Haroon

"Training Camp Booth"

“Dammit! What kind of mountain is this? It's worse than the rumors.”

The density of monsters living in the Hookran Mountains was enormous, as the groaning of a moan that shook the shield filled with monsters' blood while grumbling.

“The environment is too good. ”

Tino gives you a grumpy face.

“Not at all!”

Harun nods.

The Hukran Mountains are a fairly high mountain range, but a myriad of high peaks rise along the Seine, blocking three directions, with the exception of the southern meadows like a hurricane.

Because of this, the warm breeze from the south did not cross the mountain, so the average temperature was higher than flat land, and also because of the high rainfall, it was an ideal environment for plants to grow in.

Naturally, herbivores flourished because of the rapidly growing variety of species and plants, followed by predators and monsters. Unlike other places, the food is plentiful and the area is narrow.

It's been five days since I passed through Cliff Canyon, the entrance to the Hookran Mountains. It is a miracle that when you think of the monsters you've encountered, you get angry at something and go through Rump Orcs' territory without a fight. After passing by the mountain just above their stronghold, they haven't met.

I've encountered a small group of them, of course, but I was able to avoid a battle with them by noticing them beforehand and returning to another path with Tino's stunning posture.

But that was all luck.

Rump Orcs weren't the only ones in the Hookran Mountains. Harun's group has met with the Goblins six times and the Black Orcs four times. There were more than twenty of them, so I had to see a lot of blood.

The Black Bears, one or two of them, encountered from time to time, were attacked twice by a ferocious Griphon, and had to strike a clot three times with the wolves.

Meanwhile, I was lucky enough to hunt a group of alpine foxes that were so hairy.

Due to Shirine's restless movements due to her butchering and lust for leather, the crew, except for Tino, were carrying enormous weight and bulky leather clumps.

‘But you're lucky you haven't met Ogres or Trolls. If it weren't for Tino's incredible reconnaissance, none of us would have made it here alive. ’

Perhaps there were no Trolls or Ogre habitats in the northern part of Hookran, where the high mountains lie long. Considering the monsters they faced, the Trolls and Ogres who lived almost individually couldn't handle the monsters here.

‘Anyway, it's time to come out. ’

All crew members, including Harun himself, suffered a lot of minor injuries on the way here. It was due to the growing fatigue and lack of sleep.

Instead, the combat sensation improved considerably over the course of several days, whether it was due to the frighteningly stricken tension and intense state. Now we can instinctively make the most effective attacks without having to come up with a plan.

The persistence of the inability to sleep properly gives the party extreme mental and physical fatigue, but on the other hand gives them an opportunity to unleash their hidden potential.

Harun was confident that their level or skills had risen considerably, although he could not afford to check the status window of the crew.

Even just a few months after completing the mercenary academy, the skills of everyone, including yourself, have already risen to an all-time high. The eyes of the crew grew stronger and stronger.

By lunchtime, I heard a shout of joy as I crossed another small mountain.

“There it is.”

The hall, which rarely expresses its emotions, shouts out in joy. The people's gaze quickly turned to where the hall was pointing.

“Oh! Finally! ”

Tino, the old man of inversion, cries out for resilience. You notice the training camp Hall mentioned on the other side of the small mountain with the group.

The training camp they were looking for was located in subtle terrain. Above and below the training camp situated at the foot of a snowy Hookran pole, there was a carved cliff.

You can't go straight up under the mountain to make your way, but you have to climb up and sideways on the slopes on either side of the cliff.

When I saw the training camp on the other side of the mountain, I remembered what to call the face of the hall, which had endured an indiscreet look throughout the trip.

“Can we rest here for a while, commander? ”

It will take some time to get down the ridge and back up, though it may catch my eye. You accepted Tino's offer.

“Sure, take a break! ”

No matter how many monsters there were, it was the summit of a rocky mountain, so it was a good place to rest.

“Anyway, I'm glad you came all this way without incident. ”

Tino looks at the Training Camp with a warm face.

The training camp, submerged in light clouds, was of considerable size, with five synonymous large and small buildings, two ballparks and three lookouts. Compared to the mercenary academy, it was roughly 2300 people.

“This is the end of the road. Let's go take a bath. ”

Shirine's face fluttered as well. When he moved along the strong river, he often washed himself in a river or pool, but since he entered the mountains, he could not find a place to wash or an opportunity to do so.

“I hope I get a good night's sleep. ”

The night and day monsters and predators kept me awake. Everyone nodded at Hassoyeon in Latrina, who was particularly sleepy.

When everyone was preparing to ride the steep skillfulness towards the Hookran Wand, Harun, who had been watching the Training Camp for a while, thought strange and looked back at Tino. He turns his head toward Harun.

“I knew it. You felt it, too, didn't you? ”

“Yeah, that's weird. ”

Harun's face is getting worse.

“Why? What is it? ”

I looked at the two of them, including Philip.

“Few people move. Besides, I don't see human remains on the watchtower. ”

I looked closely at the Training Camp in Tino's serious voice. Although it was far away, it was not so far as to be invisible to the human form.

No matter how big it was, even if it was sleeping or resting, at least the lookout had to have someone on it, but the lookout was empty.

“Have you been sent to any groups? ”

Philip looks at the hall. I expected the hall to know something. But the eye of the hall was filled with only curiosity.

You said you've been disconnected from your regular commute. Something happened. ’

The relief of arriving at the destination flew somewhere in no time. I heard from Debron that those who are training here will be the secret weapon of Briela's camp.

If something happens here and the novitiates go wrong, the Briela Faction may have to give up the Golden Battle. The presence of the novice knights here was their core force.

“Climb all the way up the ridge to avoid being seen from over there just in case." ”

The crew senses a strange energy and Harun leads the noticeably agitated hall.

A rugged ridge extends all the way to the Hookran Bonnet, where the training camp is located. There were no trees in the ridge, sharp, enormous rocks, and some flat terrain.

Harun's group makes a dash just below the ridge. The ridge itself is quite high, so there are no visible animals or monsters that can move quickly.

At last, when I arrived at the ridge overlooking the training camp, I noticed that a lot of people have been moving for a long time and are heading down a naturally generated mountain pass. Those living in the Training Camp must have been on their way back and forth as needed.

Harun stops at a place close to the training camp, where several trees naturally form a large space.

“Let's rest here for a while, do some yoga, lighten up, and then move on. ”

“So what do we do with all this stuff, boss? ”

“Let's hide it somewhere out of sight for now. We don't know what's going on down there. ”

Shirine, who had the weakest stamina, was satisfied with putting down a load higher than my height. She would have lost her shoulders if she lost more than fifty pelts.

The only people who didn't carry the slaughtered leather were Tino in charge of the backing and Hall, the client party.

In fact, the reward for this trip was nothing compared to the value of the leather they were losing. Lump Orcs, Grifon, and the hides of Black Bear and Alpine Fox were priceless items.

With bread, jerky, and water, the group hides a tremendous volume and weight between the trees, then heads down the mountain trail.

“Something's come up. ”

Harun, who saw a lot of grass on the road, said anxiously.

Many people have been going back and forth for decades, so it was a well-traveled road, but recently there have been a lot of grass growing.

The face of the hall that felt it became more severe.

“It's going to be okay. Because if we do, we'll figure it out. Relax.”

“Thank you.”

Shirine comforts you by her side, but the firm face of the hall is not straightforward.

The group moves as far as the anvil camp catches their eye. The group stops moving. As always, there is no sign of Tino leaving the chasm ahead of the group. Perhaps he has already approached the boundary.

Tino returns after a long time.

“I looked through the gaps between the wooden fences, though, and there was no other way around it. From the sound of footsteps and closing doors, it's clear that there are few people inside, but it's hard to tell what's going on. ”

At Tino's words, the hall rises from its place with a stiff face. I was ready to enter the camp right away. I felt like I'd never seen her so upset.

“First, Tino and I need to infiltrate the camp and get a better look inside. In the meantime, everyone stay here and rest. When it's time to go in, I'll ring the bell at the watchtower there. ”

Harun gives the order, but the face of the hall is much stiffer than before.

“I'm coming, too. ”

“That's dangerous. ”

Tino frowns, but the hall's attitude hardens. She originally didn't give much opinion, but this time it was different. She checks the magic wand and a few pieces of equipment as if her mind were solid.

Tino looks at Harun with an embarrassed look on his face.

“I'm sure you'll be fine if you come with me, since you've been trained. I'm just going to check on the situation inside, so please follow my instructions. ”

“Okay. I'll follow Commander Harun's instructions. ”

The hall made a good promise. Philip and Latrina whip their butts, but Harun stops their movements with one look and heads for camp.

Around the wooden ledge, only grass flourishes, but no trees are seen. We purposely removed the trees to gain sight.

“I'll take the building on the inside, Tino takes the two on the left. And the hall looks at the long building on the right. We don't go in there to do anything, we just figure out what's going on inside, and we come out. ”

“Yes, sir. ”

“Okay, please. ”

Unlike the ignorant expression so far, the hall asked the two of you to bow down deeply with a very serious face.

In fact, strictly speaking, this quest was completed here. If you think about the impossible battles experienced by the storm troopers on the way here, the remuneration is truly insignificant.

However, the situation at the camp was alarming and impressed by Harun as well as the rest of the crew.

“If you see someone with a long sword on his forehead, take a good look. This is Mr Savannah Evans, who is in charge here. He's also my father. ”

The rear horse is as small as a crawl, but Tino and Harun can see why the hall is so serious. A relative was in charge here.

“Don't worry. ”

“You'll be fine. ”

The two comforted the hall and rushed to the gallows with a swift gesture. Their movements were as swift and limitless as the wind, so they were unnoticed to notice unless they could see it.

In fact, the hall trusted Harun, though one might have wanted to take over the central building of the HQ. Harun was more reliable than the one who had been trained by the branches because he had seen Harun's tremendous abilities as he left the Imperial Church and headed for the Palace of Paros.
