< Kerry's Decision >

"It's already July. Phew…"

President Kerry takes a deep breath. Blue skies outside the office and dark green trees. Beautiful and peaceful, and even the sunny weather that added blessings to this didn't reach my heart. It is because I do not have the time to enjoy such things.

He didn't worry much until last year. With the war in Afghanistan and Iraq coming to a close, he also made an ambitious plan to completely evacuate most U.S. troops in Ruling Phase II.

Although the real estate bubble theory had some problems with the economy, he relied on the advice of his neighbours and experts that it was not worth worrying about.

There was also confidence that if the two places of war were to be successfully concluded, the economic impact would be sufficiently digestible.

But it wasn't. The Federation said that the top experts in the financial industry gathered, and the financial crisis, which was thought to be a 'rainstorm', turned out to be a nuclear bomb that strikes the world.

And suddenly, the American system seemed to collapse. The best investment banks in the world, which did not seem to collapse during the "uh-uh, uh-uh," quickly ran out of money and got caught up in the edge of the cliff.

'I tried to stop him, but... not like this.'

After reflecting on the past, President Kerry had to shake his head. I have been working with the Federal Reserve to ensure the stability of the market. But that wasn't enough. Now, the public support rate for the administration is only 32%, severely wounded by self-esteem.

"Mr. President, what is troubling you so much?"

"Huh? It's Richard. And Joseph, why don't you come sit over here? '

Richard is the Assistant Director who wakes up President Kerry's memory of when he came in. Next to him is Secretary of State Joseph, who is also close to the President and his right arm.

"Mr Holmes will take good care of you. I'm a veteran, so trust me."

The seated secretary, Richard, said cautiously that he was still impressed. He assumed that Kerry's concerns were coming up, but Holmes was the one who hired him as the presidential chief of staff.

"Yeah? Well, I'll say that."

President Kerry nods without a thought at Richard's words. Of course, Richard didn't say anything in particular, he just said something out of the blue. Honestly, I don't think Mr Holmes can change the election.

"Chairman Kim called yesterday. He said it was time to move."

"Sir, we have to think about this carefully. What if we just trust Chairman Kim's words and then go ahead and things don't go our way? You buy useless hatred, and maybe something bad will happen."

"Shhh, yeah, what do you want me to do?"

Richard speaks out against President Kerry. I'm cautious because things aren't that simple.

"Well... I think we should give Mr Holmes time to come up with a plan."

"Huh, do you really think that's going to work?"

Just in case, yeah. He was slightly disappointed with the Chief Secretary who objected but did not have the proper measures. Holmes says a friend of mine is capable, but it seems very difficult to catch up with what's left behind in such a big way.

"I think we need to look at Chairman Kim's proposal positively. I heard that Chairman Kim played a big role in the last election. Is that correct?"

"That's true. Chairman Kim's balls were the biggest to reverse almost losing the ruling."

President Kerry listened to Secretary Joseph, who gave a similar answer to his opinions. So this time, I was really looking forward to answering.

'It's not a big ball, but he did it all.'

Although he didn't disclose the exact details to anyone, Kerry knew that Kim had done something behind the scenes in the last election. And I've always believed it was a crucial turn of events. Without such belief, it would not have been so easy to agree on this rather dangerous matter.

"Chairman Kim is an informant. And I'm not one to talk about things that aren't going to work out so well. if you go wrong, you could do the same thing."

This time, Joseph disagrees with Richard. It was also a huge effect of his friendship with Vice President Edward, Defense Minister Paneta, CIA Director Putrae, and the National Security Director Eaton.

"I don't think Chairman Kim said anything. I'm just trying to figure out a way to put this job at risk."

President Kerry discusses his grievances with his colleagues. I initially said yes, but since then, I have continued to worry because there has been time. But now that I'm about to make a decision, I'm sure I'm hesitating.

"I wish there was another way, but I don't think I can win this year's election unless I try something special. You have to prescribe a potion."

"I agree with that. There's no other way."

"There are risks, so you can get that kind of result. It is not possible to reverse it for the remainder of the period when it is dull. As Chairman Kim said, the decision must be made quickly. As time goes on, the width of the faith will narrow."

"Good. Let's do it!" But, Richard, do you still disagree? "

"Oh, no."

President Kerry is fully committed. And he answered the question, not the question, but the Chief of Staff said he no longer hesitated and knew. It is useless to make a decision that has already been made.

"My heart trembles in a moment. '

Strange tensions and excitement come to Kerry's mind as he enters the White House press conference. On the other hand, I felt overwhelmed by the feeling he felt when he was first elected to the White House four years ago.

Like Caesar marching into Rome, he now tries to cross the Rubicon River. Suddenly it reminds me of an old time in Vietnam.

I've lived on the battlefield. '

I blew away the anxiety that came with excitement, gripping my fist tightly. I didn't want to get a four-year title as President Kerry. I wanted to remain a respected and trusted president of the people, even if it was risky.

And I'm on my way to doing it right now. The elderly President Kerry's heart is on fire.

"Madam President, we will begin shortly. However, the journalists have no comment in advance."

As we approach the conference room, hundreds of journalists are camped out, as well as cameras from various stations. Especially since there was no prior explanation this time, everyone is too curious as to why the special discourse is being announced.

With just a nod, President Kerry moves on to the top. Then he takes a moment to breathe and closes his eyes as if he were trying to clear his mind.

Did he stay like that for five minutes? The President's unpredictable behavior has led to an unpredictable amount of internal affairs, and the press are like, "What the hell? 'I look around and look around.

Flash!

President Kerry opened his eyes suddenly. With everyone's gaze focused on him, the meeting went silent in an instant.

[What the hell is going on?]

[Are you thinking of retiring? Do you have any scandal?]

[Do you know anything? It's a strange atmosphere.]

[I haven't heard anything... but it's really strange.]

[Maybe it's about emergency relief financing?]

Ehhh. That's how much foam you have to catch.]

Then what is it? Another one of those Lewinsky scandals?]

Reporters are asking each other if they have any information. Some fast-paced journalists bring up similar things like bailouts or President Clinton's affair, but it is also not enough to explain current behavior.

An unfathomable look on the President's face. Closing your eyes for 5 minutes. White House press conference with no prior explanation.

These three clearly suggest that there is a major announcement today. And when people's curiosity reached its limit, President Kerry finally opened his mouth.

"Today I'm here to make a decision for the future of this country."

Noisy, Noisy ~,

In Kerry's first words, the press conference was quickly disordered. Strong suspicion and confusion remain on people's faces.

Deciding for the future of this country?

What the hell does that even mean? However, everyone had to agree that something was very important. Because what the President is saying, it doesn't make any sense.

"Right now, this country is in a storm of financial crisis, and people are moaning. People who needed money and couldn't borrow it, and were driven out of their homes because they couldn't repay the interest, surpassed a million people. Despair rather than hope, disappointment rather than expectation of government."

After a brief tour of the crowd, President Kerry then went on to talk in more detail about the difficult economic situation and the suffering suffered by ordinary citizens. And I empathized deeply with their difficulties and pledged to overcome this crisis with all my best efforts.

Reporters listening to the president's speech threw even more suspicious eyes. It is because it is not ridiculous to have a press conference in this atmosphere just to say this.

Different? After more than 10 minutes of speech, something startled came out of the president's mouth.

"Citizens! I have ears. I can hear you. Large financial institutions receiving bailouts! The bosses get bonuses, even if it's bad! It's absurd that people's blood taxes can get billions of dollars in bailout financing, and they can't even disclose the list! The reality of not regulating the use of the money you lend! I can hear people's anger in my ears."

Loud, Loud, Loud.

What are you talking about all of a sudden?]

[This is going to be weird.]

This is too straightforward. Isn't it dangerous for the president to talk like that?]

Jackson, call Hank right away. It's a specialty!]

Reporters felt something was very strange at times. It wasn't just the journalists. It is a common idea for most people in the conference room. They focused even more on the president's mouth.

"Overcome the financial crisis quickly and fairly in the United States. And I want to make a proposition to make America affordable for the people!"

Thud, thud,

At the end of Kerry's remarks, he was silent as if he had knocked on a static drum. This is because everyone was curious about what would come next.

"That is... because large financial institutions, some financiers, have taken a large stake, to nationalize a federal reserve bank that has a serious problem with fairness and function. “

Federal Reserve Bank of Korea!

Finally, the reality of the press conference was revealed today, but the atmosphere at the meeting was completely static. I couldn't believe it, so I pushed the weight into a vacuum. President Kerry continued like a storm.

"The Federal Reserve is not a government agency. It was the Federation of Banks and the only government-controlled institution under the influence of financial financiers. What does this mean? Right up until now, the United States has allowed money to be taken out of the marketplace itself, and in the name of autonomy, we've had to watch the banks' backstabbing."

As his own words made him feel overwhelmed, his speech became increasingly powerful. And I don't know if that passion permeated the speech, but there was surprisingly a strange appeal to the cry.

But the last thing that made the Americans' buttocks even more surprising was the words.

"President Kennedy was shot opening a policy for the people. I am determined to pursue this with such determination. In the face of any adversity or fear, I will take the Federal Bank into the arms of the people. because I believe it's the only way to solve this crisis wisely."

What did I just hear?]

[Oh, my God. If the president could say something like that...]

[What the hell. So President Kerry was threatened with an assassination?]

[Hurry! This is a specialty!]

[... This is going to be crazy...]

The implications of Kerry's conclusion were not simple. Not just an individual, but every word the President of the United States has put out has that much weight.

The meeting room has now turned completely into a market floor, shouting at reporters for questions. Some stood up to contact their editing room in a hurry without checking the words that came out of the president's mouth, and many who were watching the meeting opened their mouths saying they couldn't believe it, or chatted with their neighbors.

< President Kerry. I'm risking my life for the Federal Reserve! >

And the Americans who watched the speech and heard what the president said through the newspapers and broadcasts were frightened. The whole country was turned upside down just as the president said he would risk his life.

For your information, the 2008 presidential election was held on November 4. On September 25, 2008, less than a month and a half before the election, Bush gives a special talk on emergency relief finance.

Kerry's haste followed some of what President Bush said at the time. Bush complained that he understood the restlessness, anxiety and difficulties of the people caused by the financial crisis and supported the justification and policies of emergency relief finance.
