Lesson 9 Disturbing

"You made me wait, Fang Fierce."

It is a small square slightly open in the mountains that meets Garam. That's the playground Garam and Shemr played together at an early age. I miss the back-to-back scars, carved on the trunk of a tree standing beside the square.

"Shemr, you won't be as tough as you are here."

"That's not going to happen. Lord Fagle Garguz Garam, the village's best warrior, is now also made chief. I can't say that I am your son, but as a blood drawer of the Fang Clan, I can't do it."

Gallam looked pitiful to Shemr, who said it seriously.

"Don't bully me like that, sister..."

"It's a joke, brother"

Shemr finally broke his expression.

"So, brother. No way, either, to get closer to your siblings at a time like this. What the hell is wrong with you?

"Uhm...... Before that, it's about the human child you brought in."

"He will meet as my guest. If he tries anything, I'll take the blame."

Before Garam could say anything, Shemr said by hitting the lead.

"Mmmm... well, what is it? If that's all you're prepared for, I have nothing to say either."

"But what?

"Mm-hmm. That's..."

How hard it is to say, Gallum never tries to talk just to mog his mouth.

"Brother, can you be clear?

"Wow, okay!

With that said, Gallum turns his face aside.

"Actually. There have been rumours amongst your brethren that you brought a human child... that you fell in love with him."

"Huh?"

From Shemr's mouth, a barbaric voice came out. And the next moment, I got angry as a blaze.

"Is it Pushka again that is spreading rumors without such roots or leaves?! Or is it Kragakka?!"

Garam shows his hand to calm down his sister, who is still going to beat him up, giving him two names that are also rumor-loving and known in the village

"Calm down! I already beat you up..."

"Totally. Your brother didn't believe those rumors, did he?

"Don't be silly. There's no way I'm gonna believe a rumor like that!

"I hope so..."

"But, yeah. You're responsible too, aren't you?

If you see yourself fumbling with hunger and fatigue, and taking care of a human child so worthwhile that you should hate him, everyone thinks something's happened.

"Your human obsession with children was unusual when we got you out of the fort. Besides, there's never been a floating story about you living with a man in your tent..."

"You've already explained it! He told me he shared his meagre food with me when I was being captured! My brother tells me to be the one who won't return the favor of one raven I got when I starved?!"

"But you are. You're my daughter..."

Shemr hung up on Garam trying to say more.

"Please don't! I'm done with this story now! If there's nothing else to talk about, I'm going home with this. Yikes!

On my sister's sword screen, Gallum also had to raise the white flag.

Besides, it's only about what we're going to talk about. Tighten your loose mind that Gallum has become a serious look, but Shemr is not a mess either.

"Your compatriots returned to the fort where you were imprisoned. Yesterday, a new army of humans entered the fort."

"The army?!"

"That's right. That number is roughly around eight hundred. They say the majority of them are armed soldiers. The soldiers can't get into the fort, they're camping around it."

"Eight hundred soldiers?!"

Around here, the only people hostile to the humans in that fort are themselves, Zoan. The newly arrived soldiers will undoubtedly be the ones marched to sweep themselves first.

"I thought you were going to hunt us out, but you seemed to be watching them really sweetly"

"How many compatriots can fight now?

"I don't have 50 compatriots to fight with."

This was also Gallam's fault.

When they burned the village, they lost the food they had stored over the winter. If winter is going to deepen, it will be even harder to get food. All you have to do is eat what you can eat in the vicinity of the safe house in less than a month's time and wait for all your clans to die of hunger or cold.

Having so decided, Gallam sent some of the younger members of his clan to find a place where each of them could cross the winter.

And those old people, children and families with such people who thought they couldn't stand the long journey left, don't go eating with the food they can take in and around the safe house right now. To make up for what was still missing, he left only the minimum number of warriors to protect the safe house to head to procure food. The warriors who went out to procure food tried to eat them with food that they would bring back in turn and bring them to spring.

But even Zoan said it was a harsh mountain winter, but I didn't think humans would send this many troops in. Garam regretted but it is a later festival when he missaw the obsession to eradicate the human Zoan.

You will not be able to summon your compatriots in time. It should be scattered quite extensively so that there is no overlap of places to procure food.

"With only fifty compatriots, you will deal with eight hundred human armies..."

In words, he was reminded once again of the desperate situation, and Shemr looked to heaven.

"Brother, can't we just run away?

"Where do you think you're going?

"Anywhere. It doesn't matter if we warriors die. But just the old people and children..."

"You can't escape without something to eat."

Those who were originally left behind in the village were those who were judged unable to withstand a long journey.

Even if you escape, how far can you escape on the feet of old men and children? It is only a suicide, such as a winter mountain escape without satisfactory food.

"Can't we at least get other families to accept just old people and children?

Saying so myself, Shemr knew he couldn't want that either. Every clan is chased by humans and they do their best to take care of themselves. You won't be able to afford to accept other families there.

"I will try to see" Claw Clan "and" Tartare Clan ". but you can't expect it."

Shemr was sorry for his ancestors when he wondered if the Fang Clan, formerly known as the mightiest clan in the Zoan XII clan alongside the Claw Clan. Instead of reclaiming the land of his lost fathers, the fate of his family is no longer a wind front lamp.

"So there's something I need you to do."

"What is it, brother?

"I want you to be my messenger to the Claw Clan."

"Brother!!"

Shemr was furious. I can read my brother's intentions. He's only a messenger, and he's going to let Shemr get away with it. Shemr is the Son of God of the Great Beast. No matter where the family is, you will welcome them with your hands raised.

"I refuse! I stay and fight with everyone!

"No. This is an order as a chief!

"I refuse! I'm your son! You can't force your children to listen to orders, even if they're chiefs!

Garam looks really troubled at Shemr, who doesn't try to listen.

"Please. Listen, Shemr. I'm not saying anything just because of the feelings of my brothers and sisters. You are your son. [M] When Zoan's brethren flip the flag, you are the only one who can bind different families and become their flag."

"Who deserted his own family and fled, on the flag? Don't make me laugh. If it's a flag head, it's enough for my death! He said that the Son of God of the Great Beast, along with only fifty of his compatriots, fought and splashed brilliantly without scorning eight hundred human soldiers against him. If you hear that, other families will be excited!

That's right. I gave up convincing Gallum too. Ever since I was a kid, I've never given up on a decision like this once.

"Then I won't say anything anymore. You were a more proud fang than anyone."

"Sorry for being selfish, brother"

"If you're going to fight, I'm going to crush you relentlessly."

"Where I Want It, Raging Fangs"

When they grinned invincibly at each other, Garam returned the blemishes and walked out.

"The humans have just entered the fort. Not for a few days."

Even as humans attack the mountains, let the soldiers rest first and then take their fatigue.

"But I can't even afford that much. Tonight, we gather the brethren of the clan to discuss the future. You, too."

◆ ◇ ◆ ◇ ◆

"Take back the village that was taken from you now!

It was the bloody young Zoan who shouted so.

It is one of the largest tents for sheikhs in the lair. Even if it's a tent, it's the difference in size. It's not just for the chief to live. It is a larger dome than a tent because it is used as a meeting place for the clan and also as a place of sacrifice.

The dome was divided into several rooms with cloth, but among the biggest of them were gathered those who were lords of their families, so as to surround the great fires.

"There are still the remains of those of my family left behind! You can no longer leave it as it is for a day! Take back the village, mourn them, and intercept the soldiers of the fort with their souls!

Many of our compatriots raise their voices of consent to the words of Zoan. All are still young Zoan. Originally, they were young people who were still not allowed to be on the spot, but because of the loss of many adult warriors, they also began to show their faces at the rally.

"Gajeta, it's good to get the village back. But how do we get it back?

Zoan, slightly older, said so. It's called the forged flesh, it's called the used weaponry, it's the Zoan of the flair who said how to be a warrior of practice.

A young Zoan, called Gajeta, who was advocating taking the village back to it, thrusts up his fist, which he gripped powerfully.

"By this blood, flesh and blade!

There is an admiration for Gajeta's intentions, mainly those of the young Zoans. But in contrast, he reacted as cold as an adult warrior who stepped on the number of places.

"If we can do that, we won't have a hard time."

"They go through a strong fence around the village, holding it like a turtle. We've attacked them many times before, and they don't come out, they just swoop the arrows like rain."

That's what I said. Zoan held down the bloody bandage wrapped around his shoulder with his hand. If you look closely, all the adult warriors on the spot are more or less wounded somewhere.

But such compatriots. Gajeta thinks of them as cowardly and makes an expression of contempt.

"Great true Zoan warriors are fearless, such as human arrows! All you have to do is cut off human beings like monsters (genobandas) who shit their urine in hell with a blade such as a flicker arrow! You can trample a fence or something! Drag out no one left standing in a tree house and reward them for invading our land! Let's beat them back to hell's manure swamp!

Besides, my younger brethren give me a compliment.

Conversely, some of the adult warriors even had toothpickers.

"It's Faggle Gargus Gallum. I want you to know how sorry I am."

The old man, who no longer thought he could contain the young only with (also) the power of the chief, turns his water to the gallum. All Zoan's gaze, which was gathering on the spot, was directed at Garam at the most.

Until then, he closed his eyes and put his arms together, and Gallam, who had listened in silence to the arguments of the families, slowly opened his eyes.

As the strongest and bravest warrior in the village, he was always ahead of the line in the battle against humans, and Garam, with the inscription "Bruised Fangs", had previously shown a proximity to Gajeta. For this reason, the young compatriots, mainly Gajeta, waited for Gallam's words with their eyes sparkling with anticipation.

"... now, I'm still waiting"

But it wasn't the words they expected that came out of Gallam's mouth. Gajeta rose from among the disappointed young men.

"What the hell are you waiting for?!"

"The return of the Messenger sent to the Claw Clan and the Takeshi Clan."

Besides, Gajeta was furious.

"Gallum! Kisama wants to abandon the pride of the Fang Clan?! It's what cowards do, like asking other clans for help!

Even though he was close to them young men until a while ago, Gallam is now a chief. Adult warriors rage at the abandonment of that gallam.

"Gajeta! Kisama, are you going to turn the chief around?!"

"Don't get on the diagram, young man!

And the young men round about Gajeta rebelled, and Zoan broke into two pieces. It is a uninterrupted and sinister atmosphere in which we protrude and intimidate each other's fangs.

Suddenly there, a tremendous roar rose.

Every Zoan who was on the spot is drained of his liver by a roar as if he had fallen even from a lightning strike in front of him.

It was Gallum that the frame of the dome, which was strongly combined to withstand strong northerly winds, roared to the point of billowing and trembling only after a while.

"My fellow countrymen! Your enemies are human?! Zoan?! If any of your countrymen want to pull out a blade, this Faggle Gargus Gallum will be your opponent together!!"

For a sip of this gallam, Zoan and the others who were confused laid down their hips with spears. But everyone felt a deep crack in between adults and young people.

Garam tells him to teach.

"It's Gajeta. I didn't send a messenger to the Claw Clan and the Pretty Clan to ask for help, but to accept old men and children who can't fight."

"But it's" Fang Fierce. "Whatever your response is, it doesn't make any difference to get the village back. Don't you have to wait for the messenger to attack humans? All I can think of is waiting for other clans who have been informed of their plight to send their reinforcements with compassion, even if they don't ask from our mouths!

Exactly, Gajeta didn't call it out this time either. But the words contained dissatisfaction that I was not even willing to hide.

"If you can always get the village back, let's not get lost, but let's raise our voice at this moment and attack ourselves by cutting ahead. But what if we can't get the village back? If we lose many more warriors, we can no longer even protect the old men and children."

"Ha! When you think about losing before you fight, the name" Fierce Fangs "will cry. Were you cowardly?!"

Sometimes earlier, Gallum controlled with his arms that the adult warriors who had endured in front of Gallum tried to raise their hips again.

"Oh, I was timid."

To Gallam's frank words, the adult Zoans as well as Gajeta looked to surprise.

"Until a while ago, I should have thought nothing of it and slashed it on the humans. I just wish I had even wielded a knife.

But no, I'm the chief. Every one of my judgments depends on the lives of everyone in my family. I'm not afraid of this. What are you afraid of?

In the words of Gallam, the spot was enveloped with tranquillity as if it had struck water.

Zoan, an old man who saw it fit around the time, punched one hand.

"Everybody. I think it's a good idea to obey the will of the chief here, don't you?

Now, no one objected.
