Grinding to Become the Master of the Universe

There was no argument, no hesitation.

On behalf of everyone, Chief "Bedrock" replied in a deep, solemn voice, "We agree!"

The vote was unanimous.

They were well aware that, given the civilization’s level of advancement—far beyond that of Blue Star—the other party could easily force their "consent," even if they refused.

"Understood. Please stand by. We are initiating a strike against the planet’s primary threat: the Starry Sky Giant Beast..."

"The Starry Sky Giant Beast? You mean... Leviathan?!"

The five chiefs froze for a moment before it dawned on them.

"Quick! Task all military satellites! Lock onto the East Sea! Track the beast!"

The order was swiftly given.

Soon, a real-time composite image, compiled from dozens of satellites filming from different angles, was projected onto the main screen in the conference hall.

In the footage, the great beast codenamed "Leviathan" drifted in the depths of the ocean.

The latest radar scans measured its body length at a terrifying thirty-plus kilometers.

Its colossal, dragon-like body stirred up monstrous waves with every single movement.

It would occasionally break the surface, revealing a ferocious head and scales that glinted with a dark, metallic luster. The sheer majesty of its form was enough to send a shiver down the soul of any who witnessed it.

And then, just as the five chiefs held their breath, their hearts in their throats...

A brilliant speck of light, like a fiery meteor, hurtled down from beyond the atmosphere!

"Quick! Zoom in the satellite feed! Focus on that meteor!"

The image was quickly adjusted and magnified.

Through the blazing plasma fire on the screen, they could just barely distinguish the core of the "meteor"—it was a distinct humanoid figure!

And a Long Spear, clutched in his hand!

RUMBLE—

The figure plummeted at an unimaginable speed. The tip of the Long Spear scraped against the dense atmosphere, creating friction that ignited a blaze more terrifying than the surface of the sun.

Incredibly, however, an invisible Energy Fluctuation seemed to emanate from the figure’s body, effortlessly shielding him from the flames and heat intense enough to melt steel.

"This Energy Fluctuation..."

Chief "Celestial," his body trembling with excitement, stared at the wildly fluctuating numbers on the nearby monitor. "That’s it! That’s the signature of the ’Spiritual Energy’ we’ve been studying! Our research... it was on the right track!"

The other chiefs were already so stunned by the sight that they were rendered speechless.

’What level of human is this?!’

’His energy signature is far beyond our system of classification! He’s definitely above Quad-S rank!’

THOOM—!

As hundreds of millions on Blue Star watched, Qin Feng’s body crashed into the deep sea like a meteor, landing with immense power and pinpoint precision right beside the great beast, Leviathan.

Then, blurry footage transmitted back from deep-sea probes showed what happened next.

Before the mountain-sized beast, the tiny human figure made a single thrust with his spear.

A single thrust. It pierced Leviathan’s supposedly indestructible underbelly.

What followed was a scene of pure apocalypse.

An energy more brilliant than a multi-megaton nuclear blast—and a hundred million times more terrifying—erupted from the tiny tip of the spear!

In that instant, the ocean for hundreds of miles around began to boil, flash-heated by this incomprehensibly terrifying power!

Billions of tons of seawater were instantly vaporized, forming a terrifying cloud of steam that blotted out the sky.

"ROAR—!!!"

A bloodcurdling scream, cut short almost as soon as it began, reverberated through the oceans and across the entire planet.

On the screen, Leviathan’s vital signs plummeted like a stone, hitting zero in less than a second.

Inside the conference hall, the five chiefs stared blankly at the screen, as if their souls had left their bodies.

’To traverse the vacuum of the cosmos in the flesh...’

’To withstand the intense heat of atmospheric entry...’

’The energy output of a single person, enough to instantly vaporize the sea for thousands of miles and completely alter the climate and geography...’

"The energy intensity of this one strike... according to preliminary estimates, is roughly equivalent to detonating our entire nuclear arsenal... over ten thousand times."

Chief "Celestial’s" voice was dry and hoarse.

’Just what kind of being is this?’

’Is this the Cosmic Human Empire?’

The same thought surfaced in all five of their minds.

Everything happening before their eyes had completely surpassed their understanding, as if they were in a bizarre and fantastical dream.

A dead silence fell over the deep sea.

Leviathan, the beast that had brought endless despair and terror to the entire Blue Star Civilization, now floated silently before Qin Feng. On its massive corpse, the wound pierced by the spear still radiated destructive Energy Aftermath, extinguishing any lingering trace of life.

Qin Feng floated beside the beast’s corpse, his expression calm.

For him, this was just another routine cleanup operation.

"Master,"

The voice of his Intelligent Assistant, Hammer, echoed in his mind via his bone-conduction communicator. "Database analysis indicates the carcass of this juvenile Star Devourer contains exceptionally rich ’bio-metallic keratin’ and ’devouring alloy properties.’ These are top-tier, rare materials for crafting ’growable’ armaments and power armor.
