Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 624 End of Ball

Ivan and Hermione returned to the auditorium, Ron and Lavender remained missing, Ginny and Gabriel sat with a large group of Busbaton girls, Neville and Luna danced together, and Harry and Colin sat at a table away from the dance floor.

“Did you see Ron?” Harry asked, looking at Ivan and Hermione, who had just returned.

“He's busy out there!” Hermione said impatiently, raising her head and looking around, making sure no one listened to their conversation before lowering her voice and saying, "I just heard it with Ivan...”

She repeats what Hagrid said, and Harry and Colin are equally stunned.

“So Hagrid is a hybrid giant?!” Colin said with astonishment.

“Yes, the nature of the matter is very bad!” Ivan and Hermione nodded.

“I don't understand, so what if Hagrid is a giant, what's the problem?!” Harry said, staring at Mrs. Maxim sitting alone at the referee table, a depressed look, "If Hagrid is a hybrid giant, then she certainly is, too, a dinosaur with a larger skeleton than her skeleton..."

“You don't understand, Harry! Hermione explained," The fact that Hagrid is a hybrid giant is very bad, and the book says that giants are very dangerous magic creatures that are not recognized by the magic world. ”

“Who cares?” Harry stubbornly said, "There's nothing wrong with Hagrid, we all like him! ”

“I know it is, but...”

“Generally speaking, giants are considered very fierce human magic creatures!” Seeing Harry and Colin was still confused and unaware of the seriousness of the matter, Ivan had to explain, "Like the troll, they were born to love killing, but they were much more dangerous than the troll, who was 22 feet taller on average, almost twice as tall as the troll, and had a strong body that could resist the great majority of magic, which was a humanoid killing machine, and in those dark years they had caused a lot of fear to the magical world, but now there were no giants in England! ”

“Why, where did they go? ”

“Probably extinct, with a lot of people killed by Aaron and a bunch of people hiding in mountains abroad. After all, this is a different era than it was in the past, not one where the giants could ravage.” Evan went on to say, "It's not how they disappeared, it's how many giants joined him during Voldemort's reign and killed many others. ”

“Even so, what does this have to do with Hagrid, he's not dangerous! ”

“It doesn't matter to anyone who knows him because you know Hagrid is not dangerous, but if you don't know him or someone he's not familiar with..." Ivan shook his head and saw a lot of people teasing whispers together like them.

Obviously, this has been leaked, and there were a lot of people around that fountain.

Continued concealment is unlikely, and it is not a long-term plan, which would not be good for Hagrid.

The issue of blood identity has been a heart attack in Hagrid, and concealing it only delays the outbreak of conflict.

It is only right that Hagrid be thoroughly exposed and made aware of the continued willingness to accept him.

Ivan decided to make some preparations in this matter, not let public opinion ferment and go in the wrong direction.

Beyond that, he was a little curious, that Hagrid's father was just an ordinary wizard, listening to Hagrid's description, or a shorter head, so how did he get Hagrid's mother, a pure female giant, to have a baby?!

Mixed giants have always been a minority, although wizards and various magical creatures of mixed descent are more common.

Think about it. It's horrible!

When Ivan and Hermione came back, Ginny and Gabriel came together.

For the rest of the prom, six of them sat in the corner talking about giants and not thinking about dancing.

Whoever invited you, they refused!

Harry looked up to Autumn Zhang from time to time, but as soon as he saw her with Cedric, he had a strong urge to kick things.

Evan persuaded him to invite Autumn in the past, and Harry hesitated for half a day, finally shook his head and took no action.

As for Furong and Roger Davis, Ron and Lavender, there were other couples who didn't come back until the end.

At midnight, the weird sisters stopped playing and applauded them for the last time.

Then he started walking towards the hall and Ivan, Hermione and Harry took Gabriel back to the carriage.

On the way back, at the public lounge door, they saw Ron holding Lavender's hand and standing there hip-hopping.

“Oh!” he saw Ivan, Harry and Hermione and stopped.

Lavender giggled and ran in embarrassed.

An awkward silence, Ron seemed to want to explain something, without saying the last word.

He just stared at them with a slightly strange look and seemed to be looking forward to the next outbreak.

But nobody has anything to say to Ron, and although he and Lavender are progressing really fast, it's Ron's freedom.

After such a silent impasse, the four individuals returned to their respective public lounges to sleep with each other in mind.

As for Hagrid, let Harry tell Ron.

On the second day of Christmas, everyone got up late.

Gryffindor's public lounge was much quieter than it had been in the previous days, and people were chatting all the time, interrupted from time to time by arrears.

Hermione's hair became fluffy again, and she confessed to Evan that she had sprayed a lot of quick-smoothing agent on her hair to attend the dance.

“But it's too much trouble to do it every day.” She actually said that while scratching Crooked Mountain's ears, the cat was comfortable humming.

Though Hermione was stunning last night, she also looked very pleasant.

At least Ivan thinks so, and that's Hermione, who's real and natural.

As for Ron and Lavender, we all assume by implication that we didn't see them.

They also converged a lot, not so blatantly sticking together.

Harry also told Ron about Hagrid.

Ron was more surprised than imagined, telling them a lot of horrible stories about giants to prove how horrible the news was.

Instead, Hermione calmed down after turning over several books.

“I always suspected Hagrid was a hybrid giant!” She told everyone, "I just went through the history of the giant, and I don't think we can be so insensitive to the giant. They're not all as scary as rumors say. It's a prejudice, just like people's attitudes towards werewolves, just a preconceived notion, isn't it?! ”
