Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 383: The Long Afternoon of New Officials

After waiting for Kenji, the lord, to walk away to give instructions for the shoe business, the new officials began to discuss it abruptly.

Its contents are not necessarily constructive, but may have been a sort of escape from what explores the qualities of Kenji, the deputy, or from the confusion about the new concepts expressed in the lecture, the magnitude and difficulty of the work shown and the topics spoken of, not for the sake of resolution but for a short period of time, for the myriad of knowledge that would have stuck in and challenged common sense.

As the mouth grew smaller and smaller, no one, or, someone, spoken.

"So, what do we do now?"

But no one answered the question positively.

Six new officials have been dispatched because they have been seen as outstanding in each group, so they have more than a certain amount of pride in their abilities.

However, I had just been reminded of my lack of strength in order to take the lead in the cause of changing the world, how tiny it was that I believed in excellence in a lecture that had continued until earlier.

It was such a temporary loss of confidence that no one showed leadership.

There is another factor that they have been unable to move aggressively.

Kenji was given too much freedom of work to know how.

Even if they excelled in the organization of churches and soldiers, they were still young. I was used to listening to the instructions above and moving, but I lacked the experience of making my own plans and moving aggressively.

So it may have been inevitable that Sarah, the first of them to raise her voice and move out, was a former adventurer and familiar with the way Kenji did it.

"First of all, I think we should make a plan. I don't know how, but all the people here, they're smart, aren't they? Maybe if we talk about it, we'll come up with some good ideas? Just make a little mistake, Kenji, and you can talk to the deputy and fix it."

Well, does it have to be a complete answer from the start? and the priests, while still confirming.

This isn't just one question to ask for the right answer, it's a methodology to get closer to the right answer by building up improvements.

Convinced while recalling the debate on justice with the Lords.

We have time, so we should be able to fix it a few times.

The circumstances of the two soldiers are slightly different. Expeditions are familiar, so we can count the supplies, procedures, etc. we need, even if we keep an eye on them.

"The question is, how many guys can get to the territory without escort? How many of you have camped outside the walls?

ask. Then, other than the two soldiers, only Sarah raised her hand.

"Half or... Oh, there's an escort."

In the first place, it's unlikely that we can even get there safely in our current situation.

The investigation line for the new officials was going to be quite a tough start.
