Lin Fan picked up an apple from the cabinet and found a fruit knife from the drawer. With one hand holding the apple and the other the knife, he quickly and smoothly peeled the apple!
The apple spun in Lin Fan’s hand, the knife peeling the skin round and round, yet when the peeling was done, the skin didn’t fall off but stayed attached, as if it hadn’t been peeled at all!
Soon, Lin Fan put away the knife, pulled the end of the apple peel, and with a gentle tug, the peel fell away in circles, completely intact without any cracks!
"Amazing!" Qin Si Xuan clapped her hands in delight!
Lin Fan chuckled softly; this little trick was as easy as having a meal for him. Then he sliced a small piece of apple and offered it to Qin Si Xuan!
Qin Si Xuan opened her cherry-like mouth, took a bite, and began chewing, her face epitomizing happiness!

At this moment, a knocking sound suddenly came!
"Come in!" Lin Fan thought it was a nurse, so he spoke up!

The door was pushed open, and it wasn’t a nurse but Director An who walked in instead!

"Director An, why are you here?" Lin Fan asked.

Qin Si Xuan didn’t insist and lay back down!
Lin Fan apologized to Director An, "Sorry Director An, we were supposed to head to Los Angeles, but these days have been delayed!"
"It’s okay, there’s still three days until the Oscars ceremony starts, no rush!"
Director An waved nonchalantly and asked, "So...what happened exactly?"
"Nothing much! Just Sixuan feeling unwell, we brought her to the hospital for the doctor to check, it’s not serious, just a high fever!" Lin Fan explained.

"Oh right, Director An, since there are three days left until the Oscars, how about we depart tomorrow?" Lin Fan suggested.

Qin Si Xuan smiled and shook her head, "It’s fine, Director An, I’m much better now. Just feeling a bit tired, resting for another day won’t be a problem!"
