Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 1451: Seven Souls (Happy Christmas Eve)

He was amazed at how clearly Ivan felt these changes, which no one else, apart from him, as a participant, had felt as a change of time, and only Ivan knew that the world was different from the past.

Others only know that Voldemort is becoming more evil and powerful, but they do not know that this is a change that should not have happened.

“It's time for you to go back, Tom, time...” Slughorn warned again.

“I'm sorry, Professor, but I have a few final questions about the Horcrux.” Riddle went back to God and said, "Just out of curiosity, I wonder, is a Horcrux useful? Isn't the soul only split once? Isn't it better to split a few more pieces to make you stronger? For example, isn't seven the most magical number? Seven?”

“Oh, my God, Tom!” The Riddle question really scared Slughorn, and he yelled, “Seven! Isn't it evil enough to kill someone? Anyway, it's evil enough to split your soul!!! And divided into seven pieces...”

Slughorn is now very disturbed: he stares at Riddle as if he hadn't seen him before.

As can be seen, he is regretting his participation in this conversation.

At that point, Slughorn finally realized something was wrong, and Riddle's idea wasn't just that simple.

Anyone who wants to divide his soul into seven pieces, either a fool or a madman who doesn't know what he's talking about, has fallen hopeless, and Tom Riddle belongs to the latter, no matter what he thinks.

“Of course, of course.” He whispered, "We're talking about hypotheses, aren't we, Tom? Just academic...”

“Yes, Professor, of course.” Riddle said immediately.

“But, Tom... what I'm saying, what we've just discussed, don't say it. People won't be happy to know we talked about the Hogwarts, which is forbidden in Hogwarts, you know, Dumbledore is especially intense, we'd better..."

“Don't worry, Professor, I won't say anything.” Riddle left as soon as he finished.

He turned around and stood in this direction Ivan, Harry and Dumbledore could see his face, full of ecstasy. Like when he first found himself a wizard, that kind of joy did not make his face more handsome, but rather a bit daunting...

“Here we are, Evan, Harry!” Dumbledore whispered, “Let's go...”

Ivan and Harry landed back on the floor of the office and Dumbledore was already sitting behind the desk.

They sat down, too, without waiting for Dumbledore to talk, and Ivan said, "Professor, Voldemort made seven artifacts. ”

“Yes, I initially guessed that number, and as Riddle said, seven is the most magical number. In fact, I've been waiting for this evidence for a long time.” Dumbledore said, "It confirmed my assumptions and proved me right...”

“The Gunther family's ring, Riddle's diary, Slytherin's locket, Hecky Patch's golden cup, Ravenclaw's crown, the statue of the evil god…” Ivan said one by one, reporting Voldemort's apparatus.

He noticed that all the old principals in the wall portrait were awake, eavesdropping on their conversation, and a fat wizard with a red nose took out hearing aids.

“There are already six, and one is something we don't know.” Ivan concluded.

Of course he knows what the last Horcrux is, but he can't say it because it's Harry Potter!

Harry Potter is the last of Voldemort's seven Horcruxes, one born by accident.

In Ivan's view, the most difficult question is how to destroy this apparatus, and so far he has no good solution.

Because that means Harry has to die!

Let Dumbledore handle it and teach Harry how to face death correctly and come back from the dead...

“Perhaps he has not yet had time to build the last of the Hogwarts, and we already know that Voldemort does not randomly choose objects to carry his soul, but rather picks objects that are linked to Hogwarts' history.” Dumbledore paused for a while and went on to say, "Of course, he may have made a seventh Horcrux in a way that we don't know about…”

He glanced at Harry and turned.

“In fact, Evan, Harry, the memory we just saw is very important, and Voldemort wants to make only one of the important messages it conveys, and I'm sure you two should understand the importance of that conversation. At your age, 16-year-old Tom Riddle is trying to figure out how to keep himself alive. ”

“He clearly accomplished his purpose and did not die after he failed to attack me.” Harry said he noticed Dumbledore looking at him, but didn't think too much, "because he had built several artifacts, he was hit by Avada's curse. ”

“Yes, that's exactly what the Horcrux does, as long as one of the souls is safe, he's immortal.” Dumbledore said, "As Ivan just said, it is now possible to determine the number of Voldemort's Horcruxes is six, of which the statue of the Evil God was made recently, and one is uncertain. That is, before his last failed escape, he had made at least five Horcruxes, an astonishing number. As we've all just heard, what he particularly wants to know from Slughorn is what happens if a wizard makes more than one soul, if a wizard kills more than once to escape death, divides his soul more than once, and if there are more than one separately stored soul. No book can give him that knowledge, and I think Voldemort knows that no wizard has ever divided his soul into more than two pieces before him, not even the vile Hailbo, the inventor of this magic. ”

“It is not a failure, but a dare not to do so, which is a bold and crazy idea.” Ivan said.

Even with the emergence of a more evil evil god, he thought Voldemort was terrible in retrospect of this.

This horrible cruelty is not only to the enemy, but also to oneself more than one might imagine.

The soul separated again and again, the evil, the pain, the torture...

Just thinking about it is enough to frighten people.

There are many evils to a certain extent that black wizards would consider making a soul tool, but they would never make more than two, let alone seven.

Dumbledore stopped, sorted out his thoughts, and said, "In fact, as early as he came back for the position I wanted to pursue in the Defense Against Dark Arts class, I had some speculation that Voldemort had made the Horcrux. His soul was in a very precarious state at the time, even if it didn't need to be tested, I could feel it sitting here alone, but there was no direct evidence. It wasn't until four years ago that you two brought me the diary of how to open the Chamber that I could be sure Voldemort split his soul..."
