Harry Potter and the Secret Treasures

Chapter 1619: A Deed of Land

Ivan carefully identifies the text on the tablet, which has three different texts: Snake Cavity, Ancient Demon, and Ancient English.

The three expressions are all the same and are recorded together in so many words that it is obviously very important.

“It looks like a deed...” Hermione frowned.

“Yes, and it's an officially recognized deed.” Ivan said, pointing the last set of signs on the tablet to Harry, Hermione and Elaine, "Look here, this is the symbol of the Presbyterian Church, the organization that preceded the National Wizards Union and held a position in the Middle Ages a millennium ago equivalent to the current Ministry of Magic. And this crest, undoubtedly, is the family crest of the Slytherins, and as for the latter, if I recall correctly, should be the crest of several pureblood magic families and Muggle nobles... the Presbyterians and these families, the Muggle lords, have jointly acknowledged that the Slytherins own land in these areas. ”

“So this is a deed now? Slytherin gave me a deed?” Elaine raised her eyebrows and asked, "What's the point of this thing? ”

“Significant, Elaine, the deed states that the Slytherin heirs who own it will automatically acquire the title to the lands documented above, which was recognized by the Presbyterian and many pureblood wizard families, the Lords of the Muggles aristocracy, and which, according to the law, should now also be recognized and protected by the International Federation of Wizards and the National Magic Ministries.” Ivan said, "That means all the land on the tablet is now yours. ”

“Sounds awesome! ”

“It's pretty impressive, as far as I know, no wizard owns so much land, let's see what areas there are.” Well, this paragraph should describe Castle Hogwarts, forbidden forests and surrounding mountain river marshes, which used to be the territory of the Slytherins, "Ivan said. ”

Though Salazar Slytherin agreed to establish a magic school in his family's castle, Hogwarts, as far back as a millennium ago, ownership of the land also belonged to the Slytherins, who themselves and the Slytherins had not waived that right. Until today, the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft, nominally owned and administered by the school's board of directors, remains privatized, but the school board does not own land, although it has not been mentioned for millennia.

Elaine's ownership of Hogwarts may have been a joke, but now that the deed has appeared, the joke has become a reality, and if Elaine takes the deed to the Ministry of Magic and the Board of Directors, the school director will have to pay her a large amount of land rent.

And whether Hogwarts School of Wizardry is still able to stay there and continue its studies is entirely up to Elaine herself.

These, of course, are in legal and procedural terms.

After all, this deed was a thousand years ago, and there must be a lot of people who don't recognize it now. The change of regime, coupled with the demise of many of the wizard families and the Muggua aristocracy documented in the deed, rendered their commitment meaningless, but at the very least the International Federation of Wizards and the Ministry of Magic should recognize the legality of the deed.

Ivan estimated that if Elaine really went to the school board with this, they would have let her in.

“This said island above the North Sea should be Azkaban.” Hermione pointed to another passage on the tablet and said, "Well, there are a few islands left. ”

It has also been confirmed that Azkaban was once the territory of the Slytherins.

“And this, it's about the land of Diagonal Lane, well, it's supposed to be about this area where the Palace of Gourrings is located.” Ivan said.

The Gu Ling Pavilion is the largest building on the corner alley and has always been owned by the fairy, but the land ownership is actually owned by the Slytherin family.

In other words, the area in which the Gringotts are located should now also belong to Elaine.

It may be difficult to get back to the land where Hogwarts and Azkaban are located, but it will be much less difficult for the Gorling Palace. After all, witches have always had restrictions on fairies and cannot support them. It is estimated that the Gorling Palace may have to pay another large sum of Golden Gallon to lease the land to Elaine by then.

Think of the value these lands represent, and with this deed, Elaine could be the richest man in the entire magic world.

From a poor vampire who has nothing and needs Ivan's support, to the richest witch in magic.

The process in between is not complicated, just a drop of blood and a wealthy ancestor.

In addition to Hogwarts, Azkaban, and Gurling's Palace, the deed also records land in the southern regions of England, which are not witch gatherings and should now be owned by Muggles, and the Slytherins own more than just England, but also several other lands in other countries.

Vampire castles in the Norwegian region, for example, are marked on deeds.

It was not uncommon at that time to own land abroad. At that time, the Wizard's Secrecy Law had not been promulgated. Muggles, who were fairly underdeveloped in technology, had considerable fear of magic, believed in the existence of wizards, and the frequent outbreak of war between them gave Muggle lords the possibility to summon wizards to fight for them. It was also common to give wizard land. Many of the ancient pureblooded wizard families had territories throughout Europe, a large part of which still belonged to wizards.

Malfoy families, for example, have a special territory in Romania.

That place is now a dragon farm, and Malfoy is bragging about it in school.

So, if Elaine wants, he can take this deed to recover the land that belongs nominally to her, one by one.

And Elaine is not alone, and her uncle and the entire Slytherin vampire clan will support him.

What vampires are lacking right now is legal territory, once they know Elaine owns the land in the most prosperous areas of these wizards or Muggles...

Instead of paying much attention to these Ivan, Hermione was there to tell Elaine and Harry the tremendous value that these lands represented, and he quickly browsed down to find out if there was any valuable information, until below the deed he saw the same map that he had obtained from the eyes of the evil gods.

This once despicable Hilbo nest in an area of ancient Greece is a vital place, related to Slytherin's secret treasure keys. Evan and Hermione have been searching for a lot of information since the map was obtained and have found little clue as to where this place is.

Finally, they concluded that the area had been taken into alien space by the despicable Hailbau and that it was where Dumbledore had gone.

Dumbledore did not say in detail that Ivan did not know how to get past and that he had been worried about the matter.

Now he sees the map again, and it corresponds in reality...
