Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 127: You Can't Live With Garbage

Cleaning the warehouse and discarding garbage took time, unexpectedly.

First of all, there is no room for cleaning and tidying up without discarding the garbage, but what was at issue with the handling was raw garbage and finished material after the storage period.

"Hey, you're throwing this away, right?

"No, it's an asset of the Alliance. You shouldn't throw it away."

"'Cause you smell dark and weird. It's not gonna be leather armor."

"That's not for me to judge"

At this rate. Well, it's not a bad idea in and of itself, because it's the source of corruption that makes Alliance officials discretionary in their determination of losses.

I had no choice but to call Urbano and show him the raw garbage material.

"Wow! What, you piece of garbage! Oh, shit!

Seeing Urbano take the desired reactions, the officials sighed and agreed to trash.

From then on, the standard for the materials to be disposed of settled on adopting a very normal standard: Gorgogo has been called from the workshop and can or cannot be used in the eyes of the artisans.

The warehouse's inventory was determined to be garbage by 20% and was to be disposed of.

Technically, I have to diminish my value because I should have accounted for my assets, but I don't like the guild's asset book, so I throw it away as garbage without question.

From then on, it's a sweep with man-made sea tactics by massive runaway adventurers.

Open the windows and unloading openings wide, remove dust, wash the floor, and sweep away the shelves.

After a half-day sweep, at least, the odor that stings my eyes disappeared, as did the little bugs and mice.

I don't know, you work well in an environment like this. It's like living with raw garbage.

Wasn't there a reason why the work of guild staff was unpopular here as well?

In the meantime, Urbano and the interim management were invited at this stage.

"Was this warehouse this big?" the officials in charge of the desk were surprised and received compliments from Urbano.

Officials of factions opposed to Urbano also seemed to have no apparent complaints about the smelly odors and whether they had shut up about the rats and bugs that were getting into them. Of course, I didn't forget to slap my pussy saying, "That's just how good civilians seem to be at painting garbage," but the very fact that rumors like that get into my ear means that the officials are on my side. In fact, you'll want to thank the desk clerk for freeing you from the business of leaving materials in a smelly warehouse.

The copper coin I paid for the runaway adventurer was supposed to come back as a request.

It makes sense that the job of cleaning the warehouse, although not for a great deal of money, was recognised as the official business of the Adventurer Guild.

From now on, the cleaning of the warehouse will also be able to be twisted out of the budget as a request under the authority of the desk staff.

Once you get used to a beautiful environment, you don't want to go back to that smelly state.

However, to date, half of the management and sales methods of monster materials have been improved.

Now that the backyard is clean, we can finally make improvements to the management and sales methods.

Get your hands on improving management methods.

This can be easily improved by combining the pallet and conveyor methods.

First, it is a pallet method. In short, it's a small container.

Prior to cleaning the warehouse, I ordered a large quantity of empty crates used to carry liquor.

All the materials previously messily placed on the shelves are put in boxes for each constant unit.

The unit shall also be used as a reference when selling to a workshop or when transporting it.

After the transport, the workshop returns the box. Put all the numbers on the box.

This organizes management and makes it dramatically easier.

The conveyor system organizes boxes and organizes the order in which they are sold.

Arrange the boxes with rules so that the monster material sells from the old one, new material in front of it, and old material in the back. I really wanted to put a roller on the shelf and let it slide from box to box, but that's difficult, so I decided to separate the large plate with the colour "Sell from here" between the box and the box.

It's like a long line of "This is the rear end" placards. By moving that board, it shall be marked for sale from the oldest material. In this case, there is no possibility of misreading the date and time of the material in a dim warehouse.

Hmm, the sweaty dramatically organized, satisfactorily watching a warehouse with improved management, Sarah looked at me with a dongled eye, and the staff looked at me with astonishment.

Have you overdone it? I felt a cold sweat in a different way.

Still, I just improved my management methods...
