Haunted Duke’s Daughter

A1 face-to-face 3

My father turns a blind eye to surprise and looks at Lilia. I had explained it to Tina and the others earlier, but I had forgotten about it, but it is unlikely that I would have known the Great Spirit. On top of that, Sakura said she was possessed by Lilia. It would be a story that goes beyond my father's comprehension.

"Uh, the... Lilia. Explain..."

Lilia snorted reluctantly because she didn't want to spread the word about this story, but it wasn't exactly like keeping it a secret from her family.

Naturally, dinner is behind us because the explanation comes first. Sakura openly looks dissatisfied when she tells him so, and his father, mother, and brother try to prepare dinner as he panicked. But...

"You must be talking about Sakura. Sakura must have shaken it. What are we going to do about it at your convenience? Stay with me."

"Mmm...... Okay."

My fathers were astonished at Sakura, who pulled back lightly, but when Lilia and Sakura sat in their chairs, respectively, my fathers rushed to their seats. By the way, Sakura naturally sits next to Lilia. They're not going to give it up to anyone.

Tea is brought for the number of people and placed in front of each of them. Sakura stared at the tea for a while, but eventually put it on her mouth and sipped it little by little. Lilia smiled small and turned to her parents.

"Please keep this to yourself."

"Hmm...... Fine."

When my father raises one hand, the maids and deacons who refrain from doing so on the wall leave the room. After everyone left the room, my father even turned his gaze to the ceiling. Wait a little longer as it is. Probably waiting for the scouts to leave. Sakura is nothing but a suspicious figure for the scouts. I should have been more vigilant than usual.

Eventually my father nodded small and turned his gaze back to Lilia. Lilia nodded back as well and opened her mouth.

"That's what I would have liked to hear sooner if I could..."

That was my father's first voice after hearing everything. My mother and brother are also nodding. Lilia smiled bitterly and said.

"Did you believe what I told you at the time?

The three of them turn away gently. I mean, that's the answer. Even as Lilia, I'm not going to blame my family. Because that's what I've been doing.

"Nevertheless..."

My father turns to Sakura. Sakura, who received her gaze, tilted her neck.

"I'm also surprised that the Great Spirit was originally a person...... I didn't know you were that young..."

"Haha. If you've lived as a human, about half of the great spirits are pretty young. If you count the years you've lived as a great spirit, you've lived a lot longer than a man's whole life, except me. No, I'm not alive."

"What about Sakura?

"Hmm? Almost as good as it looks? As good as Lilia."

"I see...... Are you saying that death as a person is recent?"

The moment I heard that, Sakura's smile froze. Lilia accidentally distorts her expression, too. His father immediately noticed the unusual air, and he bowed his head to Sakura in a panic.

"Sorry"

"Fine. 'Cause I'm sorry I haven't been able to sort it out yet."

There's no way it's that easy to sort out, such as the fact that God killed you. Lilia also knows that Sakura hates God at that time. Therefore, this is one of the topics that should not be shaken. My fathers would have understood that in their current exchange.

But my father kept saying,

"After all, it will be lonely to no longer be able to see my family"

Do you still want to go on? Lilia looks at me. My mother and brother looked at my father with surprise, too. I snort and say, even as I seem a little grumpy.

"Well, yeah."

"I'm sure of it. By the way, what do you think of Lilia?

Sakura leans her neck strangely, thinks a little, then says.

"unreliable sister"

"Huh..."

I stare at Sakura with a dismayed look at the evaluation. Sakura does not try to keep an eye on Lilia.

"I guess so."

"What?"

My father showed understanding and a voice leaked out of Lilia's mouth that didn't even try to hide her displeasure. Sakura laughs bitterly.

"But now I can count on you. I'm your sister you can count on."

Lilia leaked a small, relieved exhale, and my father nodded proudly somewhere.

"Sister, I guess that means you still can't forget your family"

"Heh? Uh...... I see, will it..."

Sakura arms up and starts thinking. I don't seem to be aware of myself, but Lilia thought the same thing about my father. Sakura looks like she has a strong longing for her family. I wish Lilia was my sister, and that's probably why I said it.

When my father coughed, Sakura glanced back at my father.

"That's right. You can call me Father if you want, Mr. Sakura.

When my father said so, Sakura blinked her eyes. Tilt your neck and look at Lilia. Lilia can't say anything either because she's confused by her father's sudden words. Sakura glanced back at my father again, thinking a little, then stood up and raised her hands.

"Father!"

My father also rises and raises his hands.

"Sakura!"

We both shut up as it is. We just glanced at each other and laughed at the same time.

"Leave me alone with this joke"

"Right."

The two of them sit back on the chair. Not knowing what he wanted to do, Lilia held down her temples so she could have a headache. They're extra bad because something seems to be going on between the two of us.

"But Sakura. Please think of this house as our home and relax. If you need anything, please let us know. Our servants are at your disposal."

"Ohh...... Kind of an amazing treat. Is that okay?

"Whatever."

My father nodded forcefully and my mother and brother nodded as well to indicate their consent. Sakura laughed lightly, and Lilia stared at it as if it had spooked her.

Sakura probably still doesn't know where she stands. It is, in a way, a higher position than a king. You'll need to understand a little more.

"Sakura. Do you really understand what you are?

"To?"

Explaining lightly that he was above the king, Sakura glanced at him as surprised, and immediately laughed mischievously.

"Then I, you're better than Lilia! Thanks!"

Lilia glanced half-eyed at Sakura's smile, and then pasted a smile.

"I'm awed, Sakura."
