Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 81: The Beginning of Fear

Driven by several successive events, Hogwarts began the new semester in a strange, repressive atmosphere.

Evan has a feeling that several people around him are gradually moving towards collapse.

First of all, Neville, he was totally scared by Snape.

In the second magic lesson in third grade, he was sentenced to two months of confinement by Snape on the grounds that he had thrown figs into crucibles without skinning them. But actually everyone knows what's going on, Snape, and it's revenge. Ever since, Neville can't help but look pale and sweaty when he sees Snape.

Second was Hagrid, who seemed to lose confidence.

Now in the course of Protecting Magical Creatures, students learn one lesson at a time how to take care of Froeber caterpillars: a disgusting worm 10 inches long, rounded, dark brown, and constantly creeping. The existence of this creature is almost entirely meaningless, and they always do nothing but eat alone.

Again, Harry, he's getting scared of taking divination classes.

Professor Trelawny always looked at him with tearful eyes, and an unclear prophecy spread almost all over the school, whoever and whenever they spoke to Harry, their voice became mild, as if he had stopped dead in bed.

In addition, he was concerned about his trip to Hogsmeade, where Professor McGonagall refused his application. This means that he is likely to be the only third grade student who stays at Hogsmeade on a visiting day.

Colin and Ginny are more worried than Harry.

They fully believed in Professor Trelawney's death prophecy, and in their eyes Ivan and Harry could fall at any moment. As a result, the two men gathered many things that were said to be able to wipe out evil and break the curse, the vast majority of which were popular in the castle during the Serpent Monster ravages last semester.

As for Hermione, she's getting nervous too.

This is mainly due to her choosing too many classes, her body and mind overrun for long periods of time and have reached her limit. Evan sees more than ten magic books in her bag every day, and he wonders if Hermione will faint in this way.

And finally, Ron, he's been skeptical lately.

He stood guard against the cat after several unsuccessful attempts on Mount Crook. He showed you the spots, and it's already skinny.

In Ivan's view, the plaque has nothing to do with Crookshanks.

Peter the dwarf must know that the real reason Blake escaped was to find his revenge, after all, when he betrayed the Porters. He was afraid that as Blake got closer to Hogwarts, panic gradually took over his brain.

He tried to escape, but didn't know where to go.

Hogwarts Castle is by far the safest place and after all there are so many horrible Dementors out there guarding it. Technically, Blake had no reason to break in, but since he was able to escape Azkaban, entering Hogwarts seemed only a matter of time.

Spiritual torment makes Peter Pettigrew incredibly depressed.

In fact, it wasn't just the two of them, Evan was busy this time of year.

In addition to preparing newspaper articles, he devoted his main energies to the preparation of the magic potion, which he had prepared exclusively for Peter the dwarf. He found a tracking agent on Powerful Medicine that Peter could perceive in his place with special magic within a certain range as long as he took it.

That way, you don't have to worry about him becoming a rat to escape.

Ivan's plan was to mix this tracking agent in a rat supplement, and I'm sure Ron would let the spots drink it. The only problem now was that the preparation process took too long and, although he was well prepared, the medicine would not be completed until Halloween at the earliest.

On Halloween, Harry pitied Ron and Hermione to Hogsmeade.

Ivan refused Colin's suggestion to play Wizard's chess. He went to the eighth floor of the castle alone, and after seeing no one noticing him, he quickly walked back and forth three times in front of a wall, entering a house of demand.

The room he asked for was similar to Snape's office and was filled with glass, two tin crucibles and a heating device in various shapes on the central long table, and the cabinets on both sides were filled with pharmaceutical materials.

Evan bought all this stuff from Diagonal Alley, and since last year, he's been here making the drugs he needs, reviewing the potion lesson ahead of time, and more.

Long practice has made Ivan very knowledgeable.

He placed the prepared materials in the crucible according to the formula on the Powerful Medicine.

About five hours later, he finally finished making the tracking agent, and he blended it with his own rat refill, which turned dark red, exactly the same color as the rat refill that he saw on vacation in the Wonder Bio Store. Evan was satisfied with the medicine in the bottle, and when he came out of the Mandarin Room, he found that the Halloween banquet had begun and he rushed into the auditorium.

Hundreds of pumpkin lights hang in the auditorium, along with a bunch of winged bats and lots of flaming orange belts that lazily float beneath the ceiling, like brilliant water snakes.

The food at the banquet was exquisite and everyone looked happy.

Tension has swept away since school, Harry seems to have forgotten the damn prophecy, Hermione finally doesn't want to learn anything, and after Ivan gave Ron the "rat remedy," his emotions gradually improved and he stopped worrying about the spots.

Everything went smoothly and even Hagrid, who had not appeared recently, sat happily in the classroom.

The dinner ended with a ghostly entertainment show where the ghosts suddenly emerged from the walls and tables to make a parade gliding; Gryffindor's ghost, Nick, almost headless, succeeded in recreating his death that year.

Everyone felt like they had a good night, but less than 10 minutes after the dinner, everything turned around.

Some of the happiness accumulated at the Halloween banquet vanished and the atmosphere of panic relapsed into the castle.

At the time of the whole thing, six people, Ivan, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Colin and Ginny, were slowly swallowing along the usual route back to the Griffindor Tower, where they took almost two copies of every meal at the dinner and had a very swollen stomach.

When they reached the portrait of a fat woman, they found the corridor full of people.

“What's going on, why doesn't everyone go in?” Colin asked curiously.

“Maybe they forgot their passwords!” Ron said with a laugh.

How is that possible? It's impossible for so many people to forget the password. Evan is happy to see the Peppy Ghost jumping over the crowd's head. He suddenly has a bad feeling in his heart that the Peppy Ghost will only show this look if he sees destruction and sadness. Could it not be...

Before they squeezed into the crowd, Professor Dumbledore arrived in a hurry to get the news. He rushed to the portrait of a fat woman. The students at Griffin's Dormitory squeezed him over, and Ivan and several of them leaned closer together to see where the trouble was.

“Oh, my God!” Hermione suddenly shouted and grabbed Ivan's arm.

In front of them, portraits of fat women were maliciously damaged, portraits, canvas tablets were everywhere on the ground, and large canvases were completely torn from the frame.

“Professor McGonagall, please go to Felch immediately and tell him to look for the fat lady in every painting in the castle.” Dumbledore said quickly.

“You'll be lucky!” The furry grinner grinned.

“What do you mean, Pippi?” Dumbledore asked calmly.

“Excuse me, Mr. Principal!” Pippy's smile faded a little, he dared not laugh at Dumbledore, he took a greasy tone, "she didn't want to be seen, she was confused. I saw her running past the landscape painting on the fifth floor, sir, hiding in the middle of a tree, crying about something terrible. ”

“Poor thing.” Pimpy adds a sentence, but it doesn't mean anything to pity anyone.

“Did she say who did it?” Dumbledore asked quietly.

“Oh, yes, Professor!” Pippin 'like a big bomb in his arms, "she wouldn't let him in, and he was very upset, you know. He's got a bad temper, Sirius Black! ”
