Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 361: Real Competitors

"All right, the lecture is over. Next team is ready!

Speaking so, Sarah's team began to prepare with a bummer, but from a backpack from a merchant who was coming from a regiment of soldiers.

"Can you give me a moment? I'd like to revisit the way it's presented."

I had an opinion.

"Let's admit it. We'll take a break until we're ready to announce."

Declaring so, Claudio complained.

"Isn't that unfair! Wouldn't it be natural for their announcement to be a good one if they prepared and announced after seeing our failures!

It was the reaction I thought it would be, but it was also an unfortunate reaction.

"I get that opinion. But Claudio, you're making a mistake."

"What is a mistake?

"Me and the six of us here aren't playing the birth competition game of competing and ranking. We're all a team. The opponents to be fought together are the problem of territory, the natural environment that hinders the growth of crops and the threat of monsters that inhibit the development of villages. To that end, what measures should I take? What information is needed to combat depression? What role is it good for each person to take to investigate that information? As a place to train, I have three days of research, and I have an announcement to make."

So we separate it once and repeat it as we look at everyone's faces.

"This announcement is about training everyone to improve their skills. Not to criticize or disparage anyone. If anyone sees you fail, I want you to follow me. And I want you to work out your own improvement measures. If you see someone doing well, I want you to imitate it. And I want you to spread that. It's not like someone's making a choice to win. Let's all win."

There's no choice but to sequence in a population of only six.

It is more important to identify the aptitude of direction than to determine the ascent or descent of each individual.

More importantly, acting as a team and delivering overall results is even more important.

Will this notion be conveyed?

"It's all for the brothers of the sword and the shield,"

And Luc, who's from the regiment, said.

"What is it? Something looks good."

and Simon the Artisan asked.

"It's like a prayer of the Swordtooth Corps, or whatever, that we all chant before training or battle. Soldiers can't fight unless the avant-garde of the Sword Shield, the middle guard of the Axe Spear Soldier, and the rear guard of the Crossbowman act as a group. When I heard the current deputy, I remembered the words of the captain."

and Luc explains.

The term team play is not in this world yet, but there is no wonder that there are similar concepts in mercenary and adventurer groups that aim at collective tactics like the Swordtooth Corps. Originally, the very concept of team play was imported from the military, so naturally.

After all, it renews the impression that the guys in the Swordtooth Corps are used to showing leadership in a group.

I guess it's a gift because we're talking about a regiment of swordtooth soldiers training themselves to fight even if they split up three different species.

Should I ask Jilboa to give me a tour of the training once?

I feel a little hesitant like a company that conducts company training in the militia, but I think I have some tips for surviving in this barbaric world.
