The soldiers travelling around the children did not come out as they walked into the barracks.

Perhaps there must be two or three families living in this barracks. There are twelve barracks in the Empire City. There must be around thirty families living in that barracks.

And there are four families in two of the neighboring medium-sized cities. This one is a strong man recognized as a warrior in the clan, but it is managed away from the imperial capital so that it will not be rebelled.
