Hakai no Miko

Episode 50: Military Envoy

In the camp of the Romanian National Army, which moved its place from the sight of the city of Gatzen to near the river Berte, military discussions were held around the General's Partis.

Its main agenda is whether to continue the westward march or withdraw to Romania itself.

And what makes up the majority on the spot was the opinion to continue the Seoul West. Many of those who support it are the generals of the Partisans. If we tried them, there was a desire here to name the head of the Son of Destruction, a condition for the renunciation of Prince Gordia's right to inherit the throne, and to ascertain the reign of Prince Partiz over the Romanian King, which we ourselves take up. For this reason, we did not abandon our thoughts even in the midst of Jiri poverty, where we arrived not with our hands or feet on the rugged walls of the city of Gatsen, but also with the demoralization of the soldiers caused by the curse of the Son of Destruction, and even the reinforcements of the enemy.

However, I understand the current situation where there is no prospect of taking the Son of Destruction even if we continue with them.

For this reason, the Partisans, while taking the lead in the military council, were unable to roll out a decision.

In response, it is mainly the Hordes with small and medium-sized territories who are making withdrawals.

Try them for conscripting young men from the territory to join the war, and I want them to return to the territory and return to field work the young men who conscripted them by finishing the fight as soon as possible. Otherwise, all this year or even tax revenues from next year onwards will be greatly reduced. The loss was to be compensated for by looting from the Eldor country, but he wanted to return to the territory before the loss swelled any further to a worsening war situation that was unlikely to be fulfilled either.

However, in front of the leading Partisans who speak of the continuation of the Seoul, they are the weak ones. Its tongue, claiming to withdraw, was dull and tended to be pushed by the main warriors.

It is the Marquis Celtius, deputy general of the army of the Xi Dynasty, who has such eyes turned toward him.

As the head of the Gordians, Sertius had the status and authority to work directly with the leading Partisans, but he did not speak for himself since he gave his opinion at the beginning of the military council.

Neither could the men who would withdraw from it hide their disappointment.

But there's no point in Celtius closing his mouth.

Celtius stated at the beginning of the military debate that, as the person in charge of supplying the Western army, any further western march would be too burdensome in terms of replenishment.

But the Partisan generals overreacted to this.

Suppose the promise to name the head of the Son of Destruction was not kept, and he would be willing to make it something that did not relinquish Prince Gordia's right to inherit the throne!

The Partisan generals, who stripped away such evil pushes, began to insist on the continuation of the Seoul until they put forth various reasons, tactical theories, and even stories to engage.

Celtius, who intended to express a fair opinion as a deputy general of the Seoul Army, but even that was supposed to stir up the Partisans, sealed his own opinion that if he gave his opinion himself, the normal course of the military council would instead be impeded.

Instead it was Piata, the same deputy general, who Sertius asked to speak.

Prince Gordia asked Piata to be the owner of an excellent general talent, and Seung-western Chung asked her to give her a convenience (Bengi). And the talent Piata actually showed in this expedition is more than Celtius expected.

Could such a piata offer an opening measure? I thought so. Sertius spoke to Piata from time to time during the military council, trying to point the water at him.

But that Piata was also dull again.

That, too, should be it.

At this time, Piata was also troubled.

Because of this, I have hunted down my son of destruction. Such a good opportunity will never happen again. Withdrawal here, everything goes back to the shake out. No, on the contrary, from the state of the Son of Destruction when he was killed to show off the peasants, he's even peeled off as a king with this experience. It will no longer pass measures that will lure us by this southward march. With that in mind, it had become more difficult than ever to defeat the Son of Destruction.

For this reason, I was wondering if there was any way to take over the Son of Destruction here.

But at the same time, he also thought that in the calm part of his head he should withdraw.

Even though we still win by the number of soldiers, it doesn't necessarily mean that the army won't collapse all at once because of something in a demoralized soldier. Nor should we overlook the current situation, in which Celtius is placing a heavy burden on his country with supplies to sustain the Western army, as he fears.

I can't wait to attack or retreat.

Piata was frustrated by the current situation and was slightly biting her lower lip.

One guard came into the tent, which was the venue for this controversy, after saying no. The guard, asked what was going on by Celtius, says on one knee, taking a respectful stance.

"Right now, someone named an ambassador over the Eldor Nation has done it"

◆ ◇ ◆ ◇ ◆

"This is the first time I have worshipped His Highness Partis! My name is Adomius, and I have been sent as an ambassador by His Majesty the King of Eldor!

Adomius, who was passed to the tent of Partis as the military ambassador of the Eldorian nation, raised his prestigious name.

Instead of feeling the humility even in front of the prince of a nation, the companion generals leaked a small glimmer into the appearance of Adomius, who drifted in the style of a mundane warring warlord.

It is an implicit understanding that no matter how fiercely hostile, no harm should be done to the military ambassador.

But still, sometimes it is never uncommon to be extended to the crime. For this reason, the worst case scenario will be considered for the military ambassadorial candidate. But this Adomius is not a good man to dispose of as an angel.

The intention of the Son of Destruction, who sent such a man as an ambassador, is also puzzling, but more shocking to the Romanian side than that was Adomius' pitch-black armor.

There was once only one legion in Holmea whose black armor was allowed. And the custom is also handed down in the Eldor country to respect their pride.

That is, General Darius, who was also known as the enemy of the Romanian state, led Holmea's strongest army, the Black Wall, which continued to crush numerous (and also) Romanian state generals.

Some of the general lords on this occasion have just been taken over by the "black wall", not only by friends and acquaintances, but also by close relatives, or have even suffered handaches themselves. Those people were staring at Adomius with a grudging glance with a critical bite of their teeth.

The exception here would be Piata. Only she looked at Adomius with her childlike sparkling eyes with the treasure in front of her.

Without such a number of glances, Adomius asks.

"I would like to ask His Highness Partis. Your Highness invades our national territory under any great name?

Avoid direct answers by a variety of crude (there) Partis, answered instead by his deputy general, Celtius.

"Whatever. At the request of His Majesty King Vritas of Holmea, he has enlisted his soldiers by righteousness."

Besides, Adomius deliberately said, "Ha?" Raise your voice. Then, as he made his gaze with his hands, he looked around the tent.

"Doesn't look like you're Vritas to me?

And the generals of the Romanian kingdom were stuck in words.

Vritas, originally a great name for the West, must join the ranks. But how terrible the Son of Destruction was, Vritas refused to serve, saying that and why he could not fool himself. Among other things, he said, "There are terrible witches in that country!" For the excuse of Vritas, the humans of the Romanian nation laughed.

There were also times when Partis, the rooted samurai temperament, was reluctant to put the likes of Vritas in formation, and he had not joined this conscription western army.

In response to this Adomius allegation, Celtius sent an attack by Adomius that it was a march for Partis to respond with righteousness these days, when Vritas, who was ill and in hospital bed, still complained in tears about the reconstruction of the Holmea country.

It is true that Vritas is ill. Most importantly, it's because of excessive gastronomy and suspicious medicines, so I don't deserve sympathy at all, but I don't have to say it here.

Neither to Adomius, nor was he willing to pursue it.

"In the first place the rightful kings belong to the late King Walius. And it was this Eldorian nation that was newly pleased with the abolition of the State of Holmea by His Majesty Soma, who was officially ceded royal power by its princess Princess Tawarina. I just can't believe that Vritas is bringing tea now."

Adomius shrugs his shoulders and shakes his neck small and sideways like it's ridiculous to even speak.

"Besides, there is no difference between responding with righteousness, etc. Also, no matter how many fat, fat pigs people in our country are told to give us, if you find a hungry wolf sticking around, it's not something you can put into your house as one"

It is the irony of Adomius in comparing Vritas to pigs and the Romanian country to wolves.

Even then, Adomius and Celtius insist on the canonicity of each other's factions, but ended up with a watering argument.

Adomius just says, "Oh man," he sighs and shows.

"This is no longer the case."

The debate was admius of the attitude that this was the end, but tensions ran on the part of the Romanian State.

Because previous interactions are only outposts. We just asserted each other's positions and views.

This is the real battle from here. Fighting begins to push each other's demands, draw on the other's concessions, and benefit their country.

The State of Eldor has lost a great deal in the land of Mirza. I just experienced the king's miserable defeat from there. Even though the Romanian National Army's onslaught was wiped out by the city's staunch defense and reinforcements finally arrived after coming here, the situation is still more unacceptable and predictable for the Romanian National Army.

The demands of the Erdoğa State in this situation will be the prompt withdrawal of the Romanian National Army.

The Romanian National Army generals thought so.

As a Romanian country, then, the focus will be on how much the price of leaving the soldiers can be drawn from the Erdoğa country.

That would not pass the demand to hand over the head of the Son of Destruction. However, if national interests, such as territorial transfers, are obtained only commensurate with it, they will sufficiently be a feat for Prince Partiz's succession to the throne.

However, the Erdoğa side will also be aware that the Romanian State is asking for a price on condition of leaving the soldiers.

In an attempt to reduce the price slightly, the Eldorian nation should preach the benefits of leaving the soldiers, show the loss of continuing to recruit west, and sometimes show intimidation (and how) or even going to fight with the readiness to die.

Focus on what kind of hands this "black-walled" general named Adomius is going to hit and his next statement.

"His Highness Partis. My lord, Your Majesty, I have a proposal for Your Highness."

Drawing attention all together, Adomius suggests in a slow tone so that every word is clearly pronounced.

"How about His Majesty Soma and His Highness Partis each lead the whole army to settle?

The battle was led directly by the general of both sides.

That is, it is a proposal for a meeting.
