have seen it. In the past, it was honestly impossible to meet and interview all the stars with a business card of xx newspapers from Korea. At the most, I was able to pick up and write articles from one leg.

But this visit to the United States included Hollywood top actors Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt, as well as top singers Kelly Clarkson and Britney Spears. I couldn't help but be proud and full of myself as a Korean when I met him.

Many readers will already know. Behind this transformation is the advancement of the Johnston Group, led by Korea's world-class entrepreneur, Chairman John Kim.

As the Johnston Group gained a unique influence in Hollywood's entertainment scene, so did the reporters' treatment. What a stiffness.]

[By the looks of it, the Hollywood stars' nostrils have dropped a lot.]

[Sports xx Journalists Meeting Hollywood Top Stars… the world just got better.]

[As expected, Chairman Kim Il-du is magnificent.]

[Jennifer told me a lot about Korean culture. I've been blogging a lot. By the way, is it true that your blog has 500,000 daily visitors?]

[By the way, the American Embassy has been kinder lately. Previously, it was overlooked.]

[I came to LA to study, and Chairman Kim Il-du is awesome here. The governor was a relative, but he told me everything. The market is stuck here.]

[Proud Korean. The existence itself is a national calling.]

“Hehe, this is more fun than an article, right? ”

It's not a great article, but it has thousands of comments. I can see people's thoughts as I go through them. Comments are fun, too. Reading this often makes me realize which country I am from. I have never heard the sound of 'patriot' in the United States, but I am very proud of myself when I look at the internet in Korea.

Of course, in the United States, a multiracial society where people from all over the world are mixed, there is no one who is as proud as the Koreans or as the people of the same country to succeed anywhere. If there are exceptions, rural people will be happy when famous people come out of their neighborhood, and the residents of Roxville, where I went to school, support me unconditionally.

A person who will be glad to see such things is his hometown. Suddenly, he got involved in the entertainment business, but I don't know what the journalists were up to.

In fact, not to mention the music industry, which is tightly tied to Johnstone music, and the film sector, which is heavily funded and connected, is increasingly influencing Johnstone Pictures, has made Hollywood's pop stars, top actors and producers a little bit more wary.

I know most of what I am originally from Korea. Jennifer also frequently blogged about Korean visits and food introductions, but she also gained a lot of recognition among the stars.

In the movies or broadcasts, Korean people used to feel uneasy about expressing bad things, such as' worms working in convenience stores, '' people who talk softly 'and' Korean man with patriarchal and zero sense of humor. 'When I think about it, it's not very wrong, but regardless of the fact, it bothers me.

But nowadays, it's invisible. Once I'm tall, and I joke well, it's not right to say "patriarchal humor 0 man." Also, my pronunciation is native. 'It doesn't make sense.

And what about the "worm that works at the convenience store"? As much as I like to think I'm a workworm, it doesn't make sense to describe the Johnstone group as a "convenience store." Of course, 'convenience store worm' changed to 'busy business man'. To put it this way, I am helping to raise the status of Korean people, especially Korean men.

"Lab staff started moving in, too?"

"Yes, sir. We have already completed the migration of some of our labs and data center staff. The main building is under construction, and satellite buildings are due to be completed next summer."

I am talking to Chief Seung-hoon Jung in a car heading to Songdo New City. Encourage associates to move to a new home in Songdo, and confirm their plans to relocate.

The thing I disliked the most about being in Korea was the headquarters building. I bought old Group D headquarters in Seoul Station and nearby buildings to renovate, but it was not suitable for the Johnstone Group.

Especially the shabby landscape that appeared outside my office was so far from Johnston City that it made me think of itself as a 'village.'

I highly value the potential of Johnston Korea. Until now, although I have been distracted by the US business, I am facing a regional advantage due to the rise in the Asian market and Korea's economic growth.

With the capabilities of the Johnstone Group so far, you can expect tremendous growth as the region grows. To do so, you need to have the technical capability to support the group, such as our Techno Center, and a large expansion of the data center.

The United States was at the center of the world because it attracted some of the best talent in the world.

Located in Songdo, the new headquarters, along with the Johnstone Techno Center and the European Institute of Technology have set out to make it an ambitious hub that encompasses Asia.

Songdo was scored at the new headquarters because the only place I could find a land that suited me to Johnston City that was wide and open was in the village and rural areas.

Johnston City in the United States has continued to expand, but is now on a roughly large scale.

As the headquarters grew to more than 80,000 employees, the current population of employees, as well as their families and shopping and living facilities, is close to 400,000. Of course, when you go out to the outskirts, most of them are forests or just playgrounds.

It is said to be used by the Johnstone Group directly, but it is approximately 490 acres and 600,000 square feet on a flat surface. It is due to the abundance of facilities, including headquarters, laboratories, data centers, and personnel training grounds and solar power plants.

I originally examined the outskirts of Seoul or north of Yongin City, but there is no way that hundreds of thousands of square feet of land could be there. I was just finishing up a tailspin and looked around Songdo, where there was a lot of land in the void, and I was very active in the Johnstone Group's plan when the right international companies had not yet moved in.

"This is too obvious. We're going to have to do a lot more."

Even on the way, there is more land to play when the Johnstone Group enters the settlement area than there is. At the very least, the roads and streetlights are neatly maintained so that the dust doesn't fly much.

"Our area is 300,000 square feet. There's going to be a lot of empty space for the Johnstone Group to develop alone. However, the headquarters will be completed early next year and large living facilities and shoppers will be moving in shortly. ”

Without facilities, the staff comes first. My point is that the dock nods, but there will be a big change in the coming months.

"But given the rapid expansion of Johnston City's headquarters, securing 300,000 square feet was a very good decision. Unlike in the United States, this place is finished once we divide the territory, right?"

"That's right. Land prices are now several times higher than they used to be, and they keep going up, so it won't be easy to get more later. Of course, you could do a new landfill, but that would complicate things."

"Haha, that's what I'm talking about. You can buy a lot and sell it if you don't need it, but on the contrary, it's hard to get it later."

The zones in Johnstone Group lead to the sea to the north, but the other side is already partially finished, making it difficult to get more paper. Luckily, I have enough money, so once I've made a big shout, I can relax. I don't care if you stay, but if you don't have enough land to save money, you'll regret it later.

Along the roads along the coast, you can see the glowing solar panels from afar. Unlike the development facilities in Johnstone City that are built on the ground, the rowing has created something like a metaphysical tower, considering aesthetics. Well, if this is art, it's art.

After a short talk, you look back, and now you see the main building that rises. The main tower is currently under construction. The main tower was built relatively not high on the 50th floor, because it did not have to compete as high as it was in the first place with the land area already. The higher you go up, the longer the construction period increases, and the slower you move into the headquarters.

The surrounding main tower is slightly different from the US headquarters, and the circular spacecraft surrounds it like a disc. It is said that the total interior space of the connected buildings comes out around 200,000 square feet. If anyone hears about it, 200,000 square feet is huge, but it's only the top 10 in the world. Dubai's third terminal, boasting some of the world's largest indoor spaces, is nearly 520,000 square feet, so it was a long way to follow.

Though it's not far from Dubai, it's built in its own size for a reason, and its employees have followed it from Seoul to Songdo. The office is also spacious and inviting to enjoy a pleasant environment.

What surprised me a long time ago was the chicken coop. After familiarizing myself with the spacious American office, I saw a person working in a place like a chicken coop in the Seoul office, and I felt sorry for him.

Another, perhaps even more important, is the bitter one who came to the west coast instead of the relatively good air and clear mountain range. That's what comes over China every year.

Once this guy comes, we have no choice. So when a car or bus enters a terminal or parking lot attached to the building, we plan to have everything from shopping to eating to exercise facilities so that we can live there afterwards. The dust is getting worse for me, but it's best not to go out there.

I can't even plant a fucking tree...

I remember coming to Korea last spring and not being able to go for a walk because of the dust. It seems to get worse every year, but if you plant trees in China, there are a lot of people who will use firewood even before the size of the ceremony. The thieves could take the truck if they want to pull it out and sell it again.

I was briefly depressed when I thought I couldn't even walk around my land because of the wrong people, but I was happy to see the cool buildings and townships that revealed the appearance of the great river.

The exteriors of all buildings are designed to make the most of their development through specially processed films or heat plates, a technology that is one step ahead of the introduction into the Johnstone Euro Center, and plans to operate more than 30% of the 200,000 square feet of indoor space.

(Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.)

Writers will perform Korean couples Sun (Kim Yun-jin) and Jin (Daniel Dae Kim, born in Busan, named Kim Dae-hyun, Korea, and immigrated at the age of 2) on their fun midnight show "Lost." The problem was that the image of Jin, a Korean man, was not drawn so well.

Of course, it's not a very bad description, but as a result of the writer's observation until Seasons 1-6, you feel stubborn about your father? It looks like it's coming out. In the adrenaline 24 starring Jason Stardom, Korean men were described similarly. Unkind to a one-worm who doesn't speak English? Well, that's about it.

Looking at the blog somewhere, she thought she might have seen the roast, but I didn't really like the look on her face, the dialogue, the surroundings. I secretly felt bad as a Korean man. The lines are fine, so the women won't be complaining. But Jean...

I also pronounce it completely native. I haven't been rolling since I was a kid... I should have eaten papa... Heheheh.

We're doing much better than we used to, but we still have a long way to go. But then a shrink shows up, and he's like, "Who's playing?" Did you make an impression?

Gangnam style was fine, but gentleman... I was a little embarrassed, to be honest. I don't know if I should like it or not.

Johnston Korea's headquarters is located in the new city of Songdo. But that doesn't mean that he was jealous. It was around this time when there were no multinational companies willing to move in, and they were overwhelmed.

According to the old articles, the Songdo 101 rose to 1 square meter, 150,000 won (2000) > 1 million won (2003) > 3 million won (2006), and the Songdo 327 near living paper also jumped to 160,000 won (2002) > 131,000 won (2005).

As the text says, 300,000 square feet of land is enormous, but in 2013, China's New Century International Centre, which pushed Dubai's trifecta and became the largest in the world, reached 540,000 square feet of indoor space, so it would have to be 200,000 square feet if it was built the American way. I originally lived in the United States, and I used to write a lot. For reference, 200,000 square feet of indoor space in 2004 is the number six to seven in the world.
