Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 784 The City of the Dead

This beauty is undoubtedly lethal, even if it is obscured by thick fog, but with the light of the magma of the volcano that is erupting in the distance, Ivan rarely sees the sea monsters hiding beneath the sea water.

They have three to seven legs, each corresponding to a furry, terrible dog head.

The most striking thing on the head is that big mouth with three layers of pointy teeth, dense and numb teeth, filled with dark death.

The parts below their waist are usually curled up in empty nests, with their heads hanging just outside the terrible abyss, visiting the reef for delicious food, or making beautiful singing sounds to attract boats.

Because the lighthouses that have held them back for so long have been extinguished, they seem to have become somewhat unrestrained and exposed their bodies.

You know, sea monsters are close relatives of mermaids, and there are many kinds of them, but they never show up in the classroom of the Magical Creature Protection class, and only in the 7th grade's Defense Against the Dark Monster textbook.

Despite Ivan's readiness, the image in front of him still looks stunning.

The sea demons were interested in the sudden appearance of a ghost ship, gasping and trying their best to lure the crew down.

No man can resist the sound of their temptation, not even the dead.

But Ivan has no doubt that if any of the Undead crew disembarks, these seafarers will instantly tear it apart.

Such a bizarre and evil scene has been going on and on for thousands of years...

In the mist, Evan's changing ghost owls circled over black reefs and decaying sailboats, not too close.

Through the fog screen, his gaze shifted from the sea demon to the morbidly deceased on the deck.

Then Ivan quickly saw one of the human wizards, the Messenger of Disaster, dressed in a blue fine wizard robe that was out of touch with the dead.

The Messenger of Disaster stood at the top of the deck and his face remained hidden in the shadow of the hood.

Instead of looking at the sea demons below, he turned to look in the other direction at Mount Etna, which erupted on Sicily.

Whether the Messenger of Disaster already knew what was happening deep in the nucleus, Ivan did not know that he had dropped some altitude.

Instead of approaching the Messenger of Disaster, the dead creatures on board are busy with their own affairs.

They seem to treat this human dark wizard as one of a kind, and Ivan doesn't feel the fluctuations of magic on him, which is so weird!

This black wizard is too weird and has a lot of unusual things to do.

Ivan dared not get too close, afraid that he would be spotted, and he slowly flew around the ghost ship with a thick fog.

A few minutes later, a monster of enormous size came out of the cabin and walked to the messenger of disaster, not knowing what to say.

If there is communication between the two, then the Messenger of Disaster walks down the deck and enters the cabin.

When the other person's figure disappeared, Ivan slowly fell and quietly landed on the mast.

Under the perennial soaking of seawater, the wood at his feet had rotted and the surface was full of green plants like seaweed, greasy and uncomfortable to step on, but under magic they remained in their original shape.

He's also a ghost form now, and those ghost sailors don't notice the uninterrupted guests landing on the mast.

They still stare quietly at the demons on the black reef and have a very emotional look on their faces.

It's greed and desire for beauty, just like normal human beings, and they keep the memory in front of them.

Dark green and blue rays of light alternate, and Evan concentrates, looking down at the dead spirit.

He saw a certain shattered captain's hat on the head of the great spirit who had just spoken to the Messenger of Disaster. He was about the height of a giant, with green light in his pale skin and many uncomfortable seagrass and shellfish plants.

Like the spiritual sailors around it, its decaying body occasionally reveals moribund bones, and the yellow maggots slowly creep.

The most astonishing thing is his face, which is different from the rest of the dead.

There are a lot of subtle purple contact angles on that face, like a shrinking octopus countless times, the contact angles are constantly swinging...

Ivan felt a strong dark magic smell on this monster, just like the one he had previously seen deep in the core, transformed by the Raven's Claw Dark Wizard, which the Apocalypse seemed to have undergone some kind of transformation.

This seemed to be the captain's spirit roaring several times at the crew who depended on the side of the boat, making a frightening noise that had no meaning.

The crew left the boat at once, got back busy and the Ghost Ship started moving forward.

Ivan saw a black reef full of sea demons retreating quickly, spinning quickly, obscured by thick fog...

A dozen seconds later, the erupting volcano, the beachfront lighthouse, and Sicily all vanish.

In the fog, Ivan saw the deceased's soul on the deck driving the ship, moving more quickly than he could have imagined.

Now, the ship is in a strange space, moving pretty fast.

Kind of like using phantom shapes or door keys, Ivan can be sure they're not in real waters.

This is a strange magic, belonging to the realm of the dead, surrounded by a thickening fog, Ivan's trance, closing his eyes.

Until he opened his eyes, all he had left was untrue white, constantly changing.

The fog of repression engulfed the world, and Ivan vanished even from his ship, not sure if it was just sailing.

Time passes quietly, possibly for a second, possibly as long as a century.

A huge sailboat suddenly swayed, and Ivan heard the ocean fluctuating, as if something huge had emerged from the water.

Shaking harder and harder, boats shaking, the world in the chestnuts.

The next second, huge water pressure hit the face, Ivan choked a sip of water, and he realized he was being pulled underwater...

He pressed his breath, and in the dark waters he saw a monster hundreds of feet long, like an octopus, towing a sailboat in front of him.

Numerous tentacles with suction cups and barbed tentacles wrap the ship tightly around a red abyss with fangs at its centre.

That's its mouth, and a lot of sea water is sucked into it, and it sprays quickly, forming a strong stream of water.

With this backlash, this monster dives fast with a sailboat and is incredibly fast.

On the seabed below, an ancient city stands still...
