Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 964: New Education Orders and Penalties

“Wait a minute. Let me get this straight. Who's Michael Connor?” Ron gasped furiously.

“The one with the black skin.” Hermione said.

“I don't like him.” Ron said without hesitation.

“What a surprise.” Hermione lowered her voice and said, "That's why Ginny doesn't tell you these things. She knows that if you knew she was in love, you'd blow it up as soon as you heard her, why don't you just keep whining, like now? ”

“What do you mean? Who blows up when they hear it? I'm not gonna let anything go on!” Ron said with dissatisfaction.

“Whatever you want. Forget it. Go find Lavender. Hermione said powerlessly," Didn't you arrange to meet Madam Partridge at her tea shop? Don't keep her waiting too long. ”

“I've already begun to annoy her, what a relationship!” Ron muttered silently, "unbelievably. ”

Ivan also supported Ginny's attempt to make a new boyfriend. Though he also wanted to get Harry and Ginny together and help them become prom partners for Christmas last year, it's clear that Harry's mind isn't with Ginny at all, and this can't be helped.

Ivan can't have Ginny wait for Harry there either. When did he finally figure it out? Actually, the girl around him is better, not the others. It's unfair to Ginny to do this. Anyway, she's just in love. It's not about getting married, let it go...

If Ivan had that kind of ability, he'd still like to film Neville and Luna, Colin and a third-grade Hufflepuff girl.

But after a few contacts, both sides had no sense at all, and there was no need for others to rush any further.

Harry was thinking about Autumn, because of Cedric, Autumn must be sad now, and she doesn't know what to think. She has a fondness for Ivan, but since Ivan and Hermione's public relationship, she probably doesn't think it's possible. In fact, Evan has received far fewer love letters since then.

But that doesn't mean Autumn will like Harry, Ivan thinks she might like those tall, big boys...

Listen to Hermione and Ron, Harry didn't say anything either.

His mind was still full of scenes from autumn, and he wasn't so interested in the topic.

Ron was so angry, and seeing him, Harry did think of something he hadn't paid much attention to before.

“No wonder she's talking now, isn't she?” He asked Hermione, "She never spoke before me. ”

“Exactly, because it's shy, but it doesn't matter now!” Hermione said, "Me and Ivan have to go. I'm going to buy a new quill. There's been so much homework lately, it's worn out so fast, I'll see you at school later! ”

………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Overall, the rest of the weekend was quite enjoyable.

Evan and Hermione studied the charter, the name of the group, and what the first lesson was going to teach, and he was going to start with the basics and let Harry serve as his deputy, and Harry was very powerful in the field of dark magic defense, and he was able to get everyone's approval.

If Ivan leaves school one day and Harry and Hermione are present, the organization can continue its activities.

In addition, he went to catch them and talked to the junior students who were unable to reach Hogsmeade, conveyed the results of the earlier discussions at the Porkhead Bar, and, once they had the same, asked them to put their names on the list.

The total number of people finalized was about forty, and Ivan felt it was still too small.

But there was no rush, and when the event started, there would be people joining in, and he was trying to pull in all the rank chiefs.

While Ivan and Hermione were busy with this, Harry, Ron and Colin were all writing homework.

The last sunshine of autumn was still shining, so instead of lying at the desk in the public lounge, they took their homework outside and sat under a big mountain wool tree by the lake, which many people did.

Happy atmosphere until Sunday afternoon when Umbridge returns!

Ivan didn't see herself, and he didn't know what happened to the curse marks on her face, but he did see a new education order and a big announcement, which was posted on Griffindor's bulletin board.

When he and Hermione returned from a visit to the venue at Binyang House, they saw a lot of people gathering in front of the bulletin board.

This is a huge new announcement that covers everything else on the bulletin board, including the list of used spell books for auction, the school rules that Felch regularly reminds of, the Quidditch team training schedule, the cops exchanging chocolate frog paintings, new ads for the Weasley brothers to test, dates to spend the weekend in Hogsmeade Village, and lost and found.

The new notice is printed in bold, with two apparently official seals underneath and a neat floral signature next to it.

Education Order No. 24: The Hogwarts Senior Investigator dissolved all student organizations, associations, teams and clubs. By definition, organizations, associations, teams and clubs are regular assemblies of more than three students. Reorganization may be requested from the Senior Investigator (Professor Umbridge) and no student organizations, associations, teams or clubs may exist without the approval of the Senior Investigator. Immediate dismissal if a student is found to have formed or joined any organization, association, team or club without the approval of the Senior Investigator.

Here's another education order, number 25. Looks like Umbridge is in trouble!

Educational Decree No. 25: The Senior Investigator will in future have the highest authority over all punishments, sanctions and deprivations involving Hogwarts students and have the power to modify such punishments, sanctions and deprivations imposed by other teachers.

Both Education Orders are signed by Connelly Foggy, Minister of Magic, First Class Order of Merlin, etc...

In addition, there was the first punitive decision issued by Umbridge after the entry into force of Education Order XXV, as Ivan was removed from the chairmanship of his male student council for assaulting a professor.

“How could she do this when she canceled your Boy Chairman position...”

“If this educational order is valid, she has this right, and there is no way to stop it, and she has taken precedence over the headmaster in this regard, although I do not care about the chairman of any male student council.” Ivan said carelessly, "Exempt if you're exempt. ”

While the Senior Investigator has the supreme decision to punish, Dumbledore's bottom line is certainly the right to expel students, which Foggy and Umbridge cannot take away, at least before he leaves Hogwarts, so Ivan doesn't have to worry too much.

Umbridge won't do anything to him as long as he doesn't leave a handle, which is probably the limit!

As for the excuse for Ivan's confinement, she probably didn't dare to do so after the last incident!

Anyway, removing the president of the student council is a meaningless punishment for Ivan. If Dumbledore left Hogwarts, he would certainly not stay here...
