"Speak up, how do you want to compensate? If you satisfy my brother, I’ll let you off today!" Chen Xueliang felt that Xu Xiangbei had an extraordinary presence, likely possessed martial strength, and he dared to come down with himself, quite courageous, he had some admiration for him.

"A compensation of 1 million, kowtow in apology, let’s start with that!" Xu Xiangbei said these words expressionlessly.

Beside him, Zhang Debiao wanted to object but was suppressed by Chen Xueliang.

"Alright!" A million is not a small sum in anyone’s eyes, and he saw that Zhang Debiao was not seriously injured, and they were at fault today.

Xu Xiangbei very skillfully took out a slip of paper from his chest, wrote down his card number, and handed it over.

"Here is my card number!"

"What do you mean?" Chen Xueliang felt something wasn’t right.

"Paying compensation! We can talk about the apology afterward." Xu Xiangbei said as if it were natural.

"You want us to pay you?" Chen Xueliang burst into laughter, his face a bit twisted, feeling insulted and deceived.

"Did you all not agree? Now, why do you want to go back on it? Trying to negotiate the price, I’ve not raised it to show you my kindness!" Xu Xiangbei said regretfully.

"Seems like you don’t want the easy way and are asking for trouble. Tonight, I’ll make you unable to live nor die!" Chen Xueliang hadn’t been angry often, but this time, Xu Xiangbei thoroughly provoked him.

"Sorry, I don’t drink; I have to drive tonight and don’t wish to drive drunk!" Xu Xiangbei’s words left him dumbfounded.

"I want him to be completely battered and bruised, kneel before me and beg—got it?" Chen Xueliang directly ordered his underlings.

"Yes!"

They surrounded Xu Xiangbei, with the seven strongmen taking their stances—it was a spectacular sight. An ordinary person would be scared witless and plead desperately, but Xu Xiangbei acted unconcerned, yet secretly was alert, his right hand clenched into a fist, left foot gently stepping forward, gathering his entire presence in the Dantian like a fierce tiger. Just this pose could intimidate people.

Practicing martial arts is an endless pursuit; starting from the basics usually strengthens the body, making one sturdier than normal, capable of fighting two ordinary people. Once trained to a higher level, they master Ming Jin. After reaching Ming Jin, they begin cultivating Inner Strength, their punches like a fierce tiger. One can strike with 70 or 80 pounds, breaking bricks without issue. An ordinary person hit by such a punch might have ribs broken, but generally suffers external injuries, and can handle fighting seven or eight individuals.

Training to a higher level enables one to cultivate Dark Force. At this level, each punch carries about 100 pounds. They store Inner Strength in the Dantian and can achieve Qi residing in the Dantian. They can already focus at will, using power on a specific point, their fist technique so honed that when punching someone, though it seems outwardly harmless, it can cause severe internal injuries, even damaging the marrow and displacing internal organs.

The next realm is Grandmaster, which is Xu Xiangbei’s current level. People at this level have already cultivated strong Inner Strength and nearly perfected their fist technique, reaching Returning to the Essence. Such individuals can leave a name in the martial arts halls, start their own sects for teaching, and disciples are common.

If one progresses further, it’s the Spiritual Realm, rarely found in the mortal world, usually secluded in mountains for focused cultivation. Unless highly gifted, individuals recognized as such might be over 60 years old. Those who reach this realm exhibit an aura of immortality, with abundant True Qi nourishing their entire body, extending life and strengthening bones. These individuals can strike to crack mountains, with life spans exceeding 150 years. This is just a minimum; with good health practices, living over 200 years is normal.

Legend has it that Zhang Sanfeng reached this realm, founder of the Wudang Sect, and creator of Tai Chi and Tai Chi Swordsmanship. Many currently believe he lived 212 years, though records aren’t clear, it is verifiable that he lived at least 169 years.

Progressing further would lead to entering Dao through martial arts, essentially a terrestrial deity. Reaching this level, even firearms allegedly wouldn’t harm them. This realm is called the Acquired Realm. It’s uncertain if anyone still reaches the Acquired Realm, characterized by exceptional talent, wisdom, and high cultivation heart method. Such individuals eventually abandon all techniques and martial arts, even beginning to create their own moves, imbued with tremendous earth’s force, nearing Dao. Likely exists only in historical legends, like Dharma who reached this realm, a prominent monk from Shaolin Temple, known for martial arts originating from Shaolin.

Beyond this lies the legendary Innate Realm, purely within Dao’s scope. Those evolve with their breath concealed in heaven’s vast force, nearing truth. Legends say those reaching this level have perfumed physical bodies, and live exceptionally long lives, up to 400-500 years. Legends in Huaxia suggest only three such individuals: the first was the Buddha, with Sakyamuni’s remains said to emit fragrance beyond the skies; the second was Lao Zi, the true founder of Daoism, rumored to practice the cultivation technique "One Qi Transforms to Three Purities," almost mythical now, still worshiped in rural areas; the third was Peng Zu, according to "Records of the Historian" and "National Language," Peng Zu was of Innate level, rumored as Zhuang Xu’s descendant from the ancient five emperors, spanning Yao, Shun, Yu through Xia and Shang till King Zhou of Yin Shang, reaching 767 years old, allegedly lived over 800, most adept at health-preserving, longest-lived.

These are historical legends; whether anyone can truly reach the Innate Realm remains a question, but martial arts know no limits. Xu Xiangbei practiced more, discovering its vastness and depth, convinced the creator of "Ancient Sutra of Primordial Origin" was beyond Innate, probably living over a thousand years, a frightening thought. He doesn’t aspire this high, though, just wishing to live well, protect those he wants, occasionally flirt with beauties, and fulfill his harem plans.

Discussing these things drifts away; martial arts are endless, and the future unknown, maybe one day as Xu Xiangbei trains he inadvertently reaches the Innate realm, that legendary existence almost divine.

Without hesitation, Xu Xiangbei engaged them in battle, the group mostly practiced fighters, and the seven strong men could stand tenfold in battlefield or elsewhere, even hundreds are no issue, an ordinary person enduring their move surely severely injured.

One’s martial prowess isn’t apparent to most unless truly fought; then one sees the opponent’s skill. Xu Xiangbei utilized Fierce Tiger Fist boldly with great aversion, like a tiger descending—double fists forming afterimages in air, weaving amongst the crowd. Combat sounds reverberated in the empty basement, alarming observers nearby. Yet within less than 20 moves, most were down, leaving only the seven strong men struggling, the scattered people sprawled out crying, clutching chests in agony.

"Didn’t expect him being a master!" Chen Xueliang watched with heavy eyes, unable to see through Xu Xiangbei.
