Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 208 Magic Size

Ivan blinked and looked stunned at Dumbledore.

Not far from the shore of the dark lake, Dumbledore did not turn around, and he turned his back on everyone, as if what had just happened had nothing to do with him.

Sirius, Harry and Hermione opened their eyes and waited for his next move.

Everything was just like that, and everything became untrue, and Ivan tried to remember that wonderful feeling and look for traces of magic.

Not as strong as just now, but he can still feel the position of the boat clearly.

Even if you can't see it, Voldemort's magic marks on the boat remain very clear.

Ivan nodded and tried to remember that feeling.

Of course, being able to notice the traces of magic is one thing, recognizing it and deciphering it is another.

He concentrated and wanted to see what Dumbledore did.

In front of them, Dumbledore still hung his hand, his other holding the wand, and then struck his fist with the tip of the wand.

Immediately, a chunky green copper chain suddenly emerged from the depths of the lake and slammed towards Dumbley's tight fist.

Dumbledore tapped the chain with his wand, and the chain began to slide through his fist like a snake, forming a pile on the ground. Tintin's voice hit the rock wall and echoed loudly.

The chain dragged something up from the bottom of the pitch-black lake, and everyone was stunned to see the bow of a boat suddenly emerge as a ghost, glowing like a chain, floating towards the shore of the lake where they stood, almost without a hint.

“How did you know it was there?” Harry asked in surprise.

Sirius and Hermione also looked at Dumbledore curiously, while Ivan tried to remember the strong feeling of that magical change when chains and boats appeared.

“As I was saying, magic always leaves a mark.” Dumbledore said that the boat hit the shore of the lake as the bang rang lightly, "and sometimes these marks can be quite obvious. I taught Tom Riddle about his style. ”

“Is this boat safe?” Harry didn't understand Dumbledore, he scratched his head and continued to ask, “It won't...”

“Oh, I think it's safe. Voldemort needed a way to cross the lake smoothly in case he needed to visit or remove his soul tools, so as not to provoke the guys he had placed in the lake. ”

“If we cross the lake on Voldemort's boat, those guys in the water won't do us any good, will they? ”

Look at Harry's expression, he's obviously worried.

What if this boat is halfway in the lake and suddenly sinks?!

In fact, not only Harry, Sirius, Ivan and Hermione share the same concern, but the horrible images that emerge in their minds: when they leave the lake far away on this boat, those hands just emerge from the pitch-black lake water.

“I think we must prepare ourselves, and once they find out we are not Voldemort, they will surely do it to us.” Dumbledore said calmly, "We cannot escape. Remember the purpose of our trip, which is almost inevitable that we will definitely come into contact with them face to face. So far, however, everything has been going smoothly. Since he allowed us to get the boat out of the lake, he must have allowed us to use it. ”

“But why would Voldemort want us to do that?” Harry asked.

“Too proud to believe only in his power, which is another weakness of his, Harry!” Dumbledore said, "Voldemort firmly believes that only a very skilled wizard can discover the boat. I think that since he was ready to risk letting others discover the boat, although this seemed almost impossible to him, there would certainly be some obstacles ahead that only he could cross. If it weren't for the accident, it should be the stone altar used to store the Horcrux and the liquid inside, I can't wait to see what's inside. ”

Everybody pull over, look down at the boat, it's really a very small boat.

“I don't understand, Professor?!” Hermione said softly, "This boat, it doesn't seem to be for us, it's too small to eat a few of our weights? Five men and Cliché. Wouldn't it be too heavy if we put them together? ”

Hermione's fears are necessary, and while everyone can barely stand on them in terms of area, common sense suggests that the ship can only hold one or two people at most.

Hearing Hermione, Dumbledore laughed softly.

“Without having to worry about that, Voldemort will not consider weight, he will only consider how much magic has crossed his lake. I think this ship may have been cast with a spell that can only carry limited magic at once. ”

“But...”

“We deserve an adventure.” Dumbledore took a step forward, the boat weighed down, ate deep water and stopped a quarter off the edge of the boat.

The boat swayed for a while and seemed likely to sink to the bottom of the water at any moment.

Harry and Hermione couldn't help but scream and Sirius stepped forward to hold Dumbledore.

But nothing happened, and the boat gradually stabilized after the swing.

“Good, just like I thought, you could come up. Compared to my strength, I think you can neglect it.” Dumbledore said, "Look out, don't touch the water. ”

Dumbledore leaned aside and Sirius walked up.

Everyone's heart lifted up and looked forward nervously. The boat sank a little further, swayed slightly and stopped immediately.

This time the depth of water consumption is simply not comparable to that of Dumbledore when he went up there.

If the ship was not calculated by weight, but by magic, the difference between Sirius' magic and Dumbledore's magic was obvious.

Hard to describe, it's like a gap between a tank and a bottle of water.

Immediately afterward, Harry and Hermione.

The two of them carefully climbed onto the boat, and the space on it was already very small and, from a normal point of view, the boat was likely to sink at any moment.

But nothing happened, and the boat didn't even shake for a moment, floating steadily there, eating water almost unchanged.

It's incredible, Harry and Hermione are like weightless.

It also means that, by the size of their magic, the two of them, taken together, have not had more than one Sirius, let alone Dumbledore.

If Sirius' magic size is a bottle of water, Harry and Hermione's magic is like a glass of water.
