Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 294 Weird People

A few days later, I stood in front of the noble mansion that Anne introduced me to.

The escort was only allowed outside the gate, so Sarah and I, led by Anne, enter the premises of the noble mansion.

Usually it seems that there are many procedures for ordinary people to visit the noble mansion, but it should be called the power of Anne's geographic (cone), or go inside the gate without being blamed.

Anne doesn't go to the big mansion in the front with the carriage stash, she sideways the road. That's a small house, still bigger than the common man's mansion, but it looks like she's about to go to.

"Isn't that house a little weird in shape?

And Sarah says, so if you look closely, I do also feel that the shape of the roof and walls has changed.

Window armor is unnaturally large and numerous. Are you pursuing taking a lot of lights?

Also, the ground floor has a very large terrace and even a little stage.

"Is that, Atelier, a house for painting and art?

and Anne explains to Sarah.

"More likely..."

From Sarah, a former peasant, I can't seem to keep up with the idea that there is a house dedicated to painting.

"You're not going anywhere. That's boring."

When I noticed, Anne stared at me and said it didn't seem funny.

"No, I'm surprised. It's a fine atelier."

I panicked and got in tune, but Anne...

"I'm not... Oh, okay. Follow me."

And it seemed that the pursuit of suspicion later decided to give priority to my work for now.

◇ ◇ ◇ ◇

We stop in front of an open door that looks like an entrance.

No doors to knock on, no bells for calls.

Normally, I don't even see a butler or a maid in a noble house.

That's how confused I am.

"Baron, are you there? It's Anne."

Anne calls out in a voice wearing a cat I've never even heard of.

Then, from the back.

"Oh, Anne? I can't let go of my hand for a second, so why don't you come to the back?"

And there was a response.

Unexpectedly a young voice. 30 is beyond, though it was a story.

As Anne led me to the back room, I went out into a room with terribly high ceilings and bright.

There are no upstairs partial floors, and upstairs walls are open with armor doors and light coming in.

In the middle of that space, a man eagerly peering into a small box.

That was what Anne called the weird guy, the thing, Baron Bertoldo.
