Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 391: Evan Popular with Ghosts

In the eyes of others, they chatted happily.

Either Ivan or Furong have no willingness to communicate with others.

Boosbatons obviously have more rules than Hogwarts and are not allowed to walk around at meals.

Though looking at the faces of some people and seemingly wanting to come to Ivan's trouble, none of them eventually made a move.

The loud noise is heard in the restaurant, as tomorrow is summer vacation, and students mostly turn to holiday scheduling and just finishing school year exams.

After talking about Ivan's previous adventures, Furong, on behalf of her sister, invited Ivan to be a guest at their home in Paris this summer.

If it wasn't for the other half of the magic stone, Ivan wanted to go over there and see it, not just because of Gabriel's little girl, before he heard Hermione say almost the entire semester, about the unique magic of Paris, which was very appealing.

Now he had to politely refuse the invitation.

There was nothing wrong with Furong, but he turned to the upcoming Quidditch World Cup competition.

The banquet continues, under the influence of magic, the beautiful golden chandelier slowly rotates over the huge ceiling in sky blue, and the beating flames make up various patterns.

The ghosts also flew off the roof, making high-difficulty moves in mid-air, swiftly passing around a huge circular restaurant, and then gathered together to whisper.

As you can see, the ghosts are very interested in Dumbledore, Sirius and Ivan.

They were talking about the past experiences of the three of them and getting trail news from elsewhere.

Oddly enough, there are more and more ghosts gathered next to Ivan.

The number far exceeds that of the host, and his appeal to ghosts seems to exceed that of Dumbledore and Sirius.

“You're very popular!” Furong said with a smile that the curve at the corner of his mouth was slightly upward.

Looking at Furong's face with a moon-toothed smile, Ivan was misty.

Popularity is a good thing, but if the object is all ghosts, it's really too strange, it's not that happy to think about it...

These ghosts are pointing a finger at Evan, but none dare go forward.

“So you're the Ivan Mason?!” Just at a time when Ivan was wondering, a male ghost in medieval French aristocratic costume landed hard next to him, looking a little like Nearly Headless Nick.

Like Nick, he lost his neck and disappeared directly from the middle.

Only his body and head floated in the air, which made him look very strange and funny.

Had it not been for the angry look on the other person's face, Ivan would have almost had to smile, and he was rushing to wipe his mouth with a napkin to cover the smile on his face.

“This is Duke Vincent de Teffler Picques!” Furong looked into his head and whispered, “You must have offended him, he doesn't always do that. ”

Ivan had previously seen the ghost's name in Magical History and was said to have put a hidden spell on his neck and escaped the hanging pretending to have been beheaded.

The effect of the Concealment Curse is too perfect for the present.

So much so that after his death, the power of the spell had not disappeared.

Of course, the main reason he can be included in Magical History is because he invented a hidden spell based on ancient magic, an advanced spell of landmark significance.

This spell can make something disappear permanently, but the success rate is low, and it's a Boosbaton spell, so not many people know it.

Although I've heard each other's names, Evan can be sure that he's never seen him before today, and I don't know why this ghost looks at himself angrily.

“The Hogwarts Magic you created!” The Duke of Picocquette shouted that his milky, translucent body was a pink color, "I, like all the other ghosts, wrote a lot of things in the mail, but only the news I provided was not used, which was the seventy-sixth refund, and Nick the damned guy said my news was too shallow...”

Listen here, Ivan already knows what's going on.

No wonder there are so many ghosts surrounding themselves, all as bad as the Duke of Picoquette in front of them, hoping to have a good relationship with themselves so that their respective contributions can be adopted by the Hogwarts Ministry of Magic.

Ivan was able to do the same before in Hogwarts, and he is now almost the most popular with ghosts, wherever he goes, there are ghosts all around him.

You know, ghost life is so boring, there's hardly any entertainment.

With almost headless help, since last year, there have been many ghosts who have given Hogwarts Magic news, coverage and pride in the use of their articles.

This was originally just a thought-provoking idea by Ivan, and I look forward to adding a little bit to the fact that Hogwarts Magic is under-provided.

Who could have imagined that, in the end, it gradually developed into the biggest highlight of the newspaper.

The ghosts knew many secrets and viewed things differently, and their unique stories were unexpectedly welcomed by the wizards.

The posting also sparked more enthusiasm than the ghosts could have imagined, and while Ivan didn't pay anything, it was a bragging thing.

Think about it, in addition to spending a long, boring time, your articles can be published in newspapers of the living, attracting the attention and discussion of the wizards.

This is an absolutely unimaginable honor for centuries-old ghosts.

Especially as Hogwarts Magic became more influential and more subscribers, contributions to newspapers became the most important thing for ghosts.

Now not just Hogwarts and the British ghosts, but many foreign ghosts like the Duke of Pickook are also starting to contribute to newspapers and provide news.

Nearly Headless Nick is primarily responsible for this, and as far as Ivan knows, he's doing well.

But he was not surprised that the Duke of Picques was in an accident.

Nick was good at everything, and he was filled with resentment that his head had not been completely cut off, even a thousand years later.

Not surprisingly, he must have been jealous of the complete disappearance of the Duke of Picques' neck.

Although this is due to the spell, in Nick's view, it is most likely because the Duke of Picques used vile means to hide his neck.

Under the circumstances, it would certainly not be possible for him to adopt the Duke of Picques' contribution.

Watching angry ghosts, Ivan had to try to appease each other and promised to ask Nick to notarize and use his manuscript when he returned to Hogwarts.

The Duke of Picques nodded satisfied and flew away, but with his encouragement, more ghosts rushed towards Ivan...
