Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 80: You Can't Do Anything Alone

There are countless decisions to make before launching a campaign.

First of all, it's the name of the team.

In the "Adventurer's Shoe Manufacturing and Sales Team," the crowd of the U.S.A.

Let's turn it into a company. It's the first company in the world.

So far, the holdings are only 1000 pairs of shoes paid in kind, but sooner or later the day should come when the reality catches up.

At The Company, the organization of the CIA is embarrassing, so I decided to take the company name from the product name.

The name of the product must be determined.

This would be better if you went to talk to a regiment of swordtooth soldiers who actually wear it when advertising.

The adventurers rebel against what people tell them, but there are parts of them that die or protect them if they decide for themselves.

If we decided on a name for ourselves, they would spread it even if we didn't say it with attachment.

Next, we need to team up to be specifically staffed.

The modern world is the first to decide on a brand manager for shoes.

I take on that role more than anyone else.

Let's get Sarah to do an outside negotiation with her assistant.

I want you to look at your work and remember, and if you don't act together, you're in danger.

The tech guy wants to pull Osama out of Leather Street.

Especially Osama, who was in charge of the heel and sole of the shoe, needs to be surrounded here.

Now I can also use my threatening hand with the force of a regiment of swordtooth soldiers, but I want that to be my last resort.

I'm not in charge of manufacturing right now.

I plan to go around the shoe store in 3rd class neighborhood and hire a bunch of people who don't seem to make money.

I just want to go around the repair in-house for a while. Where it hurts, it's broken because it's information for important product improvements.

PR publicity, but I want to look for someone who was partitioning the performance of the Swordtooth Corps.

I haven't seen him in person, but there's got to be a guy who did it pretty well.

You won't be able to hire them, but you want to add them to your team with a deadline.

Now, I think I've got a big part to play.

Well, the truth is, I'll be the one running around.

Reports to Jilboa and Goulzin, but I gave up holding regular board meetings at this stage.

To those who don't have such a concept, suddenly, it is visible that priority will be given to the field where I have declared the holding great.

In particular, Goulzin and others appear to be bothered and absent from the meeting.

Even Jilboa isn't free to sell his regiment. There are also many expeditions and sudden requests. I don't want to hold regular meetings.

If that's how you're going to have an empty meeting to famously innocent, then you'd better make a face for it because it's in the same city.

What is happening now and what do you want me to do?

Information gathering and communicating actors rely most efficiently on people in this world, where letters are unreadable and communication means are limited.

By taking me directly to their feet, they'll be in good hands, too.

I don't care if it's to succeed in my business, my face, etc.

Hands often used in the modern world, but it is information from third parties that changes people and organizations.

I don't care what I say inside, but what is often influenced by the information I hear from the margins is an interesting point of human nature.

To influence the Sword Tooth Corps, you'll need to pass information from adventurers, and to influence the Intercity Merchant, you'll need to pass information on to other Intercity Merchants.

I just want to run a campaign that will make us all crazy.

I can't help it, but shoes have to be expensive at first. I hold the right to manufacture, so sooner or later I'll try to lower the cost, but I can't do it yet. I can't give out products for rushing out.

But I also want to give hope to the runaway adventurer. Someday, I'll wear those shoes myself.

If we go that far, we can come up with some plans.

I know exactly what it's like to be a rushing adventurer, talk to Sarah.

To grow a team, you have to change from yourself and your surroundings first.

Neither can I. I can't carry everything alone forever.
