"Get out of my way, damn it!" Mo Hun snarled.

But no matter how much force they threw at it, Mo Hun and the other Yuanmo Sect elders couldn’t fly close enough to reach Mo Zhangzhou.

From the middle of the smoke still billowing from the blast, Lin Tian raised his hand and swept it to the side.

The force behind his movement cleared the sky and cleaned the air in an instant.

Even though Lin Tian had unleashed power on the scale of heaven and earth itself, he was fortunate that his body hadn’t taken serious damage from it.

That wasn’t just because he was the heir to the Sovereign of the Heavenly Realm.

The Grand Heaven Transformation had also helped suppress the strain and injury that came from overusing so much spiritual energy.

He looked down and saw the state the Yuanmo Sect Leader was in, arms and legs severed, meridians shattered, every vital energy point in his body cut off.

That kind of condition would leave him crippled, even by mortal standards.

Lin Tian moved forward, instantly closing the distance and landing right at the bottom of the crater left by the blast.

"If you hadn’t shown up here, this fight probably would have dragged on a lot longer," Lin Tian said.

"The Youdu Demon faction isn’t just the Yuanmo Sect. It’s spread across the entire universe. They’ll come after you! They’ll tear down everything Emperor Yun Feng left behind!" Mo Zhangzhou declared.

Lin Tian listened to what he had to say, then tilted his head up, gazing at the sky above, "Above every sky, there’s another sky. This world isn’t as low as the ground, nor as high as the clouds."

"If they ever come here again, I’ll be ready for them."

Lin Tian turned his gaze back to Mo Zhangzhou. "Because I’m the only one capable of defeating all of you!"

He moved fast, raising his hand and tearing open the dimensional boundary in front of him, creating a rift.

From that dimensional tear, a force pulled Mo Zhangzhou’s body in, trapping him in the void with no chance of ever breaking free.

The man didn’t react much at all, simply closing his eyes, as if he’d already accepted his fate.

The moment his body was fully absorbed, the rift sealed itself shut and vanished entirely from existence. Lin Tian raised his hand, summoning a white qi orb at his fingertip.

He released the white orb into the sky, where it shot upward and detonated with a powerful burst of primordial energy.

That energy wasn’t meant for fighting the Yuanmo Sect elders, it was meant to heal the environmental damage surrounding the Lingxian Sect.

The crater filled back in, the ground leveled out, the trees bloomed green and full again, the fires died down and shrank away, and finally, the smoke cleared entirely.

Finally... it’s over.

THUMP!

A powerful blast erupted in the middle of the ongoing fight against the Yuanmo Sect elders.

Without demonic energy flowing from the towers anymore, they stood no chance against the Qin Kingdom’s master cultivators.

Many of the Yuanmo Sect elders were left wounded, some killed outright, and quite a few tried to flee, desperate to escape.

Lin Tian watched them. He swept his hand toward them, opening dimensional portals that trapped every last one of them in the void.

"The dao concept of nothingness?!" Mo Hun gasped in shock.

He fell silent as his body was hurled backward. His attention shifted entirely to Lin Tian. He rushed toward him and dropped to his knees, begging for mercy.

"Please, spare me. I’ll do anything to make up for what I’ve done," Mo Hun pleaded.

Lin Tian went quiet for a moment, remembering everything they’d done over the past decade. That was exactly what made him hesitant to grant any forgiveness.

Wu Yue, Cao Ying, and the others arrived at the scene, watching Mo Hun beg Lin Tian for his life.

"That’s not my decision to make," Lin Tian said. "It’s theirs."

Mo Hun lifted his head and looked in the direction Lin Tian was indicating.

The people he meant were none other than Wu Yue and the other cultivators, the ones who’d suffered for ten long years under the Yuanmo Sect’s grip.

Cao Ying stepped forward, aiming her fire chains at Mo Hun and binding him tightly, "We’re worried the Yuanmo Sect could grow back and strike again someday. That’s why we’re going to imprison you, seal your cultivation base, and interrogate you thoroughly."

Mo Hun accepted that this was exactly what awaited him. He had nothing left to bargain with, so he agreed entirely with what Cao Ying had said.

The battle finally came to an end, a decisive victory for the righteous cultivators.

But they all understood that their triumph over the Yuanmo Sect would never have happened without Lin Tian.

His arrival, backed by his Soul Formation cultivation base, had made all the difference in helping the cultivators overcome the demonic sect.

Cao Ying stepped forward, clasping her hands together and bowing her head respectfully. "Greetings, Sect Leader of Lingxian."

Wu Yue, Li Qingxue, Han Xin, and the others followed suit, offering the same gesture of respect and gratitude for everything Lin Tian had done.

Lin Tian responded in kind, clasping his hands together and bowing back to them, "Thank you for holding out until now. I’m sorry it took me so long to get here."

He glanced elsewhere, toward the Lingxian Sect itself. There, the disciples had stopped channeling their qi to maintain the sect’s protective dome.

Now they stood gathered in the front courtyard, their eyes all fixed upward.

"Is that really our sect leader? But wasn’t he still recovering in the main hall, with only a Nascent Soul cultivation base?"

"Didn’t you see? Master Ying bowed to him. He’s clearly our real sect leader."

"Our sect leader just saved the entire Qin Kingdom. I wonder if he’s already found someone for dual cultivation?"

A wave of excited chatter broke out among the female disciples of the Lingxian Sect, all of them clearly taken with Lin Tian and thoroughly impressed. Even so, Lin Tian paid them no attention at all.

His focus stayed fixed on one woman in particular, someone who’d clearly grown into a mature woman now, a respected and revered sect elder with a Perfect Core Formation cultivation base.

Lin Tian moved fast, instantly shifting from one location to the next, arriving directly at the Lingxian Sect.

His sudden, unexpected arrival startled the female disciples, though they were delighted to get such a close look at him.

Lin Tian’s eyes stayed locked ahead as he walked forward, the female disciples parting to clear a path for him.

Before long, his steps came to a stop in front of a red haired woman, someone he’d known long before the Lingxian Sect had ever grown into what it was now.

"Sorry I was gone for so long, Yue’er."

"I’m back now."

An Yue broke into a wide smile, her delicate hand rising to wipe away tears gathering at the corner of her eyes, pure joy written all over her face.

"Welcome back, Lin Tian!"
