Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 289 Dreamland and Illusion

Ivan kept thinking about it that night.

Deep in his heart, there was an uncontrollable agitation, breaking into the nest of the octave spiders to fight them, killing Aragok, proving his strength to the horses and obtaining their approval, and then passing the final test to get what was left of Gryffindor.

Boys are often bloodthirsty and never tired of adventure and battle.

The same is true of Ivan, who, although not as enthusiastic as Harry and Ron, has been preparing for this for months, even with a few dark magics, only to find a viable way into Aragok's lair.

Now all the problems are solved, and all that remains is battle.

Ivan grabbed his wand under his pillow and made up his mind.

When he fell asleep in a daze, he found himself standing again in front of that huge pit in Aragok.

In front of him was the hazy hemispheric spiderweb and the cold, humid air.

He struck a severe chill and had yet to figure out exactly what had happened.

In Ivan's final impression, he was still lying in his own warm and comfortable bed. Why did he suddenly come to this place, to the depths of the forbidden forest?!

Ivan became more alert, and he heard a strange voice, as if someone was speaking beside him.

The next second, Evan heard clearly, in the pit in front of him, there was a low voice calling him. This voice is in endless darkness, as if from the unknown depths of the earth, whispering continuously, unable to hear what is being said.

Ivan shook his head, clearly a nest of eight-eyed giant spiders, but he couldn't see an eight-eyed giant spider around him.

Everything is so weird except the whispers in your ears and the silence in the forbidden forest of darkness.

He followed the sound, along the slow downward slope, deep into the dark lair, behind the gigantic spider web of the hemisphere, where he saw an ancient, mysterious blue stone gate with an obscure sign on it.

Had it not been for the certainty that he had come from a Muggle family without any magical tradition or gift, Ivan would now have even begun to wonder whether he was of prophetic descent, whether an ancestor of his body was a legendary sage or foresight.

Because this dream is so clear, so clear, it's scary.

Ivan didn't know what was waiting for him behind the door, and he wanted to ask Aragok, but the giant spider was completely missing at the moment.

“There's nothing to be afraid of, if it's just a dream...” Ivan whispered, concentrating on the magic fluctuations around him.

Instead of opening the stone door in front of him immediately, he remembered an ancient magic book he had read recently, and that strange magic in the book.

Evan suddenly had a suspicion, perhaps a few months earlier, that the night he went after Peter the dwarf and killed the Aragok nest, that his actions had attracted the attention of an unknown creature in the Aragok nest.

Everything you see today is fantasy, and its essence is still your dream.

Unlike the prophecy, this dream is the powerful, unknown creature deep in the cave that the director below the sound wants to see for himself, and the images and messages in front of him are what he wants to convey to himself.

Thinking about it, Ivan suddenly got a little chilly.

The ability to carry out this fantastic illusion spell continues to affect him several months later, meaning that the magical power of the unknown creature is even more powerful than Dumbledore's. Perhaps that's why Dumbledore didn't find it hiding deep in the forbidden forest.

More powerful magical creatures or wizards than Dumbledore...

Ivan doesn't dare to go on thinking about it, he doesn't know who he is, he doesn't know what he wants to do, but it's definitely not a good thing.

Perhaps that is why Aragok's power far exceeds the limits of the octavean giant spider species, and the master of this sound is the source of its power.

Now it's calling itself, not its servant, what exactly does it want to do...

The more Ivan thinks about it, the more scared he feels, combined with his knowledge of magic and several recent magic books he has seen, he feels that his earlier assumptions are very likely, and that a horrible unknown creature is influencing himself through magic.

The only thing to be thankful for is that they don't know why they're stuck in Aragok's lair, sealed behind this ancient stone gate.

It is certain that extremely harsh conditions will have to be met before it can be released.

Curiosity killed the cat, Ivan put away his just raised curiosity, he subconsciously took a step back, his inner intuition told him that whatever was inside, what he needed to do now was to stay away, even in the illusion of a dream, from the stone door in front of him, away from Aragoch's lair, away from the master of the sound.

Otherwise, he will encounter more difficult adversaries and endless troubles than Voldemort.

There is always a way out of the Horseman, without necessarily risking the unknown to kill Aragok and come into contact with an ancient mysterious magical creature.

Just as Ivan was determined to leave, the green stone door in front of him suddenly opened.

Low whispers became clearer and clearer, and Evan seemed to hear what they were saying. Immediately afterwards, he saw a pair of blood-red giant eyes staring at himself behind the stone gate, which were too big, somewhat outrageous, with no emotions in it.

Under the bloody giant eyes is the suffocating darkness, and...

Ivan opened his eyes, and he hurriedly raised the wand in his hand, before waiting for him to do the work, everything in front of him began to blur, and he woke up from his sleep.

Ivan sat on his bed, panting violently, sweating from top to bottom.

It was almost 3: 00 in the middle of the night, and he felt like he was having a horrible nightmare, but very strangely, he couldn't remember anything.

The bedroom was quiet, Ivan was thirsty, and he tried to sneak into the bed and pour some water from the silver jar under the window. He tried to recall what he had just dreamed, but he could not recall a thing. He could only vaguely feel that the dream had something to do with Aragok's lair.

Ivan shook his head and tried not to think about it.

He thinks he's just too excited for the upcoming battle.

He drank a sip of water, looked out the window, the playground was silent, and no wind blew the treetops of the forbidden forest; he beat Liu motionless and looked innocent.

“Anyway, just go to Aragok's lair and find out the truth!” Ivan said to himself.

Perhaps self-comfort worked, and he felt somewhat at at ease, putting the cup down and going back to his bed to sleep again.

This time, he slept very heavily and never dreamed of anything again.
