Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 522: How to Create

How should we make people understand the effectiveness of sharing and creativity in this world of different ways of thinking about the importance of knowledge and know-how?

I tried exercising in my head to explain to them according to their knowledge and perception, but it didn't work very well.

At any rate, I know experientially that it is better to actively disclose the know-how of spreading knowledge, because it is difficult to explain why it is, even for myself, when asked.

All this, I just think I should try it for now.

But such an explanation would not convince them either.

What to do.

Open your mouth slowly.

"I want to share ideas from the ground up. First of all, I think an idea is a number. Now, the experts do have a good argument. And when various ideas come to mind, they disappear. I want to take that away from you. But, as it turns out, ideas are just ideas. No matter how well it seems, when you actually try it, there are mountains of instances where it doesn't work, etc. In that case, an alternative idea will be required. If so, I think it would be better to have the number of ideas from the beginning"

It is better to improve and use the many ideas put forward in the discussion over time than the last one, which has been well discussed.

It can also be described as some kind of progressiveism or improvement in the manufacturing field.

There seemed to be some disagreement among the clergy, those whose reason stood first, but the mouth that was about to open closed on the way because there was something I thought continued to be rubbed by the practices that did not carry them as reason had it over the past few months.

"I understand that numbers matter. But why actively disclose it to other teams?"

Claudio asks on behalf of the new officials.

"That's because the experts are all on the same team. I believe that team splitting, competition and prizes are all tricks to come up with ideas more vigorously within the framework of trying to achieve good results across the team. If you have a good idea in another squad, I'd like that to be imitated aggressively. On top of that, I'd expect you to come up with an idea up there."

What matters is that we end up with results, not selecting who is good.

Will you be familiar with the idea of working together while competing?

"Does that mean you also appreciate coming up with an idea, but also an idea based on imitating it?

"Don't be."

"Really..."

I don't feel like I'm convincing you, but I'm taking a break now, so I don't have time.

It will take a little effort, but I will come up with another operational proposal.

"Let's do this, then. Not in the form of everyone being seen, but once I have the idea, I will keep it here. So we'll announce the ideas that we've all decided should be shared with along the way here. Naturally, the idea shall be subject to evaluation. What about this?

When urging members to give out information, the advantages of giving out information and the confidence that it will not be used in an odd way are important.

The information-sharing mechanisms that it lacks become so-called "rough neglect," where no one comes up with ideas and becomes forgotten.

I have seen the dismantled knowledge-sharing mechanisms and examples of that hand rot.

This time, let's cover the trust of the mechanism with our own personal trust.

"If the deputies can keep it, the experts will be convinced."

All the new officials nodded at Claudio's answer.
