Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 1321 Visit to the Bishop of Hogwarts

The source of magic has a variety of arguments, many of which have been the focus of debate in academia.

Among them, there are those who, because of their worship of nature, of demons, of spirits, of elves, have given some of them talented people, that is, later witches, understanding or learning magic from them. There are also powerful magical creatures that mate with humans. Some of their descendants have become horsemen, mermaids, fairies, or family elves. Some inherit better genes, both maintaining human morphology and acquiring the ability to use magic.

This particular descendant is considered to be the origin of pureblood wizards, a theory that is now widely adopted by the magic world, because it can prove that pureblood wizards are special, unlike ordinary Muggles, and can explain why many of the crests of pureblood wizards are animals.

Because the animal patterns that appear on these family badges are not ordinary creatures, but the ancestors of the pureblood wizard family.

There are a lot of them, all named, only legendary and powerful creatures.

The older and more noble the family of pureblood wizards, the more prevalent this phenomenon is.

Beyond that, there is a more logical statement of origin, which has not been endorsed by the wizard.

At least emotionally, there are few wizards who can accept this statement.

It sounds reasonable and logical that the present magic system is handed down to the ancient magicians of the last era.

This is also borne out by the ancient relics discovered in recent years, with very classic examples.

For example, despicable Hailbo.

The black wizard who developed the serpent monster, the apparition, and thousands of curses, who may later turn himself into an evil god, the most famous black wizard of all time, the founder of the modern black magic theory system.

At the same time, he was the last known archaeologist.

This famous case proves, to a large extent, the origin of this magic, but there is a problem here, that the main reason for the general reluctance of the wizards to accept this assertion is that the magicians and practitioners of the Roman Empire were considered to be the orthodox heirs of the ancient magicians.

After the demise of the Roman Empire, the East and West Holy See fought for more than a year for the identity of the heirs of the Roman Empire's magic. They all considered themselves orthodox, did not recognize each other's legitimacy, did not recognize the existence of witches and magic, and even fought countless jihad and witch-hunting operations to defend their legitimacy.

As Gryffindor said, they did not know that doing so would not harm real wizards, but they did what they were supposed to do: deprive wizards of their inheritance to the magical civilization of the Roman Empire.

This is also the main reason for the antagonism between wizards and the Holy See for much of history.

And the Holy See was so successful that they defended their orthodoxy that even now, no wizard would consider them to be homologous to the Holy See's magical purposes, and the wizards would not accept them emotionally, preferring to believe that their magical abilities stemmed from powerful and magical creatures.

Although we all use magic, it has different origins: one is divine magic and the other is heresy.

Of course, by the time Evan is in the next generation, nobody will be talking about this anymore.

The members of the Holy See who would use magic, like wizards, could not hide everything, or formed a rigorous system to manage it, to keep secrets, to give Muggles much of the world, and those magical creatures who lived very low, only in certain protected areas.

But now, more than a thousand years ago, the situation was completely different, and both the Holy See and the Wizard were very positive...

Although the situation is not as tense as it was during the subsequent witch-hunting operations, in this context, a cardinal bishop of the Holy See dared to pay a public visit to Hogwarts, and it has to be said that this is a bold act and it can be seen that the Holy See has a lot of power and that the magical world is weak compared to them…

“Which big man is that carriage outside? Is it the Peverel family? Clive the guy always brags about how rich his family is. ”

“Don't be silly, don't you see those flying horses?! Only the Holy See had that, and the pureblood wizard family could not afford it. ”

“Really? I am Catholic and so is my mom and dad...”

“Stop saying that in school, you're a wizard now, and those followers are saying something about Muggles. ”

A few minutes later, an old man in a white robe and a red cape slowly walked into the auditorium of Hogwarts Castle, with a long scepter in his hand and a crucifix at the top.

The old man had a smile on his face, he should be the Cardinal, Evan obviously felt the tension, no one welcomed him, no one even stood up and everyone sat on the chair.

Unlike the atmosphere just now, almost all the wizards are staring at the bishop.

They gazed at him with consternation, curiosity and unreserved hostility, and some wizards pointed their wands at him.

But he didn't seem to notice it, and he wasn't affected at all by magical pressures in the air that were as substantial as they were.

He slowly walked up to the high stage, like an ordinary old Muggle man, friendly and greeted the four founders, the older wizards and some important figures of the pureblood wizard family, as if they were very familiar with each other.

Ivan stared at him for a while and turned his head to look for the Malfoy family guy in the crowd.

He didn't find each other, he didn't know where he was hiding, and now his expression.

Although much has changed in the middle, his plot has succeeded, as long as the bishop proves Ravenclaw's crown is false...

Ivan must admit that he had previously conceived this conspiracy a little simplistic.

Ravenclaw's crown is important and has become a symbol of wisdom. If it is proven lost, especially if it is proved stolen by her daughter, it is indeed a complete scandal, causing a huge wave in the magical realm and being able to combat the Ravenclaw family, so that the bill will not be passed.

But to wash cards for the current strength of the magic world seems to be a little underweight.

But if the power of the Holy See is involved, it's not just Hogwarts, the magic world!

Malfoy families who have access to the Holy See seem to have more complex intentions.

And unstable inside Hogwarts.

As Griffindor just said, the magic of Salazar Slytherin is not suitable for this bishop to see, and why? It seems to be getting more and more troublesome!
