Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 291: Write a Picture

I'm going to pack about the idea of a booklet while I get Sarah's suspicions in my eyes.

"And then there's the painting. I want someone who can paint."

"Why?"

"Because a lot of peasants can't read, can they? Church priests may be able to read, but it's a story that takes their lives, so you want to know what it is. Depending on the burden of compensation paid to the adventurer, taxes may be heavier after the following year. Even priests, if you can't make a decision around them, will you take a verdict in the main people of the village?

"... it could happen."

The literacy rate of farmers is not high in this world. But that doesn't mean a lack of intelligence, even if it's a lack of knowledge.

Even the peasants will want to make their own decisions about their lives.

If so, to the maximum extent possible, mechanisms should be put in place for information to be properly communicated.

It is with generosity and convincing satisfaction that adventurers who come to fulfill their requests will also be welcomed.

"But how do you draw a picture? Do you have anybody to call?

And Sarah told me, and I was confused.

The level of painting you are looking for is not high. All you have to do is portray the goblins and the orgasms standing up, so who can portray that, anywhere?

"You know what, if you ask for it in an Adventurer's Guild, isn't there someone who can draw it?

"You idiot, there's no way there's a rich man in the Adventurer's Guild who can paint, is there?

Yes, Sarah denied it, and I felt a little uncomfortable.

"Is that it? Even Sarah can't paint? Like this, for example."

That said, with the charcoal rod at hand, I let him paint a picture of Sarah and Goblin on the board.

I'm not that good at painting, but I can do about an approximate draft.

Look at that, Sarah...

"Heh... I knew Kenji was a big deal"

And I admire it so exaggerated.

As far as I'm concerned, I would have appreciated praise from those who devised an earlier payment mechanism, but visually understandable painting skills seem more of a big deal to Sarah.

"Hey, are there not many people who can paint?

"There's no one I know."

Naturally if you think about it, if writing equipment is expensive in this world, there is no paper, no art education on top of being expensive in circles to it, so as long as you don't touch the rest of the class, you don't have much chance of touching the painting itself.

Well, the situation is completely different from the original world, where people with picturesque training were gobbling around.

"This was a miscalculation..."

Even if you just try to make a booklet, the next challenge comes up.

Although that meant starting something new, I couldn't help but think that once in a while nothing could go on.
