Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 587: Little Lives

That night, me and Sarah were in the office relying on lamps to discuss.

The topic is, of course, about the example pair of skinny runaway adventurers.

"So, how are they doing?

"I'm asleep. It's been a long time since I've slept in a warm place."

For now, I'm surrounding the corner of the workshop with a collision tonight, carrying a small bed in and making it a temporary bunk to sleep on.

The workshop is clean without dust because I'm annoyed, and it's safe because I have a sword tooth regiment escort.

I also give you more clean blankets, so it won't freeze.

"No more, because it was really as black as a sheep I had never washed since I was born! My hair is gobbly, and I cut it off bastard because I have some wrinkles! If you rub it with straw, the dirt is worn out, and there are lots of tracks of bugs stabbing you! Really, he was sick like that!

"Right."

Sarah looks somewhat happy, even as she pointy her mouth.

Originally, they were deeply emotional and liked to bake care.

The two, wholly gossiped and washed with wells and buckets to wash the monster's skin, had their hair cut short, their faces and hands and feet that were blackened with dirt turned white, sappy to look different and looked younger than their actual age.

I was slightly blushing because Sarah took the boro I had worn until then and made me naked.

"Well, you seem to be able to eat, so is there a problem?"

of the contract, so they flattened the wheat porridge with just garlic, salt and a few herbs, with a surprising momentum.

Not too good for my stomach when I ate them at once, so I encouraged them to eat slowly, but my body seemed to crave more nourishment than that.

"Well, I'd like to make you fat a little bit."

It's like dealing with livestock, but being fat for peasants like Sarah is a good thing and a happy thing.

"So, what do you do?

"I'll use it as a liaison for a while"

My answer didn't seem to satisfy Sarah.

The redhead's eyes hold my eyes straight and don't let go.

"That's not all, is it? What are you thinking?

When little kids get involved, Sarah's demands are pretty tough, too.

"It's small, but there are a few hands you can hit right away"

Let me hear it.

"First three. One hires a person to read the letters on the bulletin board. Some adventurers will live with it, so I'll limit it to about an hour in the morning so they don't take the job away. That would make things harder to come up with. Instruct the runaway adventurer to speak up especially aggressively. Include it in your performance and salary"

"Do you hire people to read it in your company?

"That's right. I'll talk to the Adventurer Guild, but I'll hire them at the company (of which) for now. If it's too late, they'll die."

"Right. And the second?

"Replace the requisition with a painting, not a letter, as the subject. This is particularly true of constant requests for low prices. If you write monster paintings side by side with coin paintings, anyone should understand how much you will get paid for your crusade. Let the Baron paint, or let our apprentice paint."

"That way, even if you can't read the script, you can ask for it? Wouldn't you hate it if you were in the guild?

"What, you can change it on your own over here. No one has the guts to just peel what we put on them."

The only reason I've ever built an edge (cone) and accumulated power is to keep it from getting in the way of boredom at these times.

If I don't use it at times like this, when do I use it?

"So, what's the last three?

"Stop buying the nucleus of the slime through the guild"

The third way was unexpected, Sarah opened her eyes small.
