Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 114: Sarah's Awareness

Sarah put up well.

He blushed, clenched his fist and remained silent until he left the Adventurer's Guild and entered the office of the Gorgogo Workshop.

That exploded.

Sarah pounded on the paperwork she had in her hand and cried out much of her anger.

"What the hell! Those guys!"

I pick up the paperwork and I hug Sarah.

Sarah's anger will not subside.

Cry out as you ramble in your arms.

"Me! Even when I didn't have the money, and I was hungry and counting bitches! I ran out of arrows, and I was dying of goblin extermination! And Kimberly and the others are dead! For those guys, it didn't matter!? I can't let it go!

We weren't trying so hard to feed those people!!

Sarah, too, had been an adventurer until recently, earning copper coins.

I guess there were circumstances that I couldn't describe in a word to be an adventurer on my own, and for some time after I became an adventurer, I struggled financially.

I guess I was shocked to find out that the struggle meant nothing to the Adventurer Alliance managers.

Usually, the structure of exploitation is held back by class differences, distances, business and personnel walls, etc., so that it doesn't look clever.

In Adventurer Guild terms, the contact person is mostly from a inexperienced merchant, so if an adventurer complains about a purchase or request, nothing will change. I can't help blaming the rep, so the adventurer gives up on the way. The voice never reaches a lazy management position.

Tax collectors come to the countryside, but they are dispatched by choosing someone who is fair, rigorous and humane.

Peasants also have their lives at stake, so sending in the ill-made can be a big deal for the peasants to defy.

The nobles may be wasting their taxes behind them, but the peasants can only ask. However, the officials who come to the countryside are fine people, and they bite their lips and endure heavy taxes because they seem to have a hard time.

Sarah, from the countryside, became an adventurer, but while she happened to be helping me with my work, getting the education I needed, and participating in the consultation of my cause, as a farmer in this world, maybe I was starting to see things too much.

Where there was such a basement, I guess today I saw the adminstrators of the Adventurer Guild, as I was able to gather the lazy parts of the aristocratic class, and when I heard that voice, I realized the irrationality and structure that their suffering was not only for bad luck, but also for the laziness of the aristocratic class.

I think the aristocracy restricts access to education.

We're people who eat things! Sarah's cry and consciousness that is honorable. But that's why we have to be careful.

Civilian lives are light in this world. We need to discuss it so that Sarah doesn't endanger her life by antagonizing the aristocracy and the Adventurer Alliance.

I decided to wait for Sarah to calm down and listen to her first.

When we discuss it, we have to start by listening to them.

Because there's no way you can properly listen to people who don't listen to you.

Besides, I just want to know now what Sarah thinks and feels.

"That's crazy! That's crazy, Kenji! A guy like that eats a lot of rice, wears good stuff, lives a good life...!

"Right, that's crazy"

I don't know the common sense of this world. So I think it's crazy, too, from the bottom of my heart.

Sarah snubbed a little in her arms and peered into her face, feeling that she didn't just agree with my response.

"Do you really think that's strange?

"Oh, I do."

I can say that with confidence. Right now, I'm struggling to start a business or try to build a relationship with the Adventurer Guild because I think it's strange how the world works in which today's rushing adventurers are sacrificed.

"Oh well..."

Sarah stopped screaming about what she felt in my answer.

I was just killing my voice in my arms and crying for a while.

◇ ◇ ◇ ◇ ◇

After a while, Sarah started talking to Pottori Pottori.

That's the story of a girl born in the countryside and mixed with interracial blood until she became an adventurer.

"Me, I was originally born in a rural area near the forest north of this city..."
