Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 113: Lucius' Christmas Gift

At this moment the atmosphere is tense inside Malfoy Estate in Wiltshire, England.

All the little elves in the estate were careful, and they looked at the door of the master's study in horror, afraid to make a slight noise, afraid to accidentally disturb the master.

The study is a spacious, round room with luxurious decoration.

Precious furniture, marble fireplaces and gold-plated mirrors are featured in dark green and silver white hues.

Immediately above the ceiling is a precious crystal chandelier, and the floor tiles are covered with gorgeous carpets, surrounded by a huge shelf of books in most of the rooms, filled with already out-of-print magic books, and next to them are dozens of portraits, all of them patriarchs of the Malfoy family of past generations.

Below the portrait, Lucius Malfoys looked in the shadow at the fire in the fireplace, and you can tell from the look on his face that he is in a bad mood.

He had just received a letter from a group of old men from the Hazardous Biological Disposal Commission stating that they would return all of the gold gallons he had previously sent, which meant that they would refuse to support their decision to kill the eagle horse.

Incredible, they killed Malfoy Family?!

It would be unimaginable if things like this were put in the past.

Lucius thought that the politicians in the Ministry of Magic had always been under their control, relying on the Malfoy family's prestige and money offense, where he was getting water like a fish.

Even twelve years ago, when the Dark Lord failed to flee, the Malfoy family's power was not affected at all.

But now they actually reject themselves?!

Lucius had a bitter smile on his face, what he wanted to do, but found himself unable to do anything.

In recent years, the Malfoy family's reputation has indeed been worse than it was before, and to this day he has been weakened enough not to kill a hawk horse.

“Damn, it's all fucking Dumbledore and those filthy mud bastards!” Lucius said with impatience.

In his opinion, this is all Dumbledore's fault.

Pureblood families are becoming more and more sad, and their status is worsening, whereas mud species of Muggle origin are increasingly in high positions.

Lucius suddenly missed the days when the Dark Lord was still there, and although he himself had little fondness for Voldemort, the other side's philosophy was what the pureblood family really needed, and they were the noblest, and those damn mud and muggle seeds were naturally enslaved by them.

Lucius took a deep breath and knew he had to remain calm, although that was what he thought in his heart, he could not express those dangerous thoughts.

In the light of the current situation, this does not benefit me in any way.

The Malfoy family can last a thousand years without fail, relying not on transient and powerful forces, but on unparalleled worldly wisdom.

But he can't do nothing and wait for his complaint to be rejected!

The Malfoy family has lost face since they were kicked out of the Hogwarts School of Wizardry Board early this year; if they are defeated this time by that rude Hagrid and two students of mud origin, the Malfoy family will truly be the laughingstock of all.

What's the difference between a pureblood wizard and those lowly mud breeds if they don't show their nobility, distinction and ordinary wizard status and power?!

If any number of mute cannons and mud plants could step on the face of the Malfoy family, the Malfoy name would soon become worthless, just like the pureblood traitor Weasley!

No, you can't. You can't let this happen!

You have to do something yourself, maybe use some hidden power or more Golden Gallon.

Just as Lucius Malfoys was considering his next move, a beautiful black long-eared owl suddenly flew in through the window, interrupting his thinking.

“Damn it!” Lucius shouted disgustingly.

Did all the lazy little elves in the house die out and let the owl fly straight into his study?

Or do they all want to leave Malfoy's family like that traitor in Dobie?

When I think of Dobby, when I think of that horrible little elf who betrayed himself, betrayed the Malfoys, Lucius' anger burned.

Because of this, he was ridiculed by his friends for a whole year.

Lucius pulled his wand out, and he was ready to make this reckless owl pay for the bleeding.

The next second, he suddenly stopped.

He saw the mark on the owl, it came from Hogwarts.

Lucius was a little curious, who would write to himself?!

Definitely not Draco, he has other channels to contact himself.

Nor would Sieverus, Lucius had never seen him use an owl.

Apart from these two, Lucius really can't think of anyone in Hogwarts to contact at this time, or what it says?

He walked over and removed and unfolded the letter paper on the foot of the owl, and the handwriting on it was ugly, grassy, and the words were very rude.

The letter reads: To Lucius Malfoy, my dear old friend, I will prepare a gift for you at Hogwarts as Christmas approaches, hoping that you will be satisfied and begging you to help me...

Lucius had a dark frown, and he didn't remember when he had such an old friend in Hogwarts.

Also, what kind of gift will they prepare for themselves?!

He watched with patience, and a few seconds later, his eyebrows widened.

Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor Hogwarts, that James Lupin is a werewolf?!

Looking at the dirty letter in his hand, Lucius's mouth suddenly revealed a cold, satisfied smile.

This is an unexpected Christmas gift, and if it's all true, it's a big news.

But it is not enough that a tamed werewolf becomes a teacher, but only to the extent of the headlines in the Daily Prophet, and cannot shake Dumbledore at all.

As the greatest white wizard in the world of magic since modern times, Dumbledore has more status and power than ever imagined.

He was more than a magic school principal, as exemplified by the Snake Monster attack on students in Hogwarts Castle last year, and it wasn't until the last minute that Lucius succeeded in convincing the other directors to agree to dismiss Dumbledore after so many attacks.

Of course a werewolf can't compare to a serpent monster and pour some oil on this fire, only then can it burn more.

But the most important thing is to write to the person who's going to do it.

If both things succeed, you have every confidence to drive Dumbledore out of Hogwarts.

Carefully prepared, it is not even possible to discredit Dumbledore.

After all, unlike the Chamber of Secrets incident, it was entirely Dumbledore's fault. In comparison to this, the foolish Hagrid and the equally foolish eagle horse with wings are dead and alive, and Lucius's mind now rests entirely on what this letter says.

Although it is not known who the other person is, it does not matter.

The point is he said this information and what he's going to do, it's important!

As for the other party's request to do it, it's only a matter of raising hands, just a moment's attention.

Lucius looked at the wall clock, 10 minutes to 2 p.m.

Although rushed, it was not too late for Lucius to indulge in a moment of darkened determination.

This is dangerous, but it is in line with Malfoy family values to hide behind the scenes, ignite the wind, and let others get in the way.

“Bobby!” He shouted.

The next second, bang, a cowardly little family elf appeared in the room.

“I'm here, master.” Bobby said in a sharp voice that he looked at Lucius Malfoys in horror, afraid that he would be punished.

“Go get my gown ready, hurry up, I'm going to see the Minister of Magic.” Luciuston went on to say, "Also, the more Golden Gallons you get ready, the better, the more appetites my greedy old friends have besides Fuji. ”

He quickly walked to his desk and, before meeting Foggy, Lucius was prepared to write a few letters to his old friends, whom he had not seen in a long time, and to share the news with other pureblood families who were happy to see Dumbledore fall.
