Chapter 938 Assessment of Umbridge

“I just want to know if you received my note informing you of the date and time of the investigation into your attendance...”

“I obviously got it, or I'd ask you what you were doing in my classroom.” Professor McGonagall said rudely.

Many of my classmates exchanged delightful eyes, and this is Professor McGonagall.

Umbridge won't get any benefit from him, it would be better if he was turning her into a toad!

“Well, today we're going to start learning the spell of vanishing. Disappearing the spell is easier than the summoning spell you would normally practice if you reached the NE.w.Ts level, but it is still the hardest magic that will appear in your 0.w.Ls exam, we...”

“Cough, cough. ”

“I don't understand,” Professor McGonagall coldly said to Umbridge, angrily, "If you keep interrupting me, how can you understand my usual teaching methods? You know, I don't normally allow people to talk when I talk. ”

Umbridge looked like she had been slapped in the ear, she didn't speak, she was writing the parchment paper on the writing board, she was ashamed to write in angry grass, the next pen was very hard, everyone heard the sound of the feather pencil tip scratching.

Professor McGonagall looked irrelevant and once again said to the class, “I just said that we're going to practice the vanishing spell, which is going to get more complicated as the animals that need to vanish, and as the first lesson, we're going to use snails only, which are invertebrates, not very challenging. Well, please line up with me to pick up the snail. ”

“She also taught me that Ivan and I shouldn't be mad at Umbridge!” Harry lowered his voice to Ron.

A few minutes later, each of them split a snail, and Professor McGonagall explained the spell in detail.

Harry found it hard to lose the spell, and by the end of the deformation class, nobody in the class had allowed the snail to disappear, except Hermione, who had just tried for the third time and succeeded in making her snail disappear.

As a result, a great reward was won from Professor McGonagall for Gryffindor College. She was the only one who didn't have to do homework, and everyone else had to practice the spell night after night, ready to try it on those snails in the next deformation lesson.

Umbridge sat in the corner and remembered on the writing board, and when Professor McGonagall finally told the class to pack up and leave class, she stood up, a face frightened and walked to the podium.

Harry, Hermione, and Ron looked at each other and deliberately stayed behind to eavesdrop.

“How long have you been teaching at Hogwarts?” Umbridge asked.

“Thirty-nine years have passed by December this year.” Professor McGonagall responded hard, snapping his bag shut.

“Good!" she said. "You will receive your findings within ten days. ”

“I can't wait.” Professor McGonagall said in an extremely cold tone, walking toward the door, "Come on, you three. ”

She said, pushing Harry, Ron and Hermione forward.

Harry couldn't help but smile slightly at her and was sure Professor McGonagall smiled at him as well.

Ivan didn't find the evidence he needed at Umbridge's office, but he felt he could come and visit more.

He went back to the public lounge with the black quill and briefly studied it.

It was magic he hadn't touched before, and the magic reaction on the quill was strange, and there was no progress until Colin called him to divination class.

Ivan felt he needed a little help, and he was going to write a letter to Rawiye asking him about the principles of witchcraft.

When he came to the dark divination class, he was still thinking about it.

Professor Trelawny looked, as before, like a shining dragonfly.

“Hello, classmates!” She said in her vague, dreamy, habitual voice, "Welcome back to divination class. Of course, I have been following your fate with great care throughout the summer, and I am delighted to see you all safely back in Hogwarts. Because I knew you'd all be back. This semester, I will be working with you on the motion of the stars, planets and the mysterious signs they show, only...”

She suddenly stopped, following her gaze, everyone turned their heads and saw Umbridge drill out of the slab door on the floor, with a deliberate fake smile on her face, and the murmuring voice in the classroom instantly calmed down.

“Professor Trelawny!” Umbridge smiled, "I'm sure you'll get my notice that says check your time and date of class. ”

He doesn't seem to have found Ivan breaking into her office, not even looking at him.

Ivan remembers seeing Foggy's reply to her at her desk in Umbridge, asking her to expel a professor as a senior investigator as soon as possible, and not Professor Trelawny, if that's the most likely person in the school.

She was an old liar, or one that wasn't very convincing, before entering into a state of true prophecy.

Totally the worst professor in the school, it doesn't take time to assess, you can see it without being blind.

Ivan hoped Professor Trelawny would perform better and not give Umbridge a clue.

“I know!” Professor Trelawny nodded with a face and looked very upset. She continued with that flimsy voice, “The motion of the planet and the mysterious signs it shows, only those who know the rules of sky dance and dance can...”

“Cough, cough!” Umbridge interrupted her and she had little concern for Professor Trelawny.

“I'm sorry, can I have a word with you before the course starts? You know, my time is limited and I can't stay here forever!” Umbridge said, standing up from the chair.

Obviously, rejecting her directly was the best option, but Professor Trelawny nodded very angrily.

“Good. How long have you been in this position, exactly? ”

Professor Trelawny stared at her severely, crossed her arms, shrugged her shoulders, seemed to try to protect herself from such a cruel and disrespectful investigation, she slightly paused, seemed to conclude that the problem was not so abrupt, she had no reason to ignore it and used a very angry tone and said, "Almost sixteen years. ”

“Not for long, sixteen years...” Professor Umbridge said, noting several more on her writing board, "So it was Professor Dumbledore who appointed you as principal? ”

“Exactly.” Professor Trelawny simply said.

“Oh!” Professor Umbridge forked a few notes, "I hear you are the granddaughter of the famous prophet Cassandra Trelawney? ”

Cassandra Trelawney, a very famous astrologer and mystician in the history of magic, whose ancestors were said to be of prophetic descent, active in the late Middle Ages and the early Renaissance, was one of the most famous prophets of the entire European region at the time, named after Nocha Damascus of France.

With her own strength, she broke up the Pharaoh Church for a while and reconstituted the current Ministry of Magic, a famous prophecy repeatedly mentioned in the history of magic.

In addition, she predicted the time of the end of the world...
