Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 221: Sudden Battle

In the dark alley, Hermione is completely untraceable and doesn't know where to run.

Ivan and the strange girl in front of him were frozen, two people standing under a Christmas tree, shadowed by a dark candle, pulled long enough to stretch deep into a dark alley without any light.

Ivan looked at this girl across the street with a headache, she was wearing a big, worn black robe, a white, lovely nose, smelling something in the air, like a kitten, and she came closer and closer...

Her moves seemed safe except cute, but Ivan was under a lot of pressure. He smelled it as hard as she did, and there was no special smell in the air other than the cold air at night and the faint alcohol coming from the distant carnival crowd.

At least Ivan didn't smell anything.

Looking at the way a girl looks, she seems to want to stick it to herself and rely on her nose to find the food she doesn't need.

Evan took another half-step back, even if he didn't feel dangerous, but it was highly inappropriate to let a girl he'd just met so close to herself.

Under the Christmas tree, the girl walked to Hermione's just standing position and through the faint candlelight around her, Ivan clearly saw what she looked like.

Just now in the dark corner, he just instinctively felt the other person was beautiful, tiny, sophisticated, with fair skin, like a porcelain doll.

Now looking up close under the candlelight, Ivan finds that the girl's face can only be described in two words: stunning.

It is a beauty that directly touches the depths of the soul.

Especially her burgundy eyes, like two rubies sparkling with a ray of inspiration.

By contrast, her skin is still half-blooded, as if all the blood on her body were concentrated in her eyes.

“Food...” the girl puzzled, looking a little weak.

“Wait, if you come any closer, I'll attack!” Ivan shouted loudly.

He lifted the wand in his hand. As the magic gathered, the light at the end of the wand grew stronger and stronger.

Hearing Ivan, the girl stopped, seemingly hesitating.

“Well, we need to communicate. As you can see, I didn't mean to offend you. I just accidentally listened to your song and was curious to see it in the corner.” Ivan said patiently, "My name is Ivan Mason. What's your name? ”

“Evan Mason?!” The girl repeated, not saying her name, and she continued to smell, slowly saying, "The taste of food...”

She was in a strange state and seemed unusually weak, as if she had been hungry for a long time.

There seemed to be nothing else to attract her to but food.

“I don't have anything to eat, and if you don't mind, I can take you to a broken cauldron bar where there's a Christmas party going on with lots of good food. ”

“I can't go. I have to stay here. It's important!” The girl shook her head stubbornly, "I smell food on you...”

She finished the sentence and came back to Evan.

The other side's headless words made Ivan even more confused.

He can be sure that he has nothing to eat but a bunch of shrinkage cursed black magic books.

Looking at the closer and closer girl, Ivan didn't hesitate, he grabbed the wand and shouted, "Petrification of all! ”

The red rays of light flew out of his wand, hitting each other accurately and unmistakably.

I don't know what this guy is trying to do, but Ivan decided to be careful, and the other guy's behavior is too unusual right now.

He was going to trap her with a petrochemical spell and then have a good chat.

If you can't get out of the way, you can take her back to a broken cauldron bar and ask the bar owner, Lupin, Sirius, or anyone else to go find the girl's family or find out what she's up to.

Evan's petrochemical spell struck each other, and just when he thought he was successful, the spell's red light suddenly deflected to the right, changing the original forward trajectory, wiping the girl's body, and landing on the opposite wall.

Ivan stunned, and he saw the little hand the girl was hiding in her broad sleeve, holding a black wand.

The wand is very small, about seven inches long.

What a surprise, she also has a wand.

Apart from this wand, the thing that bothered Evan most was the girl's strength.

Almost as the petrochemical spell was about to strike, she instantly released the defensive spell, and she used the silent spell of silent meditation in her heart.

Evan thinks it's hard to do both with a quick spell and a silent spell.

Thinking of the strange stains that were spotty as blood stains on her, and the hidden power of magic, Ivan was highly concentrated and afraid to be careless.

He waved his wand and cast several spells in succession.

The girl didn't fight back, but Evan was about to hit her last second, deflecting and rubbing her body aside.

There was a magic barrier around her body to protect her from harm.

Ivan can be sure that the other side is not using the Iron Armor Curse.

It's supposed to be a protective spell that he doesn't know, and every time his spell attack is about to hit her, she always shines a little red light around her body.

This is not the way to go, Evan can be sure that the other party is stronger than himself.

He was prepared to use more powerful magic, or more direct, to make loud noises directly, attracting people from the streets.

But before he could make a move, a red chain suddenly appeared empty, clamping like a venomous snake, tied Evan tightly from the bottom up.

Shit, it's another silent curse!

Ivan fell hard on the floor until he realized what had happened.

He found his combat experience to be too scarce, and in fact, he had recognized the problem since the last time he fought the werewolf Greyback and Snape.

There are two very different styles of fighting, but there is one thing in common.

And that's that Evan had a lot of mistakes that he shouldn't have made, and a lot of opportunities that he didn't grasp, like this one, and his real strength didn't show up completely.

In his conversation with Sirius, he also pointed out that Ivan had this problem.

Like Hermione, they read a lot of magic books and mastered a lot of spells, but in actual combat, due to lack of experience, they were unable to fully demonstrate their strength.

And this gap became more apparent in the recent fighting.

Previously, Ivan had never fought an enemy with a silent spell, and he did not have the skills to do so, nor did he know how to deal with it.

The opponent took the lead with a silent spell and used two magic sequences that Ivan didn't know about, leaving him defenseless, so vaguely subdued.
