Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 1304 Intricate Speculation

Evan knew about Harry's grudge against Dumbledore, and that was between them.

Instead of plugging into the conversation, he gauged Phoenix with interest, leaving Harry and Dumbledore to communicate.

Harry's grudges against Dumbledore destabilized his mood, which culminated last summer.

When Ivan and Hermione returned from their trip from Egypt, they thought Harry would welcome them as they had done in previous years, and then gladly left the Desirees early to be guests at Ivan's or Ron's house to share their summer experiences and discuss their vacation homework.

But no, what they saw was a grumpy, angry Harry.

Throughout the summer, he was isolated from the Dusty family, unable to communicate with the outside world, not knowing a tiny bit about Voldemort, and therefore filled with anger, which was ignited by the attack of the Dementor and his appearance before the Ministry of Magic.

So, the first thing he did when he arrived at 12 Grimo Square was he fought so hard with Ivan, Ron, Hermione and them to vent his anger. Although Harry later apologized for the incident, his emotions didn't stabilize until the battle between the Phoenix Society and Voldemort at the Ministry of Magic, and he became more and more used to acting alone, even now, Harry retained some of the habits he had developed at the time, which had changed dramatically.

Ivan, who participated in the conversation at school, was also clear that Harry had not forgiven Dumbledore until then, but rather resented him.

Although he has never spoken to anyone, there are many signs that can be seen.

Dumbledore himself probably noticed that he later blamed Voldemort's soul for his influence on Harry.

So the measure he took was to stay as far away from Harry as possible and not to meet him.

This has slowed down the outbreak, but it has not solved the problem at all. On the contrary, it has greatly aggravated the seriousness of the problem, making the connection between Harry and Voldemort easier and more frequent, and for some time they can easily enter each other's souls.

At first, Voldemort did not notice the connection between him and Harry, mainly because Harry entered his soul and received a lot of important information, so much so that he knew that he was going to repair the statue of the demon god with the magic left behind by the ancient wizards!

After that brief encounter with Norway, Voldemort finally confirmed his connection with Harry.

He had become weak because of the restoration of the statue of the Evil God, which was very unfavourable to him, but during the battle with Dumbledore, Voldemort easily controlled Harry to distract Dumbledore and thus had a chance to escape with the statue of the Evil God.

Although Dumbledore later said that Voldemort did not understand the true meaning of his connection to Harry.

But there is no doubt that the incident gave him a chance.

For most of the semester that followed, Voldemort was trying to control Harry, trying to influence him through soul connections.

He thought he could get information about Dumbledore or the Phoenix Society through Harry, mentioning doing a lot of things, such as going to the Ministry of Magic to get the prophecy ball, so that he could avoid the risk of exposing himself to do it.

If all goes well, he can still control Harry to kill Dumbledore.

Dumbledore, aware of this, is increasingly worried about Harry's condition.

He feared that Harry would be harmed under Voldemort's control, but there was no good way to do it. Finally, he had to keep his previous plans as far away from Harry as possible without stimulating Voldemort, and let Harry learn brain closure from Snape.

These measures have also proved less effective.

On the night Voldemort made sure Dumbledore wasn't in England and decided to act, he showed Harry a false illusion and lured Harry to the Ministry of Magic to pick up the prophecy ball, which was important but he couldn't show up to pick it up himself.

That night, even without Lucius Malfoy, Harry would eventually go to the Ministry of Magic.

Perhaps he will summon the members of D.A. together, when the Phoenix ambush becomes a rescue operation.

Fighting Death Eaters and distracting other little wizards, there is a good chance of an accident...

Although things are going well, the process is risky and dangerous.

Fortunately, it was also a real relief to Dumbledore that the battle of the Ministry of Magic had finally made Voldemort realize how dangerous it was for him to enter Harry's soul to control him, and that he had benefited far less than the protection left by Lily in Harry's blood.

Just like what happened in Harry's first grade, he just touched Zillow, who wanted to be possessed by Voldemort, and Zillow's body immediately began to collapse.

In addition to the fact that Zillo was ready to hurt Harry at the time and activated the magic in Harry's blood, Ivan felt that Voldemort had used Zillo's body to drink the unicorn's blood for a whole semester, which had played a considerable role at that time.

Everyone knows that the blood of a unicorn is extremely sacred and that the soul of this creature is noble and pure.

If a filthy soul drinks its blood, it will suffer an unimaginable cursed fate.

With his evil magic, Voldemort can escape these punishments or simply transfer the curse to Zillow to accept punishment for himself and carry on the curse of the unicorn. Perhaps that's the main reason Zillow's body finally collapsed.

Back to Harry, even after that frank conversation, Harry was still angry with Dumbledore.

This is obvious, although Dumbledore promised to tell Harry everything, except for that prophecy, and for so long since then, he hasn't let Harry join the operation of the Phoenix, or tell Harry anything.

While the prophecy solved some of the mysteries, it made Harry feel more stressed.

Dumbledore, in particular, said that two babies were born in July of that year, and that they met the conditions that the prophecy had said, one for him and the other for Neville, and that if Voldemort had not chosen him at that time, perhaps everything would be different now.

“I said I'd tell you everything I know, and I did!” Dumbledore looked at Harry and said peacefully, "I know what I told you wasn't enough to solve all the questions, and that's why I brought you here. Harry, from now on, we're going to leave our solid factual foundations and go through a dark, vague swamp of memories together into intricate and bold speculation. At this point, I need your help and Ivan's help, and you need to remind me that I may make a pathetic mistake like Humphrey Belcher, who believes that cheese can be crucified...”
