Hakai no Miko

Episode 55: Battle of the Berte River 2 - Fusion

Eldor National Army leaves the city of Gatzen to begin marching.

The report was immediately brought to the camp of the Romanian National Army by a scouting knight who was watching the city of Gatzen for a long time.

The Romanian National Army generals who learned of the arrival of the Erdoğa National Army stood in colour.

So what I promised to do was invite this one off guard, and now it's time for an early morning ambush - a despicable hand to set up a morning run?!

And the generals, thinking so, scolded the sleeping eye soldiers that had just risen from their beds, and hastened to prepare them for battle.

Several general lords rush over to Prince Gordia, who was watching the sun narrowly as it had just risen into the eastern sky, in a camp of the Romanian National Army, which became noisy by the way, poking their knees in front of it.

"Your Highness! The Son of Destruction may attack you cowardly while he promises to meet! Hurry up and help!

Besides, Partis asks after a small leak.

"And how are the armies in the Eldor country?

The knight of scouts who came with the generals answers this.

"Ha! The enemy is pushing both the Eldor flag and the Son of Destruction black flag ahead and marching towards us!

"Right."

Partis groans briefly and then looks back, cursorily, commanding his squire, who was nearby.

"Today, it's an important battle. You have to build on it. I want plenty of meat. Do you have any meat? I hope so..."

I am worried about breakfast even though my enemies may attack me from now on.

All the generals or even their squire were taken aback.

Partis laughed nicely when the questioned squire managed to answer, "Yes, sir," while being pressed back by duty.

"Oh! That was good. I'm looking forward to it."

One of the generals rushes to speak to this.

"Your Highness! Now is not the time to worry about breakfast! Our enemies may attack us!

Partis shows his neck curiously to the general who says so.

"I promised you a meeting, and I'm sure I'd turn that into a rebellion. Besides, if you're going to ambush me, there's no way you're going to push the flag long enough."

"But, Your Highness, Partis! There are still nearly two minutes (roughly four hours) closer to the deadline you promised to meet. This was meant to be!

Partis laughs at the general when he says so.

"So, I guess. But I don't know if that intent is going to make us burn. We'll do as we planned, rather than rush to respond to enemy movements."

Having said that, Partis ordered the generals to step back.

He said he had rushed to the infusion because of it, but the generals, who had not been dealt with at all, had to back off with a face that had eaten his shoulder blush.

The Erdoah National Army, which emerged from the city of Gatzen while doing so, finally appeared.

As Romanian National Army generals watched with tension as to when they would be attacking, Eldor National Army, however, took off the streets north in front of the camp, pointing its way to the plains where it promised to meet. And the Erdoğa National Army, which entered the plain, began to form a formation, loosely in formation.

To this the Romanian National Army generals once again poured into Partis.

"Your Highness! The Son of Destruction is here early! Let's hurry up!

Partis says with a wrinkled troubled face between his eyebrows to the breathtaking generals who wonder if he will be behind the Eldorian nation.

"I don't have breakfast yet."

The generals were once again taken aback.

It is this word in the sight of the meeting between the two great powers of the West that will not determine the male and female. The generals could not decide whether Partis was too bold or swallowed, and lost his words.

Before such generals, Partis sees the sun floating in the eastern sky.

"At the time we promised to meet, we still have time. There is no panic. The lords would not have had breakfast either. Eat your meal slowly. Breakfast is also known as the foundation of the day's vitality. You mustn't leave me alone. Yes, we'll give the soldiers a special glass of wine this morning."

Then Partis narrowed her eyes.

"But it's a beautiful day. The wind is pleasant. - Get rid of my tent cloth. It's good to eat under these sunny weather and in the comfort of the wind."

With that said, Partis really commanded his squire to take away the tent cloth. And Partis began to eat breakfast there. After breakfast, Partis snuck out of the boat, sitting in his chair, and finally began to sleep.

At this time the Partis tent had been built where it had become a smaller hill near the centre so that it could look over the entire camp. Therefore the figure of Partis, who sleeps, could be seen from anywhere in the camp.

Strangely, however, there was no one among the Romanian generals who badly described this sleeping Partis.

All that or he began to take care not to make loud noises from anyone so as not to disturb Partis' sleep.

To this, Piata's deputy Demetria leaks a voice of admiration.

"That's right, you're here with His Highness Partis. The soldiers who were standing still seem to have calmed down."

As Demetria put it, until earlier the generals who were noisy that an ambush of the Eldorian country might come, that they had to be put in place quickly, were now quietly preparing for the battle.

"Sure, you are"

Piata smiled bitterly as she offered her consent.

"Besides, my brother does that with vegetables."

As Piata says, Partis is not doing it to calm the floating generals. Simply eating breakfast and getting full, and having time to spare until the meeting, I am just taking a nap.

If it was done intentionally, the generals might have felt the smell of lies somewhere, too. That's what Partis looks like, so the generals calmed down, too.

"I'm afraid on my brother. I can't imitate anything."

To Piata, who says so, Demetria says clouding her face.

"I don't even want to be imitated by His Highness Partis, but shouldn't you be a little calm?

Demetria looks under her lid (eyelids) with her fingers at Piata, who wrinkles between her eyebrows.

"There is a neighborhood under my eyes. Aren't you on a lot of rest last night, too?

To Demetria's point, Piata stuffed her words.

Since the decision to meet with the Eldor Nation, Piata has horsed around the plain from corner to corner, with only a few knights from sunrise to sunset, every day glittering with the map in his tent until late at night.

Of course, it is a warning of the measures of the Son of Destruction.

But no matter how many battlefields you run around, no matter how many traps you set, no matter how much you haunt your head, you can't read the thoughts of the Son of Destruction.

Still, some generals mocked Piata for desperately trying to see through the Son of Destruction's measures without giving up, "as if he were a puppy frightened by his own shadow on the water".

Demetria often chooses words because she hesitates.

"I apologize for my disrespect, but isn't it a struggle for Her Royal Highness to take over?

Demetria was also acting with Piata, so I could affirm that there was no trap or setup for the Son of Destruction on that plain. Also, I don't think we're going to be able to prepare a trap that will strike nearly 20,000 Romanian National Army just because we put them on the plain early.

Now it was just hard to believe how much beloved Piata's words were being challenged by the Son of Destruction with a secret ploy to defeat the enemy army in a plain of nothing.

"Don't insult the Son of Destruction!!"

To Demetria's words, Piata accidentally made her voice absurd.

Surprising eyes are turned from around to Piata, who suddenly raised his voice. Piata, who realized it, returned it to me. Piata says after coughing one up to fix the spot.

"I'm sorry I roughed up my voice. - But there's no way that Son of Destruction can propose a meeting without any measures. I'm sure he's got some sort of plan. I'm sure!

Piata was so sure.

But I don't know what that is.

That's why it burns.

And frustrating.

Piata bit her own thumbnail as she hurried and irritated.

Demetria leaks one sigh at how Piata looks like that.

"I understand, Your Highness. - Let Lara and Lulu monitor the Eldor National Army for strange behavior. Tell the Hundreds of Wolves not to be alarmed."

"I'm sorry, but you have to"

Piata pushes caution after accepting Demetria's suggestion.

"But keep Lara and Lulu under surveillance from the camp. If you let it fly over them badly, you can't make it hostile and obnoxious."

"I understand, Your Highness."

When Demetria walks away after saying so and thanking him, Piata, left alone, walks up to near the fence surrounding the camp. He then glanced at the Erdoah National Army, which was forming on a plain where he could see a hedge (now) from a lattice fence.

"Son of Destruction. What the hell are you trying to do...?

Whoever could answer Piata's question was not on the spot.
