The impression I had of meeting Urbano was that it sucked.

This guy really can't work, he said. I can't feel my ability or willingness to work.

Basically, I like my job, so when I see the right person for my job, my anger comes up.

But I thought I'd look at Urbano's background in gathering information.

I'm sure he's been telling me all along that this guy can't do his job.

Once your emotions are on the side, think with the feeling that you have become Urbano.

Marketing method In style, it's called Persona Marketing.

I wonder what life Urbano has lived and what it feels worth.

Even if we say that the aristocratic class is blessed compared to the civilian population, there is still competition within the aristocratic class.

Because man is a social creature who feels value in comparison with his surroundings, nobility is something to be compared among the nobles.

Standards vary. Excellent blood muscles, possessions, and ability.

I guess I will confirm my aptitude and social position in it and build my career as a nobleman.

Urbano will not be the type to have confidence in his arms, so he may have aspired to emerge as a civilian.

But the result is just as it is now. Though he is old enough, his position is an unpleasant managerial position in an aristocratic business called the Adventurer's Guild. I still can't get out of the family mansion and start a family, and I'm not married. Maybe he doesn't have as much income as he can get married or has a bad reputation within the aristocracy.

I'm putting him in a fancy whore, some info, but the stress of doing his job, rather than the lack of a patchy standing in the clan, the fact that his work in the guild isn't funny, and his frustration with himself for not being able to change the status quo like that, may be driving him to a woman.

It must have been a defensive reaction to bring in a large number of my men at the meeting, also intimidating this one, as well as hiding my inability to do my job by throwing all the problems at my men.

You're pathetic, and just a little bit, I feel sorry for Urbano.

Everyone wants to be recognized by the people around them. I want to think that life is going to be better. I want to work hard for that. You should think so.

But instead of some stability in Urbano, there is no hope.

At least, in person, subjectively.

These people are easy to run against corruption. But I'm gonna get Urbano back on his feet.

◇ ◇ ◇ ◇ ◇

A few days later, me and Sarah were ready to meet again at the Urbano and Adventurers Guild.

He didn't seem to think of himself as a harmful person because of the last time, and he specifically nominated Urbano, so this time he had nothing to do with bringing in a large number of his men.

Well, last time I put the names of the Sword Fang soldiers up front so they wouldn't lick me, so the other side was scared, maybe.

"So what does it look like this time"

Urbano has asked with dignity the characteristic double jaw trembling.

"Actually, I thought if you could take a look at this one,"

And I signaled Sarah to bring me a booklet with parchment closed with plates and strings.

"What's this?

Urbano sounds surprised.

Naturally Urbano wonders, parchment is usually exchanged in the form of rolls. It is a letter, sealing the ends with wax, warming the metal bars with family crest, etc., and then pressing them to prove that no contents have been seen.

Reports and the like will also be exchanged in that format.

The book, on the other hand, spells parchment together, but is basically expensive and stored in nobility, church and sorcerer's guild. The decorations are decorated in leather and held on the mansion, in the church and on the bookshelf behind the headquarters. Especially valuable ones that are enchanted or chained to bookshelves.

We brought booklets in different formats than those that were just adventurous.

It's weirder not to be surprised.

From the aristocracy, there is recognition that unschooled peasants, such as adventurers, cannot even read letters.

They wave their swords and give the monsters a blood festival, and they look big with it.

It is also abominable that pioneering projects must exist.

But what's this booklet? You mean sell it and bribe it?

That's what I'm looking at. I can't afford to be sold off what I have prepared for you.

I knew Urbano's conjecture was bad, so this one is politely snarky and explains.

"This is what I've been investigating and summarizing, the activities of the adventurers."

"Hmm?"

You misguided bastard, I'm trying to get you out of here.

"The current status of the adventurer business is summarized in figures and tables"

"Ho?

Looks like Urbano finally showed some interest.

That's right. I'm in trouble if you don't show interest. It's a lot of work because Sarah and I are compiling the materials we've been putting together on our runaway adventurer tour and the information we've gathered by acquiring the Adventurer Alliance focal points.

"I thought I'd submit this one to help run the guild and report, but we don't even know in what format to give it to the noblemen, and I thought I'd give it to Master Urbano."

"Hmm?"

Really, he's a bad guess. I'll give you a hand, but he says he doesn't know.

"Is this booklet good with this kind of fitting?

The cover of the booklet is deliberately on an undecorative board.

I purposefully make specific pieces that can be worn as deliverables.

Because humans are funny things, and as soon as they have room to pinch their opinions, they tend to think of achievements as their own.

The suggestion was that Urbano had finally reacted.

"Well, right. This booklet needs to be at least leather. You'll need to make it golden."

"I see! Really? Not when you're a nobleman."

I summoned the facial expressions and yoished them to the fullest. Behind me, I feel Sarah making my face crack.

"So, the contents are better..."

Start explaining that. Finally, this double jaw seems to make sense as well.
