Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Back in the city, about half a month had passed, and when I was summoned to the church that was used to educate the midwives in 2nd class neighborhood, I was confronted with Priest Nicolo.

I wonder if some time has elapsed because what only influenced the reports of the Festivals?

The greeting was there too, and Priest Nicolo cut it out.

"I have received reports from the festivals. Let me know what you found."

"Yes. For the three Mistress Festivals, Clemente, Adelmo and Michelino, we believe that the education has been completed as the leader of the pioneering project. "Hmm. I say the young grow up fast, but in this short period of time they seem to have changed a lot. From the text of the report, I can feel the care and emotion."

"I'll come. as a result of their efforts."

With that said, Priest Nicolo became a bit of an inventive face as he stroked his jaw with his fingers.

"Do you have any thoughts on how to proceed?"

"Yes, I know we should train three midwives as experts by having another experience in the future."

"Ugh," said Priest Nicolo, urging ahead as it attracted interest.

"From what I see, Master Clemente is well suited to lead people with a loud and aggressive voice. I think you should be trained as an educator in the field and a leader in execution. Dear Adelmo excels in the talent of counting. I think we should be on the road to doing analyses and audits, such as the figures and actual books in the report. And Master Michelino is a very unique person. I hope there is a way to take advantage of the freedom and breadth of that person's intelligence. Wouldn't it be a good idea not to fix your role as an advisor to Clemente or Adelmo when you hit the mark?"

"Do you even pinch your mouth for people appraisal and development? That's disrespectful."

Priest Nicolo continued in a tone that seemed pleasant on the back with the wording.

"How do you change that case about learning and doing"

"Yes, I will prepare multiple cases first. We will also take a great deal of time to describe the need and methods to verify the reliability of the information at hand. Separate cases will also be drawn up for post-business systems and risks. We believe that the experience and visits to the site should be carried out in conjunction with the examples, and copies of the reports should be made and shared in the Church."

"To what extent can new examples be created?"

"Some January"

"Who educates that? You keep doing it."

"Scared, I am an outsider. Besides, I know I could tell you exactly how to teach you this time. I think the three midwives should stand to teach in the future. By gaining experience teaching, a few times what you teach is something you can learn. I would like to engage in a different way in the pioneering business."

"What is another form"

"It's about providing shoes for pioneers. I'd like to hire some of the people in distress in the village to do business."

"I've also heard from the festivals about the shoes. It's not a rush to recruit in the church as a reward for this one. But do you mean to give up profits? It's a special victory, but it doesn't seem like it."

Not bad as a response. However, from Priest Nicolo's point of view, I do not quite understand the idea of using the profits gained in the cause for charity. There doesn't seem to be a concept of CSR in this world yet.

I don't know if it will be understood, but I will try to explain why.

"Business can only continue if it is supported by many people in the world. My shoe business is dominated by adventurers. Many of them are from rural areas. The shoes used by rural entrepreneurs will be the first shoes that rural people will see when they try to be adventurers, and if they think that buying them will benefit rural people, they will be able to support my cause more."
