Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 629: Swimming Krum

Ivan didn't tell Ron about the secret to the golden eggs, which was easy to suspect.

That would be obvious and meaningless.

The key to the second game was not the information in the golden eggs, but how to get Ron underwater.

The spell or something doesn't have to be expected. With Ron's current situation, it would be unrealistic and uncomfortable for him to fully master the use of this highly challenging spell. It would be better for him to use neptunium.

Magical plants that grow near the Mediterranean Sea are rare.

In Hogwarts, only Snape's private locker has this.

As for how to get gooseberry, that's what Kellesis needs a headache for, and Ivan's not getting involved.

On the last day of Christmas holiday, he had another chance to talk to the vampire.

Ivan's fears seemed redundant, Voldemort's things outside the school had not progressed much, and at least the people of Keresis had not given him any feedback, and he had not received any new orders, apart from doing all he could to help Ron.

As to why Buddy Crouch was ill and where Voldemort was currently, he asked three questions.

Keresis is really not a qualified spy, and he doesn't have Voldemort's trust at all.

As with the enemy, the other party is now hiding everything from him or giving the wrong information directly.

But think about it, Voldemort is like this, he never trusted anyone but himself.

Snape also spent decades contributing private information from countless phoenix clubs to lurk next to Voldemort.

Vampires like Keresis, who neither join the Death Eaters, nor surrender to the Voldemort with their hearts and minds, but who have been self-planning and tarnishing the noble lineage of Slytherin, will be relentlessly abandoned when Voldemort regains his power.

Keresis is also well aware of this and will therefore be allied with Ivan.

Even though he didn't know what the key message was, Ivan knew something from him.

It was a new initiative Percy had been talking about at the ball, and after so many accidents in the first game, Batty Crouch suggested, for security reasons, that the facilities for the next two games be built entirely by the Ministry of Magic.

The Ministry will assign responsibility for checking the security of the facility, without interference from the Hogwarts side.

The purpose of this is obviously to prevent danger, but secondly, to make it easier to do what you want.

Buddy Crouch can do it himself without even the help of Keresis.

Keresis had reservations about whether little Buddy Crouch impersonated his father.

He just told Ivan not to forget the soul-snatching spell that little Buddy Crouch could use to control a lot of people for his drive whenever he had the chance.

With the abilities of little wizards, it is simply impossible to resist to break free from spell control.

This is also why, during Voldemort's reign, all sorcerers were in great panic.

It would be a nightmare if Buddy Crouch, Jr., really used a soul-snatching spell in Hogwarts.

In this case, it would be foolish to look for Little Butti Crouch, and it would be useless to find him.

Only strengthening oneself as soon as possible is the key to breaking everything down, and Ivan is steadily moving forward as he planned.

Time gradually passed, and in mid-January, students went to Hogsmeade Village to play.

Ivan and Sirius are going to practice phantom shaping with him today, and everyone is going to visit Sirius.

Hermione disagreed with Ron going to Hogwarts, "Ron, I thought you were going to study that golden egg while nobody was in the public lounge, quietly. ”

“But I made an appointment with Lavender to go with him...” Ron noticed Hermione's face and wisely stopped, “Oh, about that golden egg, I've actually figured out what it means! ”

Ron rubbed his hair restlessly and he lied.

To be honest, he's had enough of that noisy golden egg, and he wants to give up a little bit.

During this time, as soon as he returned to the dormitory, he took the golden egg out of the box, opened it and listened carefully, hoping to clarify its mysteries and force himself to think about what else the voice could remind him of besides the thirty saw.

But Ron can't remember anything, and he never heard anything like it before.

He closed the golden egg, rocked it hard, and then opened it to see if there was any change in the voice.

No, it's still like that!

He also tried to ask questions about the golden egg, screaming his voice in its screams, but nothing was gained.

He even burned the golden egg with fire and threw it heavily on the ground, although he himself did not expect it to be useful.

All in all, Ron has been doing useless work lately and is on the verge of collapse.

He needed to relax, and although that made him feel a little guilty, he couldn't have missed his date with Lavender.

Ron just found out that it felt really good to have a girlfriend.

As for proving himself a true Hogwarts warrior, winning a race or something, he became a secondary target.

Being able to win the Fire Dragon, he was already satisfied in his heart, trying to prove that his desire was not as strong as before.

The thought of Hermione dressing amazingly at the ball made Ron feel a little uncomfortable and his unusual emotions made him unwilling to listen to Hermione's advice.

Besides, he still has five weeks to study the clues to the golden eggs, it's been a long time...

On Saturday, Ivan, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Colin and Gabriel left the castle together, walking through the shady, damp grounds and towards the school gate.

As they passed the big boat of Durmstrang parked on the lake, they saw Viktor Krum walking from the cabin to the deck, wearing only one pair of swimming pants, and he was really skinny, but still looking sturdy, only to see him climbing agile onto the boat's starboard, stretching out his arms and pounding into the water.

“God, what is he doing?!” Colin couldn't bear saying, "This is suicide! ”

“He's crazy!” Harry looks at Krum's black head floating in the middle of the lake, "it's January, it must be freezing! ”

“He came from a much colder place than here.” Hermione said, "I think it's pretty warm for him. ”

“Krum is strong, stronger than most people!” Ron argued on his behalf, "Temperature is not a problem, he may have a habit of winter swimming, and these difficulties are just a small thought for him! ”

He is now very close to Krum and is rarely able to say a few words when he encounters him.
